This thesis is mainly focused on comparing the volume of shares ( share price ) according to the valuation of Decree No. 3/2008 Coll . with realistic pricing structures shares (focusing mainly on houses ), especially with regard to the influence of the floor structures and equipment , which is the number of floors does not change or changes only slightly (foundations, roofing, roofing , doors). Draft criteria which should be considered superior design and when they should be valued at cost using the design calculation as specified . The focus of the work is in Chapter 6 , where the budget is drawn up for each particular house floors. Number of floors is subsequently increased up to eight and is an analysis of the price curve of the shares of structures and equipment. Attached is a visual graphical representation . My work will serve to optimize the methodology for determining the volume fractions of structures and equipment construction cost valuation method .

Vybrané aspekty rodinného působení a školní úspěšnost dítěte / The selected aspects of family influence and the child's success at school

The submitted thesis is focused on the research of multi-factor conditioned fenomenon of school success and the influences which can affect it and are arising from the family surrounding. The knowledges about the school success and also the academic self-efficacy of a pupil are worked out in the theoretical part of the thesis. The next part belongs to the separated areas of the family effects that influence the school success of the pupil - for example : the parents education level, leisure activities of parents and children, helping with the homeworks and the ways of education within the family. The empiric part is represented by the quantitative research, where the relationship among the chosen factors of family effects and the individual elements of school success are verified throughout the research set of pupils attending the primary school (lower secondary education). The relationship between the academic self-efficacy and the school results of the pupil are being identified in here as well. In the diploma thesis "Bid and realized prices as a source for comparative valuation method", identical detached houses will be valued first on the basis of tendering procedure and then on the basis of realized prices. Based on our own real estate database in the Brno-venkov district, ten databases of comparative properties will be created in the southern part of the Brno-venkov district. These ten databases will be assigned to the valued detached houses and then compared with the direct comparative valuation method. In the first place, according to the offer prices, the source of which is the aforementioned real estate database and then according to realized prices, the source of which is the price data from purchase contracts registered in the Land Register for the South Moravian Region. Database results - usual prices, will be subsequently analyzed and evaluated. Then the results will be interpreted and the differences between the usual prices and the input data from the database will be discussed.

In the thesis "Price sources for the comparative valutation method for houses in the southern part of the Brno-venkov district," ten identical family homes will be valued first on the basis of bidding, without taking into account prices realised, and then on the basis of realized prices. Based on the entry database of properties in the Brno-venkov district, ten databases of comparison properties in the southern part of the Brno-venkov district will be created. These ten databases will be assigned to identical ten detached houses first with bidding prices and then with prices realized. The ten identical detached houses will then be awarded a direct comparative valuation method in twenty databases generated. First, on the basis of the offer prices, the source of which is the aforementioned entry property database, and then on the basis of the prices realized, the source of which is the price data from the purchase agreements registered in the Land Registry for the South Moravian Region. Database results - prices usual, will then be analysed and evaluated. The results will then be interpreted and the differences between the usual prices and input data from the input database will be discussed.

Used the cost method, comparative method and comparative method of creating a database. The thesis consists of a theoretical part is the introduction of basic concepts, market analysis and valuation of real estate. This is followed by a practical part, where the description of the site and the actual value selected garages with their descriptions and photographs. In conclusion, this is a recap of the results and their entry into the chart.

This master thesis focuses on atopic eczema in children and adolescents from a psychological perspective. The aim of this text is to describe and emphasize the psychological aspects of this disease and characterize the areas it may concern and affect. Regarding the structure, the thesis is divided into three parts. The introductory theoretical part is focused on a description of the explored subject-matter, the aim was to submit a comprehensive perspective on this disease and outline a relevant psychological basis for the empirical enquiry. The second empirical part is focused on the intrinsic aspects of the experience of this disease in children and adolescents. The quantitative research was designed to map out the specific phenomena, incidence of depressive symptoms and family upbringing style. The quantitative research is complemented by a qualitative inquiry with the aim to get further into depth of the issue by means of two case studies. These were focused on the overall experience related to the diagnosis of atopic eczema. The final part reflects acquired findings and the conclusive discussion summarizes the results of the exploratory assumptions including the limits and the possibilities of future psychological work with this disease. This thesis deals with the problems of values at two levels. The first level applies to level orientations of Czech and British society - a review of how much the liberal traditions and different degree of modernization affect on values of adult population with the aim of discover how much are the values unlike. The second level deals with the difference of values of adolescents in the country and in the town. On the level fo adults were discovered differences of values in the country and in the town, on the grounds of that was the goal of the second part do find out, if this difference applies on adolescents too due to the effect of environment. The first part is based on the analysis of up to now newest data of EVS of 2008, in the second part was performed a survey between two hundreds of eight-grade students of a elementary school. The survey affirmed the approximation of values in the country and in the town of Czech Republic to Great Britain in the young generation of 15 - 29 years. In the future is another approximation of values independent on place of residence and bigger approximation to modern western Europe expected. 1 ABSTRACT The objective of the diploma thesis is to create a rating scale that would be convenient for the evaluation of the swimming crawl technique of the early age school children. The assumption of the thesis is to specify a model technique, which is corresponding with the stage of development of the children and also formulates criteria for evaluation of the swimming crawl technique. The created scale is later used within a group of children from the swimming school Žabička. The theoretical part of the thesis consists of the closer look at the characteristic of the early age school children, specification of the model swimming crawl technique and possible deviation of this technique. To follow up on this knowledge, a rating scale yes/no is developed, as well as a record sheet and an evaluation procedure. For determination of the results is used a method of observing, scaling and a method of quantitative analysis of statistical data. The final research results revealed deviation from the crawl technique mostly in the body posture, movements of legs, movements of arms and coordination of breathing together with arm movements. Title: Swimming level of applicants for the study at FTVS UK Objectives: The aim of this theses is to evaluate the swimming level of applicants for studies of physical education at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports at Charles University in the years 2008-2019. The survey will be conducted on the basis of the average times achieved and the average score of the candidates. Furthermore, we will probe the differences in the swimming level of men and women and in the choice of the swimming style. Methods: In this theses, methods of analysis and synthesis were used for data processing. Furthermore, there were used survey data analysis, statistical methods and comparison method for comparing partial results. Results: The results of the survey showed that the swimming level of applicants for studies at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports at Charles University did not change significantly in the years 2008-2019. Men achieved average times ranging from 01:28,7-01:32,2 and women 01:40,6-01:45,6. The changes were not remarkable, so it is not possible to consider these fluctuations in the swimming level as significant in the overall evaluation. A slight increase in the swimming level occurred in the last year of the survey, but there was a significant decrease in number of applicants...

The theoretical part of the diploma thesis defines the basic terms and definitions, methods used for the appraisal and bank loans are specified. The practical part is about the application of the methodical basis from the appraisal according to the price provision. The recent and future value is specified here by the means of the methods of costs appraisal, the income method and the comparative method and the price common for the credit proceeding is provided.
