La préparation d'interventions de maintenance dans les installations industrielles a dorénavant recours à des outils d'étude, de modélisation et de simulation basés sur l'exploitation de modèles virtuels 3D des installations. L'acquisition de ces modèles tridimensionnels s'effectue à partir de nuages de points mesurés, depuis plusieurs points de vue, par balayage angulaire horizontal et vertical d'un faisceau laser par scanner laser terrestre. L'expression dans un repère commun de l'ensemble des données acquises est appelée consolidation, au cours de laquelle les paramètres de changement de repères entre les stations sont calculés. L'objectif de cette thèse est d'améliorer la méthode d'acquisition de données laser en environnements industriels. Celle-ci doit, au final, garantir la précision et l'exactitude nécessaires des données tout en optimisant le temps et les protocoles d'acquisition sur site, en libérant l'opérateur d'un certain nombre de contraintes inhérentes au relevé topographique classique. Nous examinons, dans un premier temps, l'état de l'art des moyens et méthodes mis en œuvre lors de l'acquisition de nuages de points denses de scènes d'intérieurs complexes (Partie I). Dans un deuxième temps, nous étudions et évaluons les données utilisables pour la consolidation: données laser terrestres, algorithmes de reconstruction de primitives et systèmes de géolocalisation d'intérieur (Partie II). Dans une troisième partie, nous formalisons et expérimentons ensuite un algorithme de recalage basé sur l'utilisation de primitives appariées, reconstruites dans les nuages de points (Partie~III). Nous proposons finalement une approche probabiliste de l'appariement de primitives permettant l'intégration des informations et incertitudes a priori dans le système de contraintes utilisé pour le calcul des poses (Partie IV). / Many pre-maintenance operations of industrial facilities currently resort on to three-dimensional CAD models. The acquisition of these models is performed from point clouds measured by Terrestrial Laser Scanning (TLS). When the scenes are complex, several viewpoints for scanning, also known as stations, are necessary to ensure the completeness and the density of the survey data. The generation of a global point cloud, i.e. the expression of all the acquired data in a common reference frame, is a crucial step called registration. During this process, the pose parameters are estimated. If the GNSS systems are now a solution for many outdoor scenes, the registration of indoor TLS data still remains a challenge. The objective of this thesis is to improve the acquisition process of TLS data in industrial environments. The aim is to guarantee the precision and accuracy of acquired data, while optimizing on-site acquisition time and protocols by, as often as possible, freeing the operator from the constraints inherent to conventional topographic surveys. In a first part, we consider the state of the art of the means and methods used during the acquisition of dense point clouds of complex interior scenes (Part I). In a second part, we study and evaluate the data available for the registration: terrestrial laser scanner data, primitive reconstruction algorithms in point clouds and indoor geolocation systems (Part II). In the third part, we then formalize and experiment a registration algorithm based on the use of matched primitives, reconstructed from per station point clouds (Part III). We finally propose a probabilistic approach for matching primitives, allowing the integration of a priori information and uncertainty in the constraints system used for calculating poses (Part IV).

Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are getting into common usage more and more frequently. Unfortunately this spread is connected with attempts to misuse their principles for personal benefit. The goal of this thesis is to explain the main principles of using bitcoin in relation to the internet identity. This connection is represented by two sources in the thesis: the first is a bitcoin blockchain, the second is the sum of various user profiles used in discussion forums and similar websites. The aim is to create and explain the process how to, by using the combination of this two sources, reveal the identity of a human using cryptocurrencies for payment (from a private person point of view). First, methods used for extraction of correct and useful data from the blockchain and internet profiles must be developed to be able to mine data from the joint database, merging into a full user profile containing personal data. Results of this investigation are extended by the rules of preserving anonymity on the internet, containing both technological and behavioural measures avoiding a share of personal data. The end of this thesis explains possible attack vectors that might be used for compromising cryptocurrencies. The methods of searching of the internet identity are a useful tool for facing these attacks.

