Byggnaden inrymmer en förskola med fyra avdelningar, två förskoleklasser, sex lågstadieklasser samt kök och personalutrymmen. Centrum i huset är den stora salen som används för idrottsundervisning, samlingar, scenframträdanden, sammankomster, spontan rörelse och spontant relationsskapande. Alla övriga utrymmen omringar den. Med det största utrymmet som nav ges varje barn och varje vuxen möjlighet att, i både rumslig och social mening röra sig från det lilla ut i det stora i sin egen takt. På kortändan av salen kan stora dörrar öppnas ut mot gården. Stora salen är en yta som hela tiden finns nära till hands när någon i byggnaden behöver springa av sig, samlas eller byta miljö. / The building houses a pre-school with four divisions, two preschool classes, six lower classes, as well as kitchen and staff spaces.
