This research look to the care of schizophrenic patients, considering the peculiarity of his language, responding to an institutional demand for recovery of citizenship and to promote the clinic as a possible treatment for these patients. The relationship between practical psychoanalysis and its theory by means of a methodological strategy through the construction of clinical cases was designed, in this work, as a mode of care offered to these patients with schizophrenia in a public service. This work aims to expose, through the narrative of three cases, the construction of this clinical practice enabling the care of these patients. Specifically, the material of language production are discussed in the group \"Solta a Língua\", comprised of schizophrenic patients, followed for a public health institution in the city of Uberlândia - MG. Based on psychoanalytic listening, may hold the place in the transfer as a partnership with the patient in the construction of knowledge. For this, the work is backgrounded on representation theory articulated in Freud\'s contributions to contemporary psychoanalytic practice. Still, in the discussion of cases, it was an intermingling with mental health policy of the city of Uberlândia (MG). Following this logic, we sought points that need to be reviewed within this policy and also those points that are close to the psychoanalytic clinic, leaving a glimpse of the scope and limitations of this study. In this context of work, it was possible to recognize the importance of careful listening in the clinic of schizophrenia in relation to the transfer process, knowing the twist that these patients suffer in their language that concern by those who are in a position to listen to them. / Os cuidados dispensados a pacientes esquizofrênicos, considerando a peculiaridade de sua linguagem, buscam, nesta pesquisa, responder a uma demanda institucional de resgate da cidadania e promover a clínica como possibilidade de tratamento a esses pacientes. A articulação entre teoria e clínica psicanalítica por meio da estratégia metodológica da construção de casos clínicos é pensada, neste trabalho, como modo de cuidado oferecido a esses pacientes esquizofrênicos, em um serviço público de saúde mental. Este trabalho tem como objetivo expor, por meio da narrativa de três casos clínicos, a construção dessa prática clínica viabilizando os cuidados dispensados a esses pacientes. De modo específico, o material de linguagem abordado são produções do grupo Solta a Língua , formado por pacientes esquizofrênicos, acompanhados em uma instituição pública de saúde da cidade de Uberlândia - MG. Com base na escuta psicanalítica, pode-se sustentar o lugar na transferência enquanto parceria com o paciente na construção de um saber. Para isso, o trabalho está fundamentado na teoria da representação em Freud articulada às contribuições da clínica psicanalítica contemporânea. Ainda, dentro da discussão de casos, fez-se um entrelaçamento com a política de saúde mental da cidade de Uberlândia (MG). Nessa lógica, buscou-se pontos que precisam ser revistos dentro dessa política e também aqueles pontos que se aproximam da clínica psicanalítica, deixando entrever os alcances e limites deste estudo. Nesse contexto de trabalho, foi possível reconhecer a importância da escuta cuidadosa na clínica das esquizofrenias em relação ao processo de transferência, sabendo da torção que esses pacientes sofrem no que concernem à sua linguagem por parte daqueles que estão na posição de escutá-los. / Mestre em Psicologia