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of cultural routes that are a product of cultural tourism. Based on the definition of product of cultural tourism diploma thesis defines the key factors of cultural route proposal. On selected examples of already implemented cultural routes identifies important facts for own proposal of cultural route. The subject of the proposed cultural route is Josipa (Jože) Plečnik's architecture. Plečnik was an architect who was active in the first half of the 20th century. La presente propuesta de tesis está orientada y enfocada en el proceso de despachos de un operador logístico cuyo problema central está en el retraso de despacho y entrega de la carga al importador y que son originadas por causas de inadecuada programación de los turnos de despacho, demoras en la asignación del transportista, procesos manuales de revisión documentaria, entre otros, y que repercuten en la eficiencia del despacho y la satisfacción del cliente. En consecuencia, la propuesta de solución está basado en un diseño de una solución tecnológica enfocado en la programación anticipada de despachos de carga para la maximización de tiempos de atención de un operador logístico y presenta un proyecto de implementación para el desarrollo de una solución web y acceso de canales digitales y lograr la mejora continua de la operación del operador logístico. Para lograr el éxito del proyecto, este se ejecutará siguiendo buenas prácticas en la gestión de proyectos basado en la guía de referencia PMBOK, que nos ayuda a limitar el ámbito en su triple restricción de alcance, costo y tiempo; y para el diseño de la arquitectura empresarial se emplea el marco de trabajo Zachman que se enfocará en mejorar los procesos utilizando notación BPMN. Finalmente, la identificación de los componentes tecnológicos de la arquitectura del software empleará conceptos de ingeniería como estilos, tácticas, decisiones y conceptos de diseño que permitirán construir una arquitectura más adecuada y robusta en la propuesta de la solución. / This thesis proposal is oriented and focused on the dispatch process of a logistic operator whose central problem is in the delay of dispatch and shipments burden to the importer, whose causes have been emerged by the inadequate dispatch shifts schedule, delays in the assignment of the carrier and a manual process of non-automated documentary review that affects the efficiency of the dispatch and customer satisfaction. Consequently, the solution proposal is based on a business architecture design focused on the advance scheduling of shipments burden to maximize the customer support's time of a logistics operator and presents an implementation project for the development of a web and access solution. of digital channels and achieve continuous improvement of the logistics operator's operation. To achieve the success of this project, it will be executed following good practices in project management based on the guide reference PMBOK, which helps to limit the scope in its triple restriction of scope, cost and time; furthermore, the design of the enterprise architecture the Zachman framework is developed, which will focus on improving processes using the BPMN notation. En el mundo hípico, los caballos sufren frecuentes lesiones debido al esfuerzo que exigen las continuas competencias. Es por ello, que requieren atenciones veterinarias por emergencias con la visita o atención de un veterinario. Por lo anterior, estas atenciones se complican debido a que no se conoce la disponibilidad del veterinario, ni la distancia hacia el punto de origen de la emergencia, por ende, no pueden concretar las visitas, algunas emergencias se quedan sin atención poniendo en riesgo la salud y la vida del equino y en consecuencia se pierden ventas de productos y/o medicinas. Nuestro proyecto se basa en la automatización del proceso de Ventas por Emergencia gracias al desarrollo de una aplicación móvil que se encargará de que los clientes puedan emitir una alerta de emergencia veterinaria, a su vez, pueden visualizar en un mapa los veterinarios disponibles y con ello saber cuál es la distancia y tiempo aproximado de llegada hacia la emergencia, así como también, los veterinarios podrán emitir sus indicaciones médicas y los pedidos necesarios para ser atendidos en un corto plazo. Esta reducción de tiempos y aumento en la atención de emergencias que brinda la ejecución de este proyecto contribuye a optimizar la atención y la satisfacción del cliente, el incremento de las ventas y sobre todo el cuidado de la salud y la vida de los equinos que dependen de estas atenciones médicas veterinarias. / In the equestrian world, horses frequently suffer injuries due to the demands of continuous competition. That is why they