271860.pdf: 1764414 bytes, checksum: 303788b022edd2ca3473fc414855e636 (MD5) / O presente trabalho consiste em uma pesquisa de cunho qualitativo, que teve por objetivo analisar os relatos sobre práticas sexuais de mulheres, obtidos através de consultas de enfermagem em sexualidade, realizadas entre março de 1993 e março 2003 em Florianópolis (SC). Para a analise deste material foi feita revisão teórica em torno dos seguintes tópicos: os modelos teóricos da sexologia, a resposta sexual humana, as relações entre gênero e sexualidade, a questão da identidade e a diversidade sexual humana. A Análise de Conteúdo proposta por Bardin foi utilizada como metodologia para categorização das mulheres estudadas em três grupos: mulheres com relato de práticas hetero, mulheres com relato de praticas bissexual e mulheres com práticas homossexuais. Os conceitos de reflexividade, de senso comum e de gênero fundamentaram a análise dos resultados. Observou-se que as principais diferenças entre as três categorias são: a) as mulheres heterossexuais tendem a ser mais enquadradas pelas normas de gênero; b) o reconhecimento da sexualidade como uma fonte de prazer e de satisfação tanto para homens quanto para mulheres é maior entre as mulheres com relato de práticas homoeróticas; c) a ausência de orgasmo na prática sexual com homens, a vontade de agradar incondicionalmente ao parceiro, o incremento na vida sexual associados à transgressão à norma, à rejeição aos papéis pré-determinados e à vivência de novas experiências - comuns na juventude, parecem propiciar a experimentação por parte das mulheres de práticas bissexuais; d) há entre as mulheres com relato de prática homossexual uma resistência em repetir os padrões dos casais heterossexuais e) por não encontrar espaço para diversidade sexual nas doutrinas religiosas as mulheres homossexuais acabam optando pelo abandono da religião; f) existe uma tendência por parte das mulheres com práticas heterossexuais de relatarem dificuldades no exercício da sexualidade; g) nas práticas homoeróticas as mulheres se sentem com maior abertura para verbalizar seus desejos/necessidades sexuais; h) as mulheres heterossexuais tomam menos a iniciativa sexual; i) as preliminares são mais curtas ou inexistentes nas práticas heterossexuais; j) diferentemente da conjugalidade homossexual, na conjugalidade heterossexual as mulheres abdicam da prática masturbatória; l) o orgasmo vaginal é percebido e perseguido como signo de normalidade pelas mulheres com relato de práticas heterossexuais e bissexuais; m) as mulheres com práticas homoeróticas não acreditam que sexualmente a mulher deve ser passiva e nem que precisem de homem para satisfação sexual; n) para as mulheres com práticas homossexuais, é valorizado o prazer e a vivência satisfatória da sua sexualidade; o) nas práticas heterossexuais observa-se que a penetração vaginal é hegemônica. Como características comuns aos três grupos destacam-se: a) a ausência de orgasmo somente com a penetração vaginal; b) que quanto mais baixa a camada social e menor o capital cultural maiores as distinções nos valores emitidos e nas condutas em relação à sexualidade e a ação do gênero agregando-se à do meio social, modulando normas, representações e práticas da sexualidade. A revisão da literatura propiciou a percepção da construção do discurso da sexualidade e da instituição da norma social de um duplo padrão sexual que institui comportamentos sexuais apropriados para cada um dos gêneros na contemporaneidade. As falas das mulheres indicam que apesar das conquistas feministas do século XXI, perduram as assimetrias de gênero, na medida em que o exercício da sexualidade, independentemente da prática sexual vivenciada, ainda é permeado por conflitos originados nas questões relativas às construções de gênero, à identidade, à falta de conhecimento sobre o corpo e à visão heteronormativa incapaz de transcender os dualismos. / The present work consists in a research of qualitative matrix, had for objective to analyze the sexual practical stories of women, gotten through consultations of nursing in sexuality, carried through between March of 1993 and March 2003 in Florianópolis (SC). For analysis of this material was made theoretical revision around the following topics: the theoretical models of the sexology, the human sexual reply, the relations between gender and sexuality, the question of the identity and the human sexual diversity. The Analysis of Content proposal for Bardin was used as methodology for condition of the women studied in three groups: women with story of hetero practical, women with story of bisexual practical and women with homosexuals practical. The concepts of reflectivity, of common sense, and of gender had based the analysis of the results. We observe that the main differences between the three categories are: a) heterosexuals women more tend to be fit by the gender norms; b) the recognition of the sexuality as a source of pleasure and satisfaction both for men and for women is bigger among the women with story of homoerotic practical; c) the absence of orgasm in sexual practical with men, the wish unconditionally to please the partner, the increment in the sexual life associates to the trespass to the norm, to the rejection to predetermined positions and the experience of new experiences - common in youth, they seem to propitiate the experimentation on the part of the women of practical bisexuals; d) there is among women with story of homosexual practical a resistance in repeating the standards of the heterosexuals couples e) for not finding space for sexual diversity in the religious doctrines the homosexuals women finishes opting to the abandonment of the religion; f) exists a trend on the part of the women with heterosexuals practical telling difficulties in the exercise of the sexuality; g) in the homoerotic practical the women feel with bigger opening to verbalize its desires/sexual necessities; h) the heterosexuals women take little the sexual initiative; i) the preliminaries are shorter or inexistent in the heterosexuals practical; j) differently of the homosexual conjugality, in the heterosexual conjugality the women abdicate of the masturbatory practical; l) orgasm vaginal is perceived and pursued as sign of normality for the women with story of heterosexuals and bisexuals practical; m) the women with homoerotic practical do not believe that sexually the woman must be passive nor that needs man for sexual satisfaction; n) for the women with homosexuals practical, is valued the pleasure and the satisfactory experience of their sexuality; o) in the heterosexuals practical it is observed that the vaginal penetration is hegemonic. As common characteristics to the three groups distinguish itself: a) the absence of orgasm only with the vaginal penetration; b) that smaller the social class and lesser the cultural capital bigger the distinctions in the emitted values and the behaviors in relation to the sexuality and the action of the gender adding themselves it of the social environment, modulating norms, representations and practical of the sexuality. The revision of literature propitiated the perception of the speech construction of the sexuality and the institution of the social norm of a double sexual standard that institutes appropriate sexual behaviors for each one of the genders in the contemporarily. The speech of the women indicate that although the conquests feminists of century XXI, endure the asymmetries of gender, in the measure where the exercise of the sexuality, independently of sexual practical experienced, still is permeated by conflicts originated in the relative questions to the constructions of gender, to identity, the lack of knowledge about the body and to the heteronormative vision incapable to exceed the dualisms.
