Samverkan under skoltid för fem fritidshemslärare : En uppsats som söker efter fritidshemslärarens position och förbättringsområden för bättre samverkan

In this academic essay I try to find the position of five teachers in the recreation centre during school-time. This essay is based on a qualitative method through semistructured interviews. The empirical material has been analyzed to find positions for the leisure-time teacher during the compulsory school part of the day. The conclusion is that most of the teachers switched between different positions, which indicates that the school's leisure time teacher role is multifaceted and difficult to define. Another conclusion is that most of the leisure time teachers experience that they need more time for planning with their class teacher.