require assistance from veterinarians due to emergencies or just routine appointments. These visits become complex because the veterinarian's availability is unknown or how remote the vet is from a location. As a result, veterinarians don't show up to the scheduled visits. In some cases, emergencies are left unattended, risking the health and life of the equine, missing on the selling of products and medication. Our project is based on the automatization of the process of emergency sales thanks to the development of a web and mobile application allowing clients to enter a vet alert. Clients can access a map and view all available veterinarians in the area to identify the distance and estimated arrival time to the emergency. The veterinarians can also forward their medical recommendations and any necessary short-term request. This reduction in times and increase in emergency care provided by the execution of this project contributes to optimizing customer service and satisfaction, increasing sales and, above all, the health and life care of the equines that depend on of these veterinary medical cares. / Tesis

Hoy en día, las mascotas se han convertido en una pieza importante y esencial en los núcleos familiares, llegando inclusive a ser considerados como uno de los miembros más queridos por todas las familias. Existe un dato estadístico que refleja un gran problema para estas familias en el Perú, el cual indica que 420,000 mascotas, entre perros y gatos principalmente, se pierden todos los años en nuestro país por diversos motivos. PET SAFE es una empresa que tiene un modelo de negocio que ofrecer un producto y servicio por el cual pocas compañías se preocupan, la seguridad de estos seres queridos en todo momento. El negocio se encarga de vender collares para mascotas con un sistema de GPS integrado para poder saber la geolocalización de nuestras mascotas todos los días. El objetivo de este plan de negocio es determinar el grado de interés de las personas en Lima en el nivel socioeconómico A y B que desean proteger a sus mascotas. La inversión total es de S/.86,863 soles donde el préstamo bancario es el 40% y el 60% capital de los accionistas. Se ofrece una tasa de rentabilidad de 77.77% y se espera recuperar la inversión a partir del mes 10 de operaciones. La inversión requerida se utilizará para invertirla en marketing y generar una red de mercado online donde se basará un porcentaje importante de clientes de la empresa. / Nowadays, pets had become an important and essential piece in the family nucleus, even being considered as one of the most loved members of all families. There is a statistical data that reflects a great problem for those families in Peru, which indicates that 420,000 pets, mainly dogs and cats, are lost every year in our country due different reasons. PET SAFE is a company that has a business model that offers products and services that few companies care about: the safety of these loved ones at all times. Our business sells pet collars with an integrated GPS system to be able to know the geolocation of our pets every single day. The objective of this business plan is to determine the degree of interest of people in Lima in socioeconomic level A and B who want to protect their pets. The total investment is S/. 86,863 soles where the bank loan is 40% and 60% for our shareholders' capital. It offers a return rate of 77.77% and it is expected to recover the investment from the 10th month of operations. En el presente trabajo de investigación, el objetivo es poder ofrecer una nueva idea de negocio, en nuestro caso, nuestra idea de negocio se llama “Mi Receta Facilita” y es una plataforma en donde se puede conseguir recetas de diferentes tipos como de almuerzos, postres, cenas, etc. Nuestra propuesta de valor es que en nuestra plataforma pueden encontrar las recetas con las medidas exactas, con videos tutoriales de las recetas y con una herramienta de geolocalización para que los usuarios puedan encontrar los lugares (bodegas, minimarkets, supermercados) más cercanos a ellos en donde puedan conseguir los ingredientes de las recetas. Los usuarios pueden acceder a nuestra plataforma vía página y app, y mediante una suscripción mensual. Para el desarrollo de nuestra idea de negocio, hicimos diferentes tipos de investigación y experimentos para así poder saber qué es lo que más nos servía o beneficia para nuestro tipo de negocio. Lo que buscamos satisfacer es que los clientes puedan tener una plataforma amigable en donde puedan encontrar recetas fáciles y rápidas de hacer, ya que actualmente las personas no tienen el tiempo suficiente para poder hacer recetas muy elaboradas, sino que, al tener corto tiempo, lo que ellos necesitan es poder tener a la mano recetas fáciles. Para la validación