Previous issue date: 2005-06-07 / This research has been implanted on thematic area education, politic and culture, based on line research and cultures practices aducatives histories approaches and literaries. on this situations, be involved around the kind of relations investigating about history cultural perspective, the thematic: woman, violence, body and education in women s daily victims of fisic, sexual and psychological violence. The research period happens end of 20th century beginning of 21th, specially between the 1999 until 2002. The survey shows influence of sexually device above body to reveal the root of violence in kinds of relations, be present in lifehistory of women aggressors the prisoners women and the women who permits aggressions the victims who accuse in the police station of woman. to preserv her privacy, i have been utilized in my register book pseudonym by flowers, to everyone. i have been defended my theory by familyrelations, be constitued in micro powerspaces and learn about sex, under the influence of violence in kinds of relations, creating negative bodywoman. shows bodyconceptions and sexuality by light thinking of the French philosopher Mr. Foucault Michel, in his opinion sexuality is a mechanisms by power, it is present on circular form at the society from all the institutions. These relacions, were twice think and was problematic, their will be bring seeds of social transformations / Esta pesquisa insere-se no eixo tem?tico Educa??o, Pol?tica e Cultura, em torno das rela??es de g?nero, investigando a tem?tica mulher, viol?ncia, corpo e educa??o no cotidiano de mulheres v?timas de viol?ncia f?sica, sexual e psicol?gica. O per?odo da pesquisa situa-se no final do s?culo XX e in?cio do XXI, especificamente entre os anos 1999 a 2002. O trabalho mostra a influ?ncia do dispositivo sexualidade sobre o corpo ao revelar a g?nese da viol?ncia nas rela??es de g?nero, presente nas hist?rias de mulheres agressoras, das presidi?rias e das mulheres agredidas, vitimadas que denunciam na Delegacia da Mulher. Para preservar a intimidade das mulheres, utilizo em meus registros pseud?nimos de flores, para cada uma das entrevistadas. Defendo a tese de que a viol?ncia nas rela??es familiares, micro espa?o de poder e saber sobre o sexo, influencia na constru??o educacional das rela??es de g?nero, gerando a nega??o do corpo feminino. Trabalho com as categorias corpo, sexualidade, viol?ncia, poder e amor, para defender a tese proposta. Apresento as concep??es de corpo e sexualidade ? luz do pensamento do fil?sofo franc?s Michel Foucault, que entende a sexualidade como um dispositivo de poder, presente de forma circular na sociedade em todas as institui??es. Recorro a teoria a respeito do amor de Erich Fromm. S?o fonte de pesquisa os jornais, os registros de queixas policiais, os depoimentos das presidi?rias e das mulheres agredidas que denunciam os agressores. Utilizo tamb?m como fonte o C?digo Penal Brasileiro. Por fim, concluo que as hist?rias das mulheres flores, possuem discursos que revelam a import?ncia do corpo como um local privilegiado de saberes e de verdades, que s?o traduzidos por suas subjetividades e rela??es educacionais aprendidas e repetidas no seio familiar e referendadas pela sociedade. Rela??es estas, que repensadas e problematizadas, podem trazer sementes de transforma??o social
