Residenciais Terapêuticos é crucial no processo de
substituição de leitos hospitalares,
bem como no processo que visa dar um novo lugar social à
loucura. Esta dissertação
de mestrado procura discutir o uso do termo autonomia no
contexto da atenção aos
pacientes internados há longos anos em hospitais
psiquiátricos, e que se incluem no
processo de saída para Residências Terapêuticas.
Constatando, na prática clínica, que
o uso do termo autonomia, como critério orientador de uma
prática voltada para a
reabilitação psicossocial, se torna insuficiente, propomos
sua reelaboração, a partir de
um diálogo com a psicanálise. / [en] In the brasilian Psyquiatric Reform, to implant Terapeutic
Residences is essencial for
the substitution of hospital stream beds, as well in the
process that aims to give a new
place at the society for people who sofer of mental
disorders. This dissertation aims to
study the autonomy idea, used at the assistence of
patients interned a long time at
psyquiatric hospitals, when they are living the hospital
for Terapeutic Residences. In
work, it can be seen that the term autonomy is used as a
standard to decide who will
or not leave the hospital for a Terapeutic Residence. As a
standard, the autonomy is
insuficient. Here, we propose a reelaboration of this
term, making a dialogue with
psychoanalysis.
