Previous issue date: 2010-04-29 / The present research sought to conduct the study on the existence or not of
influence of Capital - especially the international capital - on Higher Education
Institutes, focusing on the problems that come from the question that if such an
influence would prevent the provision of a good service, striving for the adoption of
methodologies consistent with the institution, as forecast of Articles 206 and 209 of
the Constitution. Through the historical context, promoting an analogy to the present
time, it was found that the public policies related to education have a privative
conjuncture, since a long time ago until the present moment, through an authoritative
historical exhumation. Using documentary research, and relevant theoretical sources,
the research was taken to the case - College Anhanguera from Anapolis. / A presente pesquisa procurou realizar o estudo sobre a existência ou não, de
influência do Capital notadamente do capital internacional-, sobre as Instituições
de Ensino Superior, centrando-se na problemática oriunda da indagação de que se
tal influência impediria a prestação de um ensino de qualidade, primando pela
adoção de metodologias consentâneas com a instituição, ou seja, um ensino
superior de fato; conforme previsão dos artigos 206 e 209 da Constituição Federal.
Realizada uma contextualização histórica, promovendo uma analogia com o
momento atual, verificou-se que as políticas públicas voltadas à educação possuem
uma conjuntura privativista, desde longa data; por meio de uma exumação histórica
abalizada. Por intermédio de pesquisa documental, e em fontes teóricas pertinentes,
a pesquisa foi levada ao caso concreto Faculdade Anhanguera de Anápolis.
