Therefore, three therapeutic processes were presented and analyzed, which allowed to identified the care that represent the environmental support to the child's needs, which were named as: attention to interrupted movements, empathy, affective action and narrative. The constitutive experiences communicated the creative adjustment that children had done and the singular suffering they experience facing the impasse at their development. This communication, along with field information, with the support from the theory and the psychotherapist selfsupport allowed the construction of clinical reasoning and definition of therapeutic management. Besides, it was possible to identify that children psychotherapy process also includes care at the parents’s sessions so they can constitute or expand their selfsupport and offer environmental support to the child's needs. The care that were offered at the parents’s sessions were named as: environmental support to their needs, interlocution to their experiences and description of the child's experience. The care described at this work were concretized in the relationship with the children and their parents, as they were sustained by the psychotherapist selfsupport, which made it possible to recognize the sensations aroused in contact with the child and their caregiver, reflect on the experience to identify the need that was expressed by them. Thus, this work proposes an extension of the therapeutic management at the clinic with children, when the child has not yet assimilated his or hers selfsupport, which is necessary to use the method of awareness expansion, providing, in the therapeutic relationship, constitutive experiences that constitute the child's selfsupport / Esse trabalho descreve os cuidados que proporcionam experiências constitutivas, que permitem à criança constituir seu autossuporte para vivenciar sua experiência com autonomia e, assim, poder vir a usufruir das intervenções tradicionalmente propostas dentro da abordagem, orientadas pelo método da ampliação da awareness. Para tanto, três processos terapêuticos foram apresentados e analisados, o que permitiu identificar os cuidados que representam o heterossuporte para as necessidades da criança: atenção aos movimentos interrompidos, empatia, ação afetiva e narrativa. As experiências constitutivas comunicavam o ajustamento criativo que a criança havia realizado, e o sofrimento singular que vivenciava diante do impasse que enfrentava em seu desenvolvimento. Esta comunicação e as informações do campo, com apoio da teoria e do autossuporte da psicoterapeuta, permitiram a construção do raciocínio clínico e a definição do manejo terapêutico. Além disso, foi possível identificar que o processo de psicoterapia de crianças inclui também os cuidados nas sessões com os pais para que eles possam constituir, ou ampliar o seu autossuporte e exercer a função de heterossuporte para as necessidades da criança. Os cuidados que foram oferecidos nas sessões com os pais foram nomeados de: heterossuporte para as necessidades, interlocução para as experiências e descrição da experiência da criança. Os cuidados descritos nesse trabalho se concretizaram na relação com as crianças e seus pais, pois estavam sustentados no autossuporte da psicoterapeuta, o que tornou possível reconhecer as sensações despertadas no contato com a criança e com o seu cuidador, e refletir sobre a experiência para identificar a necessidade que era expressa pelo Outro. Assim, esse trabalho propõe uma ampliação do manejo da clínica com crianças, quando elas ainda não assimilaram o autossuporte necessário para usufruir do método da ampliação da awareness, proporcionando, na relação terapêutica, experiências constitutivas, que constituam o autossuporte da criança

[pt] Catástrofe e continuidade de ser: o trabalho psíquico da criança na pandemia de Covid-19. Este trabalho consiste numa pesquisa teórico-clínica acerca dos atravessamentos e produções específicas da clínica psicanalítica online com crianças durante a pandemia de Covid-19. Na primeira parte, estabelecemos o entendimento do contexto pandêmico a partir do conceito de catástrofe de Sandor Ferenczi, marcando distinções e relações com o traumático, de modo a considerar as mobilizações psíquicas do par analítico e as consequentes necessidades de elasticidade da técnica e de adaptação do setting por meio de vinheta. Em seguida, apresentamos o conceito de privação em Winnicott como fundamento de uma experiência psíquica de luto para a criança em confinamento, por vezes vivenciada de forma ambígua e imprecisa, e traçamos articulações com o fenômeno da evacuação de crianças