Previous issue date: 2011-10-19 / Our era is marked by great technological development. The machine or rather, the
computer has now become an integral part of human life. We can even take the liberty
to say that it has become an extension of human hands.
Involved with such technology, the man craves increasingly seek an answer to their
existence and why in this world. This response will not find if he is not open to what we
transcend.
It is seeking an answer to this question that the Church is called to be present in the
media to help man in this quest and make possible their relationship with the
transcendent.
The object of this study goes through the communication technology, and comes in the
most modern of all the technologies of our time is the Internet. Seeking to show what is
possible through a great communication tool like this to bring the Good News of Christ,
but also thought and message of the Church for all who are connected.
The proposal is that those involved in ecclesial universe do not look at the world wide
web as extremely odd or liable to demonize them, but look at this great opportunity to
use for the good of all / Nossa era é marcada pelo grande desenvolvimento tecnológico. A máquina, ou melhor,
o computador, passou a ser parte integrante da vida do homem. Podemos até tomar a
liberdade e dizer que ele passou a ser uma extensão das mãos humanas.
Envolvido com tanta tecnologia, o homem almeja buscar cada vez mais uma resposta
para sua existência e o porquê de estar neste mundo. Essa resposta ele não vai encontrar
se não estiver aberto àquilo que transcende.
É buscando responder a esta pergunta que a Igreja é chamada a estar presente nos meios
de comunicação social para ajudar o homem nessa busca e tornar possível sua relação
com o transcendente.
O objeto desse estudo perpassa a tecnologia da comunicação, e chega na mais moderna
de todas as tecnologias de nosso tempo que é a Internet. Buscando mostrar que é
possível por meio de um grande instrumento de comunicação como este levar a Boa
Nova de Cristo, como também o pensamento e a mensagem da Igreja para todos aqueles
que estão conectados.
A proposta é que aqueles que estão envolvidos no universo eclesial, não olhem para a
rede mundial de computadores como algo extremamente estranho, nem corram o risco
de demonizá-los, mas vejam nesse uma grande oportunidade de uso para o bem de
todos
