Domestic violence highlights as a significant social problem, it introduces frequent and least controlled form of violence included all manifestations of violence among close people. Domestic violence is a form of violence widespreaded throughout the world, in all cultures, appears among people of all social levels, regardless of education, economic situation or ethnicity. Victims of domestic violence are in up to 98% women. In families with domestic violence living minor children, so that they are also victims. According to available research domestic violence takes place in the presence of children in nearly 90% of families. The child itself is a family environment affected by domestic violence for the healthy development very threatening.The theory explains the basic concepts in the field of domestic violence. By children, victims of domestic violence, it is described the impact of domestic violence on the mental and social development of the child. The thesis also summarizes the possibilities of legal protection for persons at risk of domestic violence. They are characterized major institutions involved in solving this problem, including intervention and assistance to victims of the various actors involved. From 2007 operates in the Czech Republic interventional centres that provide emergency assistance to victims of domestic violence and at the same time coordinate interdisciplinary collaboration between other related services. In cases reporting a violent person out of household cooperate with the Police, in the event that in the family with domestic violence are living minor children involved in the process of help the social and legal protection of children, because a child who lives in a family with domestic violence can described as a threatened child.The objective of practical part of the thesis is to determine how cooperation works between the Interventional Centre České Budějovice and the authorities for social and legal protection of children in South Bohemia cases of domestic violence, to find out the view of the issues on the part of social and legal protection of children and intervention center and to map the differences between specific interventions and professional care dedicated to victims of domestic violence with a view to the minor children present violence in families. The qualitatively research uses the method of questioning and analysis of documents. The main techniques of data collection are, with regard to the objective of the thesis, semi-structured interviews with open questions with the staff of the authorities for social and legal protection of children selected municipal authorities of municipalities with extended powers and personnel Interventional Centre České Budějovice, made with a face to face meeting. Another method used is content analysis of secondary data generated by studying the documents of cases currently handled by the authorities for social and legal protection of children and Interventional Centre. Through selected case studies of children attending domestic violence and analysis is found functioning cooperation between the intervention center and the authorities for social and legal protection of children, described the process and specifics of the work, it is obtained information by looking at the issue of domestic violence in families with minor children, and specific interventions of stakeholders assistance and their subsequent comparison. On the basis are the hypotheses formulated.Domestic violence is a complex issue with many specifics, which should take into account the system of assistance to vulnerable persons and indirect victims. Cooperation of bodies in the course of the intervention and assistance to victims of domestic violence are entering, is very important, it´s increase the efficiency of the process. Based on the collected data was pointed out the major importance of the interdisciplinary team, as well as cooperation with problems and possible solutions.

This thesis deals with the theme of substitute family care, which is currently topical. The aim of my thesis is to look and bring into the problems of substitute family care in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part is focused on the forms of substitute family care and their characteristics. There is described a mediation of adoption and foster care, where inherently belongs a motivation of applicants. An integral part of substitute family care is also the issue of adoption child from different ethnicity and influence of biological family on upbringing by his substitute parents. There are also explained ethical principles which play an important role in solution of ethical problems and dilemmas in substitute family care.

Zdravotně sociální dopady u žen po komplikovaných porodech / Health and social impacts on women after complicated childbirth.

In the diploma thesis, objectives were set that were intended to find out medical, mental and social problems of women after complicated childbirth and to compare the problems with those of women after physiological childbirth. The other objective was to find out what kinds of complicated deliveries occur in Nemocnice Písek, a.s. /Písek Hospital/ the most. Hypotheses were set for the objectives. The first hypothesis was to confirm that birth injuries after complicated childbirth are healed per secundam. The second hypothesis was to confirm that women after complicated childbirth feel that they will not manage care for their family. The third hypothesis was to confirm problems with economic support of a family in the cases of single mothers after complicated childbirth. The fourth hypothesis was to confirm that women after complicated childbirth do not have enough information about social security. The fifth hypothesis was to confirm that in Písek Hospital, the most frequent complicated deliveries include Cesarean sections.

What does «the right to live the process of dying with dignity» mean in Spanish law?Different recent regulatory developments in Spanish legal system are analyzed in this article concerning person’s rights at the end of its life. In particular, the author attempts to explain the enigmatic sense of the new expression “the right to live the process of dying with dignity” and beyond its current configuration as a “legal” right—more than a constitutional one—. Also attempts to catalogue it as a new fundamental right. / Se analizan en este texto diversos desarrollos normativos recientes en el ordenamiento jurídico español respecto de los derechos de la persona en el tramo final de su vida. En particular, se intenta aclarar el enigmático sentido de la emergente expresión «derecho a vivir con dignidad el proceso de la muerte» y, más allá de su actual configuración como derecho «legal» más que «constitucional», su posible catalogación como nuevo derecho fundamental.

