The purpose of this diploma thesis is to evaluate legal protection of grey wolf in the Czech Republic based on comparison carried out with legal codes of our neighbours and international law environment in order to offer a solution for revealed deficiencies, since, as the thesis describes, the number of wolfs dwelling in the wild areas of the country has been gradually growing. It is the question of direct protection and wolf's legal status, which is examined, as well as related administrative obstacles, and conditions or means of hunting, respectively. The thesis also deals with the issue of legal status of "wolf-dog" hybrids. Furthermore, currently pressing matter of compensating damage caused by wolfs is examined. Finally, attention is devoted to the protection provided to wolfs within the field of pet breeding and animal trade.

(in English) The aim of this diploma thesis is to map and analyse psychosocial consequences of over-indebtedness and to emphasize on importace komplex solution considering to all aspect. In the introduction of theoretical part are defined professional terms. The other chapters are focused on history of over-indebtedness, the issue of over-indebtedness in the Czech Republic and several other European countries, the providers and the types of financial products, the conditions under which the debt arises, causes of over- indebtedness, the development phase of the debt, insolvency and related legislation. The theoretical part is also focused on dept issue in social work, specifically on providers social services for over-indebtedness people and social services for over-indebtedness people. Followed by a chapter focused on prevention over-indebtedness and chaptes focused on psychosocial consequences. To achieve an aim was used the qualitative research method, specifically questionnaire of half-structured interviews technique. Followed by case reports of respondents, interpretation and analysis of data, discussion and suggestions and recommendations.

(in English): Diploma thesis is focused on children, who are in equipments for children who need immediate help. Thesis is focused on the Klokanek center. The goal of this work is to do a list about clients of Klokanek Chabarovicka in years 2009 - 2017 and find support obtions for childrens during their stay.The next goal is to find out thei expectation and perception of Klokanek by social workers. The last goal is to compare first two goals. The end of the research investigation is what was succesfully done. In the theoretical part is basic terminology and is divided into three main chapters - equipments for children who need immediate help and KIokanek, social and legal protection authority and support technology in equipment.Practical part is focused on research results. Research is made of quantitative and qualitative investigation. Methods: document analysis and interviews with social workers. All results were summarized in final chapter. Whole diploma thesis, theoretical and practical part, is focused on the Klokanek Chabarovicka.

Main target of this master thesis is to determine ways of cooperation between Office for Social and Legal Protection of Children and nonprofit non-governmental organisations (NGOs) active in the same professional area in Ústí nad Labem and its surroundings. The paper introduces a case study aiming for deeper understanding of views and attitudes of workers from both institutions, their interconnectedness and interaction, identifying shortcomings and suggesting areas with potential of improvement. The theoretical framework consists of different typologies of government - NGOs relations, which are then applied to the context of the chosen location that represents a town with many socially excluded areas and other negative phenomena. This results in a specifically divided society and tense atmosphere in which both institutions operate as representatives of government and civil society.

This diploma thesis examines the development of the number of short-term foster parents in the years 2006-2019. The theoretical part describes the system of substitute family care and institutional care in the Czech Republic and closely introduces the short-term foster care. The research part of this work examines the view of short-time foster carers on the conditions of short-time foster care. In this part the goal is to find out the experiences, attitudes, wishes and needs of short-time foster carers. The used method is questionnaire survey and semi- structured interviews. The aim of this work is to examine what factors affect the number of short-time foster carers and to find out what short-time foster carers need to perform their profession. Diploma thesis "Analysis of Dům tří přání clients and their family background" presents the current system of care for children at risk in the historical development of children`s rights protection, social-legal protection of children; actual concept of particular departments, state administration, and non-government sector. The social-legal protection of children in the Czech Republic is segmental and is not enough to guarantee children`s rights to live in their biological families in case of support shortage. The forthcoming transformation and unification of the system of care for children is a great appeal for improving the cooperative work of all concerned in this field. One of the important element of the system, acting as a part of prevention of putting children into the institutions with constitutional education, is the civil association "Dům tří přání" which is authorized in providing the social-legal protection of children, and devices for children requiring immediate help. With the help of analysis of family background of children who are the clients of "Dům tří přání", and processing of selected statistical data, the given diploma thesis specifies some functional methods of working with children at risk and their families, directed to the safe family background and child`s development in the family.

The thesis "System of care for vulnerable children and amendment to the Act on Social and Legal Protection of Children in the reflection of key stakeholders" deals with attitudes of actors involved in the issue of care for vulnerable children towards existing state of system of care for vulnerable children, pros and cons of its partial aspects, as perceived by actors from their point of view. Attention is also focused on the process of change that is sphere of care for vulnerable children currently undergoing in connection with the adoption of the amendment to the Act on Social and Legal Protection of Children, which entered into force on January 1st 2013. Based on the knowledge gained through expert interviews, opinions of actors are illustrated both of the comprehensive conception of the amendment, as well as of relation to its individual measures. This thesis titled Amendment to the social-legal protection of children from the perspective of employees of social-legal protection deals with the social-legal protection of children in the Czech Republic, where in connection with the adoption of the amendment to the social-legal protection of children effective from 1st January 2013 saw a number of changes in the activities of the social-legal protection of children and the exercise of social-legal protection of children in general. In this thesis describes the most important changes that the Law on the social-legal protection of children and bring briefly outlined in this work also changes from 1st January 2014 will bring an amendment to the Civil Code, the issue of social-legal protection of children is closely related. The empirical part of the thesis interprets the opinion of respondents - professionals in the adopted amendments, interprets their needs and opinions of management on the governing bodies and the good social-legal protection abroad. The diploma thesis "Analysis of the current system solutions for domestic violence in the Czech Republic, focusing on the care of children as witnesses" investigates the system of dealing with cases of domestic violence where children are witnesses of such violence. The paper maps processes and work methods with individual family members who are affected by domestic violence, further evaluates the adequacy and effectiveness of these procedures and also the impact of these procedures on individual family members. Individual actors who may have influence on the issue, their relations, cooperation possibilities and their potential in shaping the policy were also examined and evaluated. At last but not least, the thesis investigates communication channels that are available to the involved actors and their effectiveness. The presented thesis is mainly based on studies of available and relevant sources, on information from interviews with personnel of the social and legal children protection institutions and on answers provided by staff of the social and legal children protection organs in the survey. Die Arbeit befasst sich zunächst mit allgemeinen Ausführungen zum vorläufigen Rechtsschutz nach § 123 VwGO sowie im Anschluss daran mit der Problematik des Entscheidungsinhalts. Im besonderen Teil der Arbeit werden vier aktuelle staatliche Informationspraktiken auf ihre Verfassungs- und Rechtmäßigkeit hin untersucht. Hierzu werden allgemeine, aber umfassende Ausführungen zur staatlichen Informationspolitik der Untersuchung vorangestellt. Anschließend erfolgt eine schwerpunktmäßige Auseinandersetzung mit dem spezifisch presserechtlichen Auskunftsanspruch, um abschließend die Ausgleichsmöglichkeiten bei Interessenkonflikten zu konzipieren.
