Under senare år har den svenska Försvarsmakten varit under snabb utveckling och förändring, det byggs nu upp en ny flexibel insatsorganisation. Även logistikfunktionen är under förändring och man är på väg att implementera en ny logistikorganisation, Forgus.Syftet med studien är att förklara och förstå hur logistikfunktionen skall understödja insatsorganisationen vid hot om väpnat angrepp. Den övergripande frågan är hur, man inom ett år, avser att understödja/försörja insatsorganisationen. Studien sker både deskriptivt och empiriskt i form av intervjuer och litteraturstudier. Den teoretiska utgångspunkten är systemteorin. Studien fokuserar på fyra huvudområden eller beroende variabler, planering, ledning, miljö och implementering. Under den sista delen av studien görs en analys av intervjuerna samt i viss mån en jämförelse med litteraturstudierna, under de fyra huvudområdena, och slutsatser presenteras. Det är många saker som är oklara i logistiksystemet. Huvudslutsatserna avseende oklarheterna är: - Bristen på operativa hänsyn och krav på Forgus under utvecklingsfasen av densamma. - Forgus oklara operativa roll i planerings- och lednings processen. / In recent years the Swedish Armed Forces have had to deal with a rapid development and changes in the Forces. The Swedish Armed Forces are now building a new flexibel organisation, the operational organisation. Also the logistic system are under changes. A new logistic organisation; Forgus, is under implementation.The purpose with the study is to describe and understand how the operational organisation, when they are dealing with a threat to the country, should be supported by the logistic function. The overall question is how, within one year, the logistic function intend to support the operational organisation. The study focused at four main areas, planning, command, environment and implementation. The study is both descriptive and are dealing with empirical studies of interviews and litterature. The theoretical analysis model that have been used is the system theory. The final part of the study will analyse the interviews and in some way make a comparison to litterature, under the four main areas, and conclusions are presented.There are many things just now who is unclear in the logistic system. The main conclusions drawn about this unclear things are:The lack of a clear operational role of the new logistic organisation, Forgus, within the planning- and command process.The lack of operational considerations when Forgus was developed.A clear definition of the concept of logistic. This is necessary and the suggestion is to implement NATO definition of logistic.
