Quizer – ett javabaserat quizverktyg för webbexaminationMusovic, Malik January 2021 (has links)
Idag så examineras tusentals studenter med stöd av duggor som finns i form av Quizar där premisserna är att elever fysiskt behöver genomföra examinationerna vid de olika lärosätena. I denna studie har projektet Quizer utarbetats med syftet att försöka förenkla och effektivisera digitala utvärderingar för inlärning och kontroll av kunskapsnivå. Den javabaserade webbapplikationen kan spara tid och resurser för lärarna att skapa, distribuera och betygsätta elevers kunskapsnivå med stöd av Quizar. Syftet med detta projekt har varit att förenkla och effektivisera metoden av examinering av studenter genom att implementera ett användbart Quiz verktyg där användarbasen och administrativa basen är helt oberoende av applikationsutvecklarens närvaro. För att planera projektet så har brainstorming, ER-diagram för planering av databasstruktur, flödesscheman för de olika vyerna i applikationen använts. Under planeringen har också olika ramverk undersökts för att fastställa vilka ramverk som passar bäst för just denna. Resultatet visar en javabaserad webbapplikation som underlättar examinering av studenter. Genomförandet av applikationen har med hjälp av Bootstrap nått sina mål under en viss tidsram. Resultatet visar även att metoden ger en tidsmässig vinst på ca 20 minuter i jämförelse till en tentamen under ordinarie former. Resultat utav användbarhetstesterna visar i helhet att applikationen har ett gränssnitt som är användarvänligt eftersom medelvärdet på ”upplevelse av applikationen” resulterade i 4, 25 utav 5 möjliga. Det har dessutom genomförts en jämförelse med existerande ramverk där det visade sig att Quizer har lägre antalet operationer (musklick) i en specifik uppgift än vad plattformen FlexiQuiz har. / Today, thousands of students are examined with the support of quizzes that exist in the form of quizzes where the premises are that students physically need to complete the examinations at the various higher education institutions. In this study, the Quizer project has been developed with the aim of trying to simplify and streamline digital evaluations for learning and checking the level of knowledge. The javabased web application can save time and resources for teachers to create, distribute and grade students' level of knowledge with the support of Quizer. The purpose of this project has been to simplify and streamline the method of examining students by implementing a useful Quiz tool where the user base and administrative base are completely independent of the application developer's presence. To plan the project, brainstorming, ER diagrams for planning the database structure, flow charts for the different views in the application have been used. During the planning, various frameworks have also been examined to determine which frameworks are best suited for this particular one. The result is a Java-based web application that facilitates the examination of students. With the help of Bootstrap, the implementation of the application has reached its goals within a certain time frame. The results also show that the method gives a time gain of about 20 minutes compared to an exam in regular form. Results of the usability tests as a whole show that the application has an interface that is user-friendly because the average value of "experience of the application" resulted in 4, 25 out of 5 possible. A comparison has also been made with existing frameworks where it turned out that Quizer has a lower number of operations (mouse clicks) in a specific task than the FlexiQuiz platform has.

services technology represents an important way of communication between different
applications across different platforms. Unlike traditional client/server models, such as a
Web application or Web page system, Web services do not provide the user with a GUI. Instead,
Web services share business logic, functionality and data through a programmatic interface
across a network. Web services are services or functionalities that are exposed to the internet and
serves as online or web APIs. These services which are online APIs can be called from your code
and use the results in your applications to offer specific functionality to users.
This project consists of two applications the client and the server application. The server
application is an online REST API (Web Services developed using REpresentational State
Transfer (REST) protocol) which provides all the functionalities as a service across the network
that are required to develop a social networking web application.
The client application is similar to any other social networking web application where
you can create a profile, delete profile, send messages to your friends, post things, like and
comment a post. This applications sends request to the server application using HTTP requests
and get the responses. These responses are then consumed in the application to provide the
required functionalities to the end user.

The project contains a brief introduction to the subject of accounting and the terms of proper evidence of receipts and expenditures, which are significant for basic income-tax computing. The results of the work are the requirements analysis, the system design considering the user options and needs and the description of the system implementation process with reference to used technology. In addition, the work includes a description and comparison of four commercial products from the user point of view, which became an initial point for requirements determination.

