The thesis aims to investigate the various factors that impact the management system, organizational structure, communication, and growth and how the management system can improve organizational outcomes. To achieve this, a case study approach was used, with 134 employees from the organization invited to participate in the questionnaire to share their perceptions of the management system. To complement the questionnaire data, an interview was conducted with the quality manager of the organization, and access was granted to the intranet and management system, which provided an additional dataset that was analyzed and researched using various theoretical frameworks. The thesis findings reveal that an organization's organizational structure, communication, and performance are interconnected and cannot function independently. The structure significantly impacts the organization's communication and performance, while effective communication is critical for the structure to function optimally and improve performance. The management system plays a central role in the organizational structure and performance, and successful integration of the management system improves the flow of information and increases the organization's efficiency, performance, and profitability. A functional and integrated management system is the key to improving quality across all areas of the organization. This is especially important in meeting social demands for sustainability and quality, crucial for surviving the highly competitive market and being prepared for unforeseen events such as the Covid-19 pandemic. With the availability of various technological and digital tools for quality improvement and communication, many businesses worldwide have been able to adapt and thrive even in the face of unprecedented challenges. Therefore, organizations need to invest in a robust management system that integrates these tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness in all operations. / Uppsatsen syftar till att undersöka de olika faktorer som påverkar ledningssystemet, organisationsstrukturen, kommunikationen och tillväxten och hur ledningssystemet kan förbättra organisationens resultat. För att uppnå detta användes en fallstudiemetod där 134 anställda från organisationen inbjöds att delta i undersökningen för att dela sina uppfattningar om ledningssystemet. För att komplettera undersökningsdatan genomfördes en intervju med kvalitetschefen i organisationen och tillgång till intranätet och ledningssystemet gavs, vilket gav ytterligare ett dataset som analyserades och undersöktes med hjälp av olika teoretiska ramverk. Uppsatsens resultat visar att en organisations organisationsstruktur, kommunikation och prestation är sammankopplade och inte kan fungera självständigt. Strukturen påverkar avsevärt organisationens kommunikation och prestation, medan effektiv kommunikation är avgörande för att strukturen ska fungera optimalt och förbättra prestandan. Ledningssystemet spelar en central roll i organisationens struktur och prestation, och framgångsrik integration av ledningssystemet förbättrar informationsflödet och ökar organisationens effektivitet, prestation och lönsamhet. Ett funktionellt och integrerat ledningssystem är nyckeln till att förbättra kvaliteten inom alla delar av organisationen. Detta är särskilt viktigt för att möta sociala krav på hållbarhet och kvalitet, avgörande för att överleva den hårt konkurrensutsatta marknaden och vara förberedd på oförutsedda händelser som Covid-19-pandemin. Med tillgången till olika tekniska och digitala verktyg för kvalitetsförbättring och kommunikation har många företag världen över kunnat anpassa sig och frodas även inför aldrig tidigare skådade utmaningar. Därför måste organisationer investera i ett robust ledningssystem som integrerar dessa verktyg för att förbättra effektiviteten och effektiviteten i alla verksamheter.
