This diploma thesis deals with a practical comparison of pressure vessels design approaches within ČSN EN 13445. The thesis aimed to design the device using various approaches described in the European Standard and compare them. For the design was chosen a liquid filter, which works as the first stage of the filtration system in a waste-to-energy plant. In the first part of the thesis is introduced to different routes of design by analysis (DBA), including a description of plasticity conditions and finite element types. These theoretical knowledge are applied in the practical part. The practical part consists of designs of the pressure vessel according to different approaches and methods. The first approach is a design by formulae (DBF), which was done in software Visual Vessel Design. The second approach is DBA. This method of design can be realized according to the European Standard by two routes, either by Method base on the stress categories or so-called Direct Route. Both routes were performed in this work. Stress analyzes were made in programs ANSYS Workbench and NozzlePRO. At the end of the thesis, there is a comparison of used approaches and the resulting values of the design.

First, the work will define the elementary problems encountered in the reconstruction of buildings and their proper repair methods. In the next step, the thesis will focus on the valuation of estate according to law, market value and costing of construction works. Everything will be applied to a specific building. The result of the work will whether the building reconstruction reaches a positive or negative returns on the invested funds and their amount.

At the beginning of the thesis describes the methods of valuation of houses cost method and procedure for determining the price of shares and adjustment of structures and equipment. Based on itemized budgets family home, according to the chosen methodology used price shares structures and equipment that are matched with shares pricing structures and equipment by Decree No. 3/2008 Coll. The aim of this thesis is to determine whether price shares structures that correspond to the pricing rules of acquisition costs provided an itemized budget.

The topic of my diploma thesis is to compare the differences of real estate property prices before and after reconstruction with the real price of the conversion. It focuses on finding out whether the recontruction increases the value of the real estate property. The theoretical part describes the terminology being used in my diploma thesis. I also describe in more detailes price estimated family houses and their localities. The practical part contains price calculations of the family houses before and after reconstruction. As the valuation methods are used cost method in accordance with the applicable valuation regulations and method of direct comparison. In the conclusion there is a comparison between the prices before and after the reconstruction.

The topic of this diploma thesis is a comparasion of the price shares of individual constructions in the total price stated in the price schedule and determined by the item budget. The diploma thesis says and describes cost methods of valuation of building facilities and family houses at the outset. There is contained a procedure for determinating the price shares of construction and equipment and theirs adjustment in the next text. According to the chosen metodology are determined the price shares of constructions and equipments based on the item budget. This way determined the price shares of constructions and equipments are compared with the price shares of construcions and equipments determined by Decree No. 441/2013 Coll. The aim of diploma thesis is to determine if the price shares of constructions and equipments based on the item budget correspond to the price shares of constructions and equipments in the price schedule.

Abstract This thesis Compare the price of the family house in various parts of Ceske Budejovice in 2015 and 2016 "deals with the valuation of a family house at the usual price and the price determined in 2015 and 2016. The family house is located on the outskirts of the city and then will be relocated to the city center. The usual price is determined by comparison, the comparison is made with similar family houses offered for sale in the real estate advertising. The price recorded for the year 2015 will be calculated by using valuation Decree no. 441/2013 Coll., as amended by Decree no. 199/2014 Coll. 2016 using valuation Decree no. 441/2013 Coll., as amended by Decree no. 199/2014 Coll., Decree no. 345/2015 Coll., Decree no. 53/2016 Coll. The theoretical part explains the basic important concepts which relate to the thesis. In the practical part are processed individual methods of valuation for 2015 and 2016 and localities - outskirt and center of České Budějovice. The output of the practical part is comparison of the usual price and the price established. Finally, we evaluate the factors that affect the cost of family houses.

The aim of this thesis is to define the position of an expert on an expropriating proceedings and creating an expert opinion for these uses. In the theoretical part the definitions connected to expropriation and expropriating proceedings are explained. An expert activity and an expert opinion are defined in other chapters in the theoretical part. Last two chapters deal with transportation infrastructure and evaluating of the immovable assets where there are the established price, the common price and the ways of evaluating. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to the expert opinion in expropriating proceedings. The established price, the standart price of expropriated immovable assests and compensation for moving are set in a comparing way within the expert opinion.
