Previous issue date: 2009 / A Escola Técnica do SUS Professora Ena de Araújo Galvão não possui um quadro permanente de docentes, trabalhando através de credenciamento dos mesmos que passam a ser prestadores de serviço, constituindo assim, um vínculo precário para a maioria deles, excetuando-se alguns poucos servidores efetivos que desenvolvem, entre outras, a função docente. A vinculação subjetivados indivíduos às organizações é estudada pela psicossociologia francesa, que inclui as categorias de reconhecimento, idealização, investimento, fragilização de vínculos, pertencimento, entre outras. Fatores como baixa adesão dos docentes aos cursos de capacitação pedagógica e demora em cumprir com as atividades próprias da docência apontam para a hipótese de que parte dos docentes veja a atividade como um simples complemento, tanto salarial quanto curricular. Assim, a presente pesquisa teve como objetivo geral compreender as implicações do vínculo empregatício precário sobre a subjetividade dos atuais professores da Escola Técnica do SUS Profª Ena de Araújo Galvão e examinar o perfil dos potenciais docentes da escola, e como objetivos específicos, examinar o perfil dos candidatos a docentes quanto à formação, história profissional e inserção no mercado de trabalho; conhecer a trajetória profissional dos atuais docentes da ETSUS, buscando reconhecer os processos que os levaram a ocupar a função docente no Sistema Único de Saúde e compreender os sentidos da prática docente dos professores da Escola Técnica do SUS Profª Ena de Araújo Galvão. Para tal, foi desenvolvida uma pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa, com aspectos quantitativos, compreendendo um mapeamento do perfil dos docentes da escola através das fichas cadastrais dos mesmos, com informações sobre a formação, possíveis outras inserções no mercado de trabalho, pós-graduação e capacitação pedagógica, que serviram de subsídio para a seguinte etapa, a das entrevistas, que foram direcionadas por um roteiro e precedidas da aplicação do Termo de Consentimento Livre e Esclarecido. Além da aplicação do TCLE, a pesquisa também foi submetida à apreciação do CEP/ENSP de acordo com a Portaria 196/96 do CONEP, sendo aprovado sem ressalvas. Os principais resultados mostram que a maioria dos docentes possui outra inserção no mercado de trabalho e também possuem cursos de pós-graduação, inclusive doutorado, em alguns casos; da mesma forma, um número significativo de professores possui experiência docente em outras instituições, até mesmo em universidades. Quanto aos aspectos subjetivos, apesar da precariedade dos vínculos, o investimento dos profissionais na atividade docente encontra-se presente e os profissionais se sentem ligados à escola de forma afetiva. No entanto, a escola não vem desempenhando a proposta de Educação Permanente e também não possui um projeto político-pedagógico, sendo sugerido neste aspecto, que seja implementada uma atividade interna para os técnicos e professores se aproximarem e executarem tal política, neste mesmo processo espera-se concluir a elaboração do referido projeto. / The Technical School of SUS “Teacher Ena de Araújo Galvão” doesn't possess a permanent picture of teachers, working through accreditation of the same ones that they start to
be service rendering, constituting like this, a precarious bond for most of them, being excepted
some few effective servants that develop, among other, the educational function. The subjective entailing of the individuals to the organizations is studied by the French psicossociology, that includes the recognition categories, dealization, investment, bond embrittlement, belonging, among others. Factors as low adhesion of the teachers to the courses of pedagogic training and delay in accomplishing with the own activities of the teaching appears for the hypothesis that leaves of the teachers sees the profession as a simple complement, so much salary as curricular. Like this, to present research has as general objective to Examine the partial profile of the educational potentials of the Technical School of SUS “Teacher Ena de Araújo Galvão” and to understand the implications of the precarious contract of employment about the current teachers' of the school subjectivity, and as specific objectives, to examine the profile of candidates to educational as for the formation,
professional history and insert in the job market; to know the current teachers' of ETSUS
professional path, looking for to recognize the processes that took them to occupy the
educational function in the Unique System of Health and to understand the senses of the
teachers' of the Technical School of SUS “Teacher Ena de Araújo Galvão” educational practice. For such, a research of qualitative approach was developed, with quantitative aspects,
understanding a mapping of the teachers' of the school partial profile through the cadastral
records of the same ones, with information about formation, possible other inserts in the job
market, masters degree and pedagogic training, that they served as subsidy for the following
stage, the interviews, that were addressed by an itinerary and preceded of the application of the
Term of Free and Illustrious Consent. Besides the application of TFIC, the research was also
submitted to the appreciation of CONEP/ ENSP in agreement with the Entrance 196/96 of CONEP, being approved without safeguards. The main results show that most of the teachers possesses other insert in the job market and they also possess masters degree courses, besides
doctorate; in the same way, a significant number of teachers possesses educational experience
in other institutions, even in universities. As for the subjective aspects, in spite of the
precariousness of the bonds, the professionals' investment in the educational activity is present
and the professionals feel linked to the school in an affectionate way. However, the school is
not carrying out the proposal of Permanent Education and it doesn't also possess a politicalpedagogic project, being suggested in this aspect, that an activity is implemented interns for the technicians and teachers if they approximate and they execute such politics, in this same process hopes to conclude the elaboration of the referred project.