Den ena är en designapplikation</p><p>för enkätundersökningar och den andra är en svarsapplikation där respondenterna</p><p>kan besvara enkäterna.</p><p>Utvecklingsprocessen har bestått av planering, design, implementation,</p><p>testning och dokumentation. Mycket av arbetet har skett parallellt</p><p>vilket vi har sett som en framgångsfaktor i examensarbetet.</p><p>Projektet har präglats av att applikationerna ska vara användarvänliga</p><p>och funktionella samtidigt som designen och koden ska göra att</p><p>applikationerna kan vidareutvecklas och underhållas effektivt.</p><p>Arbetet med att utveckla J2EE-applikationer och använda sig av ramverket</p><p>Struts har gett goda erfarenheter och det har även visat sig att</p><p>denna plattform är väl lämpad för denna typ av uppgifter.</p>

hypermedia applications in this
environment. The common goal is to give semantic meaning to

Web. This means that it is now possible that the data
contained in the Web to be
defined and related in such a way that it can be used by
machines not only for
automation, integration and reuse of data among
applications, but also to allow
richer interaction with human beings. This work applies the
concepts of the
Semantic Web to the development of interfaces for
hypermedia applications, in
the context of the Semantic Hypermedia Design Method
(SHDM). For this, two
ontologies are proposed, one representing concrete
interface elements (concrete
widgets ontology) and another representing abstract
interface element (abstract
widgets ontology). These abstract elements are used to
describe the abstract
interfaces and are mapped to concrete interface elements,
specified as instances of
the concrete widgets ontology. An implementation
architecture is proposed, based
on JSP and Tag Libraries, allowing the generation of the
concrete page based on a
defined abstract interface.

Projektet syftade till att erhålla en djupgående förståelse för OTP-, TOTP- och HOTP-algoritmer samt deras tillämpningar inom säkerhet och integration, särskilt med avseende på digitala CV och PDF-filsäkerhet. För att uppnå detta genomfördes en noggrann undersökning av algoritmernas funktion och lämplighet för att säkerställa en robust säkerhetsinfrastruktur för digitala dokument. Metoden innefattade först en omfattande insamling av relevant information och teoretisk bakgrund för att etablera en grundläggande förståelse för ämnet. Därefter utvecklades en webbapplikation med Java, Java Create PDF med iText, JSF och JSP, som möjliggjorde skapandet av PDF-CV och testning av de olika algoritmerna. Implementeringen av algoritmerna på PDF-filen möjliggjorde en empirisk jämförelse av deras effektivitet och säkerhetsnivåer. Under projektets gång utvärderades både tekniska utmaningar och potentiella säkerhetsrisker. Arbetet krävde en noggrannhet och metodiskt tillvägagångssätt för att säkerställa att algoritmerna fungerade enligt förväntningarna och att integriteten hos den digitala informationen bevarades. Sammanfattningsvis har projektet bidragit till en fördjupad förståelse för OTP-, TOTP- och HOTP-algoritmer och deras tillämpningar inom digital säkerhet. TOTP-algoritmen generellt är mer säker på grund av sin tidsbaserade natur, medan HOTP-algoritmen kan vara fördelaktig i situationer där tidsynkronisering är utmanade. Dessa resultat visade att TOTP-algoritmen är mest lämplig för att välja för detta projekt och kan användas som grund för framtida utveckling av säkra digitala kommunikations- och dokumenthanteringsplattformar. / This project aimed to acquire a deep understanding of OTP, TOTP, and HOTP algorithms and their applications in security and integration, particularly concerning digital CVs and PDF file security. To achieve this, a thorough examination of the algorithms functionality and suitability for ensuring a robust security infrastructure for digital documents conducted. The methodology first involved comprehensive collection of relevant information and theoretical background to establish a foundational understanding of the subject. Subsequently, a web application developed using Java, Java Create PDF with iText, JSF, and JSP, enabling the creation of PDF CVs and testing of the different algorithms. The implementation of the algorithms on the PDF file facilitated an empirical comparison of their efficiency and security levels. Throughout the project, both technical challenges and potential security risks evaluated. The work required precision and a methodical approach to ensure that the algorithms functioned as expected and that the integrity of the digital information ware preserved. In summary, the project has contributed to a deeper understanding of OTP, TOTP, and HOTP algorithms and their applications in digital security. The TOTP algorithm is generally more secure due to its time-based nature, while the HOTP algorithm may be advantageous in situations where time synchronization is challenging. These results showed that the TOTP algorithm is the most suitable choice for this project and can serve as a basis for the future development of secure digital communication and document management platforms.
