Group of specialized cells that form cardiac conduction system is responsible for generation and coordinated propagation of the electrical impulse in the heart. Changes in its development can be connected with arrhythmias; therefore, a good level of knowledge is necessary and relevant for basic science and clinical practice. For correct development of the conduction system are important genes coding gap junctions proteins, ion channels, transcription factors and other molecules involved in signaling cascades (endothelin, neuregulin). Development of conduction system is determined in addition to genetic factors also by epigenetics and environmental factors. This thesis with its individual papers on which it is based is addressing different aspects of conduction system development, which appears to be a complex process. Another feature which is linking all papers together, is the methodological approach enabling us to study function of the conduction system - optical mapping. Name: A governing body acting beyond its powers Recodification of civil law has changed the way in which business corporations have been acting. Governing body members are currently representing trade corporations as its representatives. This shift, which is that governing body members became the representatives of business corporations opened the possibility of discussion about the nature of authorization of governing body to act on behalf of the trade corporation and about the possibility of acting beyond its powers. The mode and of harm and non-proprietary damages relating to health care The subject of this thesis is the issue of compensation of proprietary and non- proprietary damage suffered by patients during the provision of health care. Particularly, it is a damage resulting from bodily and deadly injury, which is most commonly caused by malpractice of doctors and other medical workers. Legal institute of damage compensation is of cardinal and irreplaceable importance in the area of Civil law. The thesis examines this institute from its material aspect, namely in terms of the mode and amount of compensation. First part of the work deals with the introduction of the major changes brought by the new regulation of Czech Civil law into the area of damage compensation and their potential impacts on this sphere. This thesis aims at observing the swimming technique of adult amateur swimmers and revealing their most common mistakes. Based on statistical analysis, a training plan was composed in order to eliminate the observed swimming technique errors. Furthermore, it was examined whether better swimming technique results in faster performance by the target group.

The diploma thesis deals with the parenting styles of grandparents and the parenting characteristics of the grandparents, who have grandchildren in foster care. The theoretical part focuses on the description of the theoretical concepts of the way of parenting, the role of the grandparent, including his part in the child's development in the family, and the specifics of the grandparent's foster care with emphasis on the raising grandchild. For the research in the empirical part was chosen intensively intensive empirical survey. Extensive research has a quantitative character and its aim was to map the grandparents' parenting styles and the shared activities of grandparents and teenage grandchildren. Data in intensive research was obtained by a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods with goal to describe the educational and parenting experiences of grandparents who has their teenage grandchild/grandchildren. The output of intensive research is a description of the circumstances of foster care, the parenting specifics of foster care provided by grandparents and development of grandchildren from the grandparent-fosterparent point of view. The diploma thesis is focused on a state of the statutory body in companies. The legal regulation is set by the Act Nr. 513/1991 Coll. commercial code, as amended. The attention is given to the way to institute statutory bodies, duties and responsibility of members of statutory bodies and the way to act of companies. The new conception of the legal regulation of companies, especially of the state of statutory bodies, is mentioned at the conclusion.

Diploma thesis indicates on traffic problems that arise not only in the huge world metropolis but increasingly appeal in smaller towns. They cause not only time and money losses but also irreversible environmental damages. This issue represents a big challenge not only for cities, transport companies, logistics service providers but also for each human being in the world. The thesis focuses on the utilization of a relatively new concept called city logistics, which should be the key for improvement of traffic situation in the cities through a higher level of transport organization and its management, cooperation between the parties and the search of new forms of transport, which don't support just the economic part of certain territory, but also brings sustainable development of transport in the future. While some cities try to become familiar only in theory, others have already obtained positive effects of its implementation. To those progressive cities belongs as well Paris to which I paid attention in diploma thesis.

The diploma thesis deals with comparison of family prices in selected localities in the Ostrava-city district in the years 2017 and 2018. These are the localities of Hošťálkovice and Slezská Ostrava, which make up town districts and the village of Šenov. For these locations, I will determine the price and the usual price for 2017 and 2018. Based on the project documentation provided for the new family house, I will also prepare an itemized budget and evaluate it all. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis deals with the introduction and explanation of terminology, with the introduction of legal regulations, a comparative method, on the basis of which I will determine the price of the usual and comparative method according to the valuation rules, which will determine the price determined. There is also generally mentioned the method of determining the price of the building work.

The topic of this thesis is comparing of two houses made out of tree different materials. Each variants are valuated by cost method – detailed itemized budget, budgetary index and estimation according to Decree 441/2013 Coll. The objective of this thesis is comparing of used construction materials, its advantages and disadvantages and its effect on the initial costs and usage of the building.
