of relationship between educator and pupil in the formation of interdisciplinary
groups. Therefore, the elaboration of dissertation is oriented to rescue of the
experience of pupil and educators, in institutions of private education, in
permanent dialogue with the theoretical arguments that support this theme. The
methodology of interdisciplinary research on life stories helped to shape the
movement of the relationship between teacher and student, and their remains
connected to the principles of Complexity and Interdisciplinarity. The research
also addresses the "backstage" of private schools with the movement of postmodernity,
within the constraints of speed, of superficiality and fragmentation,
and enlarge the view on these changes in the educational environment as a
period of transformation that engenders the construction of new times and ways
to relate. The dissertation also deepens the dialogue between the direction of
the relationship in the formation of interdisciplinary groups with the authors of
reference, as well as the concepts of attitude I and You and buberian
community, to talk Freirean, partnership and interdisciplinary group. It seek to
give a sense to the relationship through the practice of sensitive listening
closely to the concepts investigated. The work aims to open different dialogues
and intersubjective exchanges, not as a closed theory, instead, the learning in
the co-existence between differents. Therefore requires the responsibility of
meeting participants in education, in search of intentional partnerships towards
the creation of interdisciplinary groups / Esta pesquisa visa contribuir para a reflexão sobre o sentido da relação
entre educador e educando na constituição de grupos interdisciplinares. Por
isso, a confecção da dissertação pauta-se no resgate da vivência de educanda
e educadora, em instituições de ensino privado, em permanente diálogo com
as fundamentações teóricas que sustentam esse tema. A metodologia de
investigação interdisciplinar sobre histórias de vida permitiu delinear o
movimento das relações entre educador e educando, e os seus vestígios
interligados aos princípios da Complexidade e da Interdisciplinaridade. Aborda
também os bastidores das escolas particulares com o movimento da pósmodernidade,
no âmbito dos condicionantes da velocidade, da superficialidade
e da fragmentação, e amplia o olhar sobre essas mudanças no ambiente
educacional como um período de transformações que engendra a construção
de novos tempos e modos de se relacionar. Aprofunda ainda o diálogo entre o
sentido da relação na constituição de grupos interdisciplinares com autores de
referência, bem como os conceitos da atitude Eu e Tu e comunidade
buberiana, a dialogicidade freireana, a parceria e o grupo interdisciplinar. Busca
a atribuição de um sentido para as relações, por intermédio da escuta sensível
das práticas em estreita ligação com os conceitos investigados. O trabalho
aponta à abertura a diferentes diálogos e trocas intersubjetivas, não como uma
teoria fechada, ao invés disso, o aprendizado na co-existência entre diferentes.
Por isso requer a responsabilidade dos participantes no encontro educativo, na
busca intencional de parcerias rumo a constituição de grupos interdisciplinares
