Previous issue date: 2016-02-25 / FACEPE / Este trabalho investe na compreensão dos sentidos que jovens em conflito com a lei produzem sobre a criminalidade. Para tanto, analisa como esses jovens relacionam os elementos que explicam sua entrada no crime e como problematizam os aspectos que possibilitam/dificultam a sua desvinculação com a trajetória infracional. Utilizamos como interlocutores as abordagens teórico-metodológicas da biopolítica das populações (FOUCAULT, 2005), da Criminologia Crítica (BARATTA, 1999) e dos estudos subalternos (SPIVAK, 2010). Transitamos pela relação saber/poder/verdade para destacar os efeitos de saber e de poder na produção da condição de jovem infrator, atentos ao fato de que essas produções estão perpassadas por uma discursividade social hegemônica de criminalização da juventude pobre. Consideramos fundamental a escuta dos jovens, principalmente a elaboração de discursos que se distanciavam dos significados mais corriqueiros que tentam explicar o envolvimento deles com práticas infracionais. A técnica de coleta de informações foi uma entrevista semiestrutura, realizada com jovens em cumprimento de medida socioeducativa privativa de liberdade. A análise dos dados foi feitas através da Análise Crítica do Discurso, baseada na analítica foucaultiana. Como resultado, observamos que a produção discursiva dos jovens quanto aos elementos que explicam a sua vinculação com o crime perpassam questões que envolvem o consumo de drogas, o desejo de poder, o acesso à rua, circunstâncias familiares e o consumismo. No tocante aos aspectos que possibilitam/dificultam a desvinculação dos jovens com a prática infracional, suas produções discursivas foram norteadas a partir da discussão sobre a medida socioeducativa, a escola, a família e suas perspectivas de projetos de vida. / This work focuses on understanding the feelings which the young people who are under conflict with the law produce over criminality, therefore it analyzes how these young people associate the elements which explain their initiation in the crime and how they put in doubt the aspects that facilitate/impair their disenstalling from their transgression trajectory. We have used as interlocutors the theoretical methodological approaching of biopolitics of the populations (Foucault, 2005), of the critical criminoly (Baratta, 1999) and of the secondary studies (Spivak, 2010). We have gone through the relation Know/Can/Truth, to make stand out the effects of knowing and being able in the production of the condition of the infringer young person, attentive to the fact that these productions are moved by a hegemonic social speech of the needy young people. We consider the listening of the young people to be essential, mainly the elaboration of the speeches that keep away from the most common meanings that try to explain their envolviment with transgression practices. The technic of data collection was a semistructure interview, which was held with young people who were under social-educational measures, without freedom. The data analysis have been carried out through the speech critical analysis, based on the Foucault analytic. As a result we have observed that the speech production of the young people, as to the elements that explain their bonds with the crime move through issues that involve the using of drugs, the wish of power, the access to streets, family circumstances and consumerism. Concerning the aspects that facilitate or impair the disenstalling of young people from transgression practices, their speech production were guided from the discussion about social-educational measures, their school, their family and their perspectives of future plans.
