È evidente que a violência presente atualmente é o reflexo de como esses sujeitos estão sendo cuidados e percebidos na sociedade. Quando se propõe a realizar uma revisão daquilo que já foi ou está sendo dito e discutido sobre o fenômeno da violência pelos profissionais de enfermagem é para ter subsídios e poder ter um maior aprofundamento sobre a temática. Portanto, com o intuito de reconhecer as dificuldades que estão inerentes no cuidado a criança e adolescente vítima de violência doméstica e a partir destas encontrar novas possibilidades, propôs-se analisar esta temática manifestada pelos profissionais de enfermagem à luz do referencial problematizador de Paulo Freire e do pensamento complexo. Propôs-se, a realização de uma pesquisa-ação com abordagem qualitativa. Foi escolhida uma Unidade de Internação Pediátrica de um Hospital-Escola geral situado na região Sul do Brasil. Os sujeitos envolvidos no processo de sensibilização no qual se constituem os resultados foram 11 profissionais de enfermagem atuantes nesta unidade. Os dados coletados nesta pesquisa-ação originaram-se de encontros coletivos ocorridos sob a forma de 5 oficinas. Para delimitar e desenhar as questões pontuais das discussões, pautou-se, preferencialmente, nas questões relacionadas à própria problemática, à vítima, ao agressor e à família e, as relacionadas aos aspectos profissionais, pois estavam de acordo com os pontos-chave levantados pelos sujeitos. As categorias analíticas tecidas foram: família, profissional, violência e novas possibilidades de educar-cuidar. Para estas, as discussões geradas na prática educativa/interativa/investigativa proporcionaram um avanço significativo no cuidado prestado. Apesar destas categorias terem permitido uma reflexão profunda e esclarecedora, principalmente por terem promovido novas possibilidades de cuidado, algumas delas como o cuidado ao cuidador e a abordagem as vítimas e sua família necessitam ser ainda revisitadas pois são consideradas dificuldades que devem ser discutidas e superadas. Com o avanço teórico das dificuldades relacionadas à violência doméstica, pode-se perceber que elas regem certamente às condutas, sendo que, estas sim, impedem um cuidado de qualidade. Delimitar e perceber como elas impossibilitam esse cuidado, esclarece a verdadeira essência das questões que estão impossibilitando de assistir crianças, adolescentes e suas famílias, vítimas de violência doméstica.
The domestic violence against children and adolescents, today, demonstrates what throughout history it comes happening, an indifference with the children and adolescents, clarifying the true face of the familiar relations that are gifts daily. Is evident that the present violence currently is the consequence of as these citizens is being well-taken care of and perceived in the society, When it is considered to carry through a revision of what already it was or is being said and argued on the phenomenon of the violence for the nursing professionals it is for having subsidies and power to have a bigger deepening on the thematic one. Therefore, with intention to recognize the difficulties that are inherent in the care the child and adolescent victim of domestic violence and from these to find new possibilities, it was considered to analyze problematic revealed by the professionals of nursing to the light of the problematizador references of Paulo Freire and of the complex thought. It was considered, the accomplishment of an research-action with qualitative boarding, in the direction to search around the domestic violence against children and adolescents. A Unit of Internment Pediatrics of a situated general Hospital-School in the South region of Brazil. The involved citizens in the process of sensitization in which if they constitute the results had been 11 operating professionals of nursing in the unit of pediatrics internment who attend the children and adolescents. The data collected in this research-action had originated from occurred collective meeting under the form of 5 workshops. To delimit and to draw the prompt questions of the quarrels, it was putout, preferential, in the questions related to proper the problematic one, the victim, the aggressor and the family and, the related ones to the professional aspects, and therefore they were in accordance with the point-key raised by the citizens. The weaveeed analytical categories had been: family, professional, violence and new possibilities educate-to take care of. For these, the quarrels generated in practical educative/interactive/investigative one had provided a significant advance in the given care. Although these categories to have allowed a deep and enlightening reflection, mainly for having promoted new possibilities of care, some of them as the care to the cuidador and the boarding the victims and its family still need to be revisited therefore are considered difficulties that must be argued and be surpassed. With the theoretical advance of the difficulties related to the domestic violence, it can be perceived that they prevail certainly to the behaviors, being that, these yes, hinder a care of quality. To delimit and to perceive as they disable this care, clarify the true essence of the questions that they are disabling to attend children, adolescents and its families, victims of domestic violence.
