Mehr und mehr werden neue und dabei zunehmend multimediale Anwendungen fuer das Internet entwickelt und eingesetzt. In gleichem Masze wachsen auch die Qualitaetsanforderungen an diese Dienste. So gibt sich heute niemand mehr mit reiner ASCII--Text--Uebertragung von Informationen zufrieden. E-Mails werden mit MIME--Attachments versendet, Web--Seiten mit unzaehligen Grafiken ansehnlicher gemacht, und Konferenzen in Datennetzen erheben den Anspruch auf Audio-- und Video--Uebertragung in Echtzeit. Fuer Provider stellt sich hier nun das Problem der Finanzierung. Gegenstand dieser Arbeit ist es, anhand des Szenarios des Internet--Service--Providers ¨Freie Presse Online¨ ein Tarifmodell zu entwickeln, welches mittels Ressourcensteuerung arbeitet. Es soll ein Anreizsystem etabliert werden, um eine effizientere Ausnutzung der Ressourcen zu erzielen. Die finanzielle Grundlage bildet Prepayment. Die Einflusznahme geschieht nicht mittels veraenderlicher Entgelte, sondern direkt auf die dem Nutzer zur Verfuegung gestellten Ressourcen (Bandbreite, Verzoegerungszeit). Fuer den Entwurf des Modells werden Anleihen bei artverwandten Modellen genommen, so zum Beispiel bei der Tarifierung von elektrischer Energie, da die beiden Ressourcen Bandbreite (in Datennetzen) und Energie (in Stromnetzen) markante Aehnlichkeiten aufweisen. Weiterhin wird eine Analyse des Verhaltens der Nutzer im Bezug auf die Dauer und Tageszeit der Nutzung, Datenvolumen und Lastkurven durchgefuehrt. Die Analyse und das Accounting werden mittels der von der Real Time Flow Measurement Group vorgeschlagenen Architektur realisiert. Konkret kommt die Referenz-- Implementation NeTraMet zum Einsatz.

In this work was analyzed IS of UAB “Dokeda”, weighing all the positive and negative qualities. Also was discussed all additional functions which haven’t been included to the existing IS but could be useful. After have been finished analyzing of existing IS, was come to the conclusion that old system needs to be change. So in this work I did formed requirements for new IS, created new job’s models for it, explained means of technical realization, principles of new system creation and after all I did coding new IS and write new user and administrator manual. Final product was successfully introducing in enterprises UAB “Dokeda”. When new IS was introduced, in short time was carry out questionnaire between enterprise’s workers that to get opinion and to see how it works. Also I did make a suggestions how can be gain that new IS would more satisfy the enterprise’s needs and where could be adapted new IS in other areas.

For this study, we sought to understand what are the client's expectations regarding the services available and compare them with management perception in relation to the use of those services. Identifying the coherence level between the two points of view, management and client, it is possible to pinpoint how service is assessed in real conditions. Then, from this point on, a new vision can be implemented on available services, and new customer service strategies aiming at best serving to their expectation and need, can be rethought. The exploratory research was utilized. It was based on case study, and quantitative and qualitative methods were used. The quantitative method was done by applying the cluster technique with six variables of control derived from the six main services, whose definition was done through qualitative survey of the internal management team. Then, an structured interview with 443 clients, from a probabilistic sample of 800 costumers. The total number of active clients of the internet provider is of 10.677. Client perception in relation to services varied, if compared with the four services that were under the managerial metric method, this comparison showed a more positive evaluation than the real use of the service. Thus, it was observed that the value of each service available for the client depends on his/her perception of it, regardless of using or not the offered service. As a result, it is possible to understand which services offered by the company under study effectively contribute to a good client-company relationship, and the upkeep of those clients / O presente trabalho analisa a reten??o dos clientes em provedor de acesso ? internet. Para esse estudo, procurou-se conhecer quais as perspectivas do cliente referentes aos servi?os disponibilizados e compar?-las com a percep??o gerencial em rela??o ao uso dos servi?os. Com a identifica??o do grau de coer?ncia entre as duas vis?es, a utilizada pelos gerentes e a vis?o dos clientes, pode-se assim identificar como s?o avaliados os servi?os e suas reais demandas. A partir desse momento, podem-se repensar os servi?os dispon?veis e, assim, propor estrat?gias de relacionamento no intuito de atender ?s expectativas e necessidades dos clientes. A pesquisa realizada foi do tipo explorat?ria, baseada em estudo de caso, e se utilizou de um m?todo qualitativo e quantitativo. O m?todo quantitativo foi realizado utilizando a t?cnica de agrupamento (cluster) com seis vari?veis de controle originadas dos seis servi?os principais, cuja defini??o foi realizada por meio de uma pesquisa qualitativa com os gerentes internos. Ap?s essa fase, foi realizada uma entrevista estruturada inicialmente com cerca de 443 clientes, de uma amostra inicial n?o probabil?stica de 800 clientes. O total de clientes ativos do provedor em estudo ? de 10.677 clientes. As percep??es dos clientes em rela??o aos servi?os tiveram varia??es e, se comparado com os quatro servi?os que foram analisados sob a m?trica gerencial, esse confronto em geral demonstrou uma avalia??o mais positiva do que o real uso do servi?o. Constata-se, ent?o, que o valor de cada servi?o disponibilizado para o cliente depende da sua percep??o, mesmo que ele utilize ou n?o o produto ofertado. The World Wide Web, however, has not only brought a lot of benefits, but also brought harmful effects. Privacy was one of the main victims of this technology. On the other hand, the protection on the web, has its technical peculiarities, limited to the architecture of a decentralized system, which requires specific technical knowledge of the legal system, as a way of getting a effectively protective measure in order to safeguard the privacy of the individual. The lack of internet regulations, combined with the legal practitioners´ lack of knowledge, including herein the Judiciary itself, results in an unfair practical application to the relations between companies and web users, which does not collaborate with social appeasement. The purpose of this project is to present a list of normative and legal guardianship able to protect and preserve privacy in the information society, outlining the responsibilities of the main internet service providers and hoping to contribute to a more balanced and innovative web. / Com o surgimento da internet, novas situações jurídicas advindas deste revolucionário avanço tecnológico revelaram-se importantes para o direito. A rede mundial de computadores, todavia, não trouxe apenas benefícios. A privacidade foi uma das principais vítimas desta tecnologia. A tutela na rede mundial de computadores tem suas peculiaridades técnicas, condicionadas à arquitetura de um sistema descentralizado, que demanda conhecimentos técnicos específicos do sistema jurídico, como forma de obter uma medida protetiva eficiente capaz de salvaguardar a privacidade do indivíduo. A falta de regulamentação da internet, aliada à falta de conhecimento dos profissionais do direito, incluindo-se aí o próprio Poder Judiciário, resultam, por vezes, na aplicação de um direito prático injusto às relações entre empresas e usuários da web, que em nada colaboram à pacificação social. O presente trabalho tem como intuito apresentar um rol de tutelas normativas e jurisdicionais aptas a proteger e preservar a privacidade de maneira eficiente no âmbito cibernético, delimitando as responsabilidades dos principais provedores de serviço de internet, na esperança de contribuir para uma web mais equilibrada e inovadora.
