O objeto da investigação é a grafoscopia e a relação entre a assinatura e seu contexto. Essa nova dimensão remete ao fato que, esse discurso da perícia grafotécnica, no sentido da imputação de responsabilidades, abriga certas contradições e comporta certos limites: as análises que confirmam ou não um ato de responsabilidade são obtidas, como se demonstra neste trabalho, a partir de marcas deixadas inconscientemente pelo autor, ou seja, a imputação de #responsabilidade# é reconhecida naquilo que o sujeito faz irresponsavelmente. Esse dado abre todo um campo de reflexão sobre o tema da responsabilidade. Claro, é impossível viver em um mundo em que não se possam imputar responsabilidades às pessoas. Essa imputação, no entanto, é permanentemente assombrada por certa contradição, um dilema, um limite que o discurso da grafoscopia justamente traz à tona: o fantasma da irresponsabilidade comportando a possibilidade de certa problematização do conceito de responsabilidade # conceito este que tal discurso deveria, contudo, reafirmar incondicionalmente. / This paper presents a new dimension to the discourse of Graphoscopy, seen from the perspective of linguistics as a space for philosophy of science, focusing on the ethical issues of liability arising from speech-acts and / or signatures and communication in written utterances. The research object is the Graphoscopy and the relationship between the signature and its context. This new dimension refers to the fact that this discourse of expertise grafotécnica, towards the attribution of responsibility, is home to some contradictions and contains certain limitations: the analysis to confirm whether or not an act of responsibility are obtained, as shown in this work, from the marks left by the author unconsciously, that is, the attribution of "responsibility" is recognized in what the subject does irresponsibly. This finding opens up a whole field of reflection on the theme of responsibility. Sure, it's impossible to live in a world that can not be hold accountable to the people. This attribution, however, is constantly haunted by a certain contradiction, a dilemma, a limit that the discourse of Graphoscopy just brings up: the ghost of irresponsibility. comprising the possibility of some questioning of the concept of responsibility - a concept that such speech should, however, reaffirm unconditionally.
