Previous issue date: 2013 / Resumo: Tecido e permeado por diversas reflexões e experiências narradas em relação ao início da docência, a presente dissertação é um diálogo entre a professora iniciante e seus diversos interlocutores - os sujeitos da escola - que se propõe a olhar, escutar e sensibilizar-se por sua condição de iniciante na carreira docente, na busca do compartilhamento de aprendizados, questionamentos, inseguranças, inquietações e descobertas no início da docência. Ou ainda: de que maneira o professor iniciante se constitui como docente no cotidiano da escola? Os diversos fios imersos no cotidiano da escola e em suas relações - alunos, professores e demais sujeitos da escola - significam o emaranhado de movimentos por ela realizados para o entrelace dos mesmos na composição do tecido: um todo coletivo, singular e amalgamado de reflexões por entre seus enlaces. No movimento da costura, conhecimentos, práticas, vivências, experiências e sensibilidades são desprendidas dos novelos e juntos constituem uma nova composição (re)significada por cada fio em contato com o outro, com o meio e consigo próprio, onde a pesquisa reúne fragmentos de constituição da professora iniciante, também denominada de professora-aprendiz-ensinante, que em início de carreira, se forma na relação intersubjetiva, no diálogo e compartilhamento de saberes e vivências entre seus pares e demais sujeitos da escola. Portanto, a dissertação pretende contribuir com a discussão do tema a partir de um viés das vivências da professora-aprendiz-ensinante que, nas relações com o outro, encontra o caminho da escola. / Abstract: Built and filled with many reflections and experiences from the beginning of the teaching, the present dissertation is a dialogue between the novice teacher and her many interlocutors - school subjects - that seeks to look, listen and to sensitize by her condition of novice teacher, in search of the knowledge sharing, questions, insecurities, inquietudes and discovers from the beginning of teaching. Or: how the beginning teacher is constituted as a teacher in the school routine? Many threads immersed in school quotidian and in its relations - students, teachers and other school subjects - mean the tangle of movements by it accomplished for the interlace of them in the composition of a texture: a collective totality, singular and filled with reflections between its ties. In sew movements, knowledge, practices, livings, experiences and sensibilities are loosen from the skein and together they build a new composition where every thread has new meaning when in contact with another, with everything and with itself, where research meets fragments constitution of beginning teacher, also called teacher-learner-teach that early stage, is formed in the intersubjective relationship, dialogue and sharing of knowledge and experiences among their peers and other school subjects. Therefore, this dissertation aims to contribute to the discussion of the topic from a bias of the experiences of the teacher-learner- teach that in relations with others, find the way to school. / Mestrado / Psicologia Educacional / Mestra em Educação