de zonas urbanas no Reino Unido durante a Segunda Guerra para situar um referencial sobre possíveis efeitos psíquicos de grandes rupturas conjunturais no processo de constituição subjetiva. Relacionamos tais questões com a processualidade da constituição psíquica pela ótica de Ferenczi no tocante à gradual introjeção da realidade e ao papel do ambiente no acolhimento do sofrimento da criança. Por fim, exploramos através de vinhetas clínicas a especificidade do atendimento remoto na sua dimensão de setting audiovisual a partir do conceito de câmera subjetiva, relacionando-o com a teoria do brincar de Winnicott, mormente o conceito de uso do objeto, para refletir sobre o processo de construção de uma possibilidade de relação sofisticada com o mundo externo mesmo em circunstâncias de profundas restrições. / [en] The present research consists in an exploration of the challenges and specific productions of the psychoanalytical clinic with children during the Covid-19 pandemic. First, we establish the concept of catastrophe according to Sandor Ferenczi as a means to understand the psychological impacts on the analytic pair and the necessary adaptations of technique. Then, we present the notion of deprivation from Donald Winnicott to better explore the psychological experience of the child in confinement, articulating such experience with the evacuation of children in the United Kingdom during the Second World War. We articulate these issues to the process of subjective constitution through Ferenczi’s concepts of gradual introjection of the reality and the role of the environment in the psychological suffering of children. Lastly, we present clinical excerpts to discuss the specificities of the online setting, whilst articulating the findings with the concept of subjective camera and Winnicott’s theory of play.

[pt] A presente pesquisa aborda a questão da violência a partir da teoria psicanalítica, analisando sua relação com a constituição subjetiva e os processos de simbolização. Primeiramente procuramos investigar a noção de violência em psicanálise, partindo da relação que Freud estabelece entre violência, poder e domínio. A partir desse percurso na obra freudiana chegamos a duas teorias que tomam a violência como conceito central em suas obras: Jean Bergeret e Piera Aulagnier, e a partir da teoria de Aulagnier podemos entender a constituição da subjetividade como um processo que se desenvolve em uma relação intersubjetiva, estando subjacente a esse processo a imposição de um discurso que tem a marca de uma exterioridade violenta, porém estruturante. Essa violência, no entanto, pode apresentar-se pelo excesso, marcadamente desestruturante. Essa face excessiva da violência é tema central do segundo capítulo, onde procuramos pensar nos efeitos de uma relação primária alienante, onde a violência do objeto paralisa o sujeito numa passividade traumática. No terceiro capítulo nossa atenção se concentra na clínica, e defendemos nossa hipótese de que algumas manifestações de sofrimento que presenciamos na clínica com crianças como sintomas ligados ao vazio (apatia, dificuldades de aprendizagem), assim como pelo sofrimento corporal se relacionam com um excesso de violência no contexto das primeiras relações. / [en] The present research approaches the issue of violence based on psychoanalytic theory, analyzing its relation to the subjective constitution and the processes of symbolization. First, we seek to investigate the notion of violence in psychoanalysis, starting from Freud s relationship between violence, power and domination. From this path in the Freudian work we come to two authors that take violence as central concept in its works: Jean Bergeret and Piera Aulagnier. From Aulagnier s theory we understand the constitution of subjectivity as a process which develops in to an intersubjective relationship, underlining this process is the imposition of a speach that has the mark of a violent but structuring exteriority. This violence, however, may appear as a destructive excess that, instead of working in favor of the processes of symbolization, paralyzes the subject in a traumatic passivity. This excessive violence is the central theme of the second chapter, where we approach the effects of a primary alienating relationship. In the third chapter our attention is focused on the clinic, and we defend our hypothesis that some manifestations of suffering, which we witness in the clinic with children as symptoms related to emptiness (apathy, learning difficulties) as well as to the suffering of the body, are related to an excess of violence in the context of early relationships.