This diploma work deals with the protection of wood growing outside the forests mainly for their landscaping and esthetic functions. It is divided into three basic parts. The first part briefly reports on the history of the protection of trees in the Czechlands. The second part presents current legislation in the Czech Republic. It describes the general protection of trees, modes of tree felling and compensatory planting. The next chapter explains the special protection of trees - protected trees and the reasons for their declaration of protection. A large space is devoted alleys along roads. Next chapter deals with the protection of trees under private law. The last part od diploma work presents the Slovak legislation of this area and its comparison with the Czech. This thesis aims to find out what the role of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic in environmental protection is. It should be found out through analysis of the case-law in this field. At first it follows up the characteristics and history of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic. It continues by talking about sources of environmental law and the most important chapter contains analysis of the cases. The thesis discusses the right to the favorable environment, the right to environmental information, the EIA procedure, the Aarhus Convention and the collision of the right to a favorable environment with other rights and freedoms as the most important topics. The thesis showed that the Constitutional Court ruled several times during his practice significantly in favor of the environment. But the less positive conclusion of the thesis is that Czech Republic law does not fully comply with the Aarhus Convention despite it is our obligation. The Constitutional Court will surely deal with this topic again. This diploma thesis is focused on child protection in the context of divorce or separation of his parents and deals with the role of the authority of social - legal protection of children and the court in this matter. Mainly defines the terms of the applicable legislation in divorce matters (care of children after divorce, child's contact with the parents, alimony), which are usually the subject of protracted disputes between parents. The introductory section also mentions the importance of the family for the child and for society, the characteristics of the contemporary family, as well as divorce and its possible impact on the child and the wider surroundings of the family. In the empirical part, the work focuses on comparing the practices of social workers of the authority child protection offices in Prague with practices of social workers at the offices of towns in the Central Region in divorce issues, particularly in the area of investigation in the family. Next it examines also procedures of courts.

The diploma thesis investigates issues of releasing a product on the market. It deals with its general safety and indicates its position in the area of intellectual property law. The main goal of the thesis is to offer a complex review of a means and ways of various products protection while they are being released on a consumer market by individual entrepreneuers with respect to different legal systems. One of the minor goal will discover the difficulty of product release on the market and will define in terms of legislation what each step includes and means for companies. The reader should understand the complexity of international law in the area of intellectual property law. The first chapter follows the prologue part and provide more information about the importance of product legal protection. The second chapter will enlighten complexity and difficulty of the term intellectual property itself. The third chapter is devoted to an analysis of international legal norms with respect to general legislation - international binding contracts and agreements. The fourth chapter is focused at term of trademark. The czech and european legislation will be compared. The fifth chapter describes computer legal protection and license contract. Again we will look into this issue from perspective of czech and european legislation. The sixth chapter will show the proper way of legal protection of actual american products.

Spolupráce níkoprahových zařízení pro děti a mládež s orgány sociálně-právní ochrany dětí / Cooperation of low-threshold facilities for children and youth with institutions of social and legal protection of the child

The master thesis deals with the topic of cooperation between low-threshold facilities for children and youth (NDZM), and the authorities of the social and legal protection of children (OSPOD). To obtain the results, one objective was set: 'To identify the forms of cooperation and non-cooperation of the low-threshold facilities for children and youth with the authorities of the social and legal protection of children.' The theoretical part consists of four chapters that describe general information about the NDZM and OSPOD, the term of at-risk youth, and the possibilities of cooperation between the two above-mentioned entities. The empirical part of the thesis presents the results of structured and semi-structured interviews with NDZM and OSPOD staff from the South Bohemian Region and the capital city of Prague. A total number of 31 workers from the South Bohemian Region (15 NZDM; 16 OSPOD) and 26 workers from Prague (13 NDZM; 13 OSPOD) participated in the interviews. For the final results, the interviews were annotated and analysed with the use of contrast and comparison techniques. The conducted research offers perspectives on cooperation and non-cooperation between the entities through the eyes of NZDM and OSPOD workers from the South Bohemia Region and the capital city of Prague.