de nuestro problema, lo que hicimos fue realizar entrevistas a posibles usuarios y así saber con más detalle cuáles eran sus necesidades. Hicimos varios experimentos para este trabajo de investigación y por último hicimos un plan financiero que nos servirá para saber si nuestra idea de negocio es rentable. / In the present research work, the objective is to be able to offer a new business idea, in our case, our business idea is called "Mi Receta Facilita" and it is a platform where you can get recipes of different types such as lunches, desserts, dinners, etc. Our value proposition is that on our platform they can find the recipes with the exact measurements, with tutorial videos of the recipes and with a geolocation tool so that users can find the places (wineries, minimarkets, supermarkets) closest to them in where they can get the ingredients for the recipes. Users can access our platform via page and app, and through a monthly suscripción. For the development of our business idea, we did different types of research and experiments in order to know what best served or benefits us for our type of business. What we seek to satisfy is that customers can have a friendly platform where they can find easy and quick recipes to make, since currently people do not have enough time to be able to make very elaborate recipes, but having a short time, which they need is to be able to have easy recipes on hand. For the validation of our problem, what we did is interview potential users and thus find out in more detail what their needs were. Tato práce se zabývá a analyzuje možnosti, kterými je možno zjistit geografickou polohu ze snímků nebo videa pouze za použití vizuální informace z obrazu.    Výsledkem práce jsou dvě rozdílné metody geo-lokalizace. První z nich pracuje na principu hledání časů východu a západu Slunce. Hlavní výhodou této metody je její univerzálnost. Funguje s jakoukoliv kamerou umístěnou v externích prostorech a nevyžaduje přítomnost žádných specifických objektů ve scéně. Pro správný výsledek je třeba alespoň celodenní záznam z kamery. Výsledky jsou uspokojivé za každého počasí. Druhá metoda pracuje na základě analýzy stínů ve scéně. Správnou pozici je možno určit, s poměrně velkou přesností, pouze na základě dvou snímků pořízených v různém čase. Tato metoda vyžaduje přítomnost dvou objektů v obraze, které vrhají stín. Přesnosti výsledků navržených metod jsou vyhodnoceny a porovnány. Z výsledků vyplývá, že obě metody lze úspěšně použít pro odhad geografické polohy. Dále byla v rámci práce pořízena rozsáhlá datová sada obrazových sekvencí z volně přístupných webových kamer.

The goal of this master's thesis is to describe geolocation techniques in wireless wide-area networks and the ways of expressing the individual node location. Practical part describes implementation of web services that simulate the node movement in these wireless networks and implementation of web service that is going to agregate the coordinate systems of these wireless networks.

<div>Real-time social media data can provide useful information on evolving events and situations. In addition, various domain users are increasingly leveraging real-time social media data to gain rapid situational awareness. Informed by discussions with first responders and government officials, we focus on two major barriers limiting the widespread adoption of social media for situational awareness: the lack of geotagged data and the deluge of irrelevant information during events. Geotags are naturally useful, as they indicate the location of origin and provide geographic context. Only a small portion of social media is geotagged, however, limiting its practical use for situational awareness. The deluge of irrelevant data provides equal difficulties, impeding the effective identification of semantically relevant information. Existing methods for short text relevance classification fail to incorporate users' knowledge into the classification process. Therefore, classifiers cannot be interactively retrained for specific events or user-dependent needs in real-time, limiting situational awareness. In this work, we first adapt, improve, and evaluate a state-of-the-art deep learning model for city-level geolocation prediction, and integrate it with a visual analytics system tailored for real-time situational awareness. We then present a novel interactive learning framework in which users rapidly identify relevant data by iteratively correcting the relevance classification of tweets in real-time. We integrate our framework with the extended Social Media Analytics and Reporting Toolkit (SMART) 2.0 system, allowing the use of our interactive learning framework within a visual analytics system adapted for real-time situational awareness.</div>
