Tjänstemäns attityder gentemot fackföreningar inom den svenska arbetsmarknaden - en undersökande studie

This study examines the attitudes among officials towards trade unions and the support they seek from trade unions. Using a quantitative method in the form of a survey, we have collected data from various officials in the Swedish labor market. The result shows that officials in general still demand trade unions and their support, but that adjustments are required in relation to how the labor market has changed in the form of increased flexibility and individualisation. This study is based on theories about flexibility and individualization, with support from previous research in the study's research area. The study also sheds light on the Swedish model's significance in the Swedish labor market and how the role of trade unions plays a role in this. The study shows that there is still a need for collective collaboration in the labor market. The results also tells us that the main support that is requested from the officials surveyed is support that has to do primarily with security aspects, which is about, among other things, labor law support and advice about one's work situation.
