Análise das restrições de acesso ao crédito rural para produtores rurais assentados no município de Mirandópolis - SP /

Santos, Sandra Nogueira dos January 2019 (has links)
(Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: Rural credit is considered one of the main instruments of agricultural policy, because it supports the economic and social development of the family farmer. In this context, settled farmers can be included. Recognizing the importance of this segment, the Federal Government launched a credit line with several modalities, the National Program for Family Agriculture Strengthening (PRONAF), which was created in 1996 and has been adjusted over time to suit current scenarios. There are criteria for accessing PRONAF and, in addition, financial institutions have been more demanding for granting credit, in order to minimize the risk of default. Therefore, knowing the factors associated with the restrictions of access to rural credit for those farmers is very relevant. Thus, the general aim of this work is to evaluate the factors that have led rural farmers settled in the municipality of Mirandópolis-SP to have restrictive annotations that prevent them from accessing rural credit. An information survey was performed through form application, with a proportional stratified sample 80 families settled in the Primavera II, São Lucas and Florestan Fernandes Settlements, and the collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and logistic regression modeling. The main results were producers with an older age, low education, small family composition, problems accessing credit due to restrictive annotations. PRONAF is one of the most accessed credits. Regarding the opinion of the pro... (Complete abstract click electronic access below) / Mestre

Analýza náchylnosti území Česka ke vzniku svahových deformací / Landslide susceptibility analysis of Czechia

Racek, Ondřej January 2018 (has links)
In geosciences modelling is rather quickly developing discipline. Statistical modelling of landslide susceptibility is relatively more traditional approach. Nevertheless, more complicated statistical methods are being developed and applied on larger areas. This development is caused especially by increasing computational capacity and software. This diploma thesis summarises existing statistical landslide susceptibility modelling approaches. In the following part, several landslide susceptibility models were created for the area of Czechia. These models were created using logistic regression, naive Bayes and artificial neural network (ANN). Additionally, two more models were created using expert driven approach. All models were made using thirteen conditioning factors, i.e.elevation, slope, engineering geological regions, climatic areas, mean annual precipitation, topographic wetness index (TWI), aspect, orogenetic class, distance from confirmed fault, distance from watercourse, internal relief, land cover and slope shape. Models driven by statistical approach were created using Orange software. Landslide inventories that were used for construction of all models are based on two databases: "Registr svahových nestabilit" and "Registr sesuvů-Geofond". Using validation by SRC, PRC and ROC curves...

Eine empirische Analyse des individuellen Verkehrsmittelwahlverhaltens am Beispiel der Stadt Dresden

Schletze, Matthias 15 December 2015 (has links)
Human behavior towards the choice of transportation varies in very complex ways such as sociodemographics, socioeconomics as well as settlement structures. For this paper a homogenous population is created from season ticket holders for public transportation and car owners. Based on this population a descriptive analysis followed by a multinomial logistic regression is supposed to generate the differences between the user groups. The group of users of the public transportation system can be characterized as followed: the majority of users are women as well as highly educated people. Within this specific group distances are more likely to be covered by public transportation rather than by car. However the working population prefers to go by passenger car.

The Role of Glucose Level on the Performance of the Framingham Risk Score

Thiessen, Uohna June 01 January 2019 (has links)
Cardiovascular diseases (CVD) are responsible for more deaths than any other disease, continue to threaten the quality of life for many, and is a major burden to the health care system. The Framingham Heart Study (FHS) identified the major CVD risk factors that became essential to effective CVD screening strategies and the Framingham Risk Score (FRS), is used to assess CVD risk. Based on the concepts of the health behavior model and CVD as a cardiometabolic disorder, multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to evaluate the association between fasting blood glucose (FBG) levels and a CHD event, and to determine the value of FBG replacing a diagnosis of diabetes (DM2) in the FRS. The data set consisted of the 2,677 subjects of the FHS III cohort. In the univariate analysis, both DM2 and FBG were statistically significant (both p =.000), but the association was stronger for DM2, b = 2.138, OR = 8.483 (95% CI: 4.229, 17.105) than for FBG, b = .015, p = .000, OR=1.015 (95% CI: 1.009, 1.022). When adjusted for age, blood pressure, cholesterol, and smoking status, only DM2 remained statistically significant, OR = 2.295, p = .041, (95% CI: 1.035, 5.087) in the model. The FBG version of the FRS did not provide any improvement in performance, as it was marginally inferior to the DM2 version. Furthermore, the interactions between FBG and the metabolic risk factors were not statistically significant for this given data set. The results imply that a diagnosis of diabetes remains the factor of choice for inclusion in the FRS model for predicting the 10-year risk of CHD and replacing it with FBG provides little to no practical benefit. These findings support the use of CVD risk factor reduction and the use of effective screening tools in CVD prevention and promotion heart health.

A statistical analysis of the connection between test results and field claims for ECUs in vehicles

Dastmard, Benjamin January 2013 (has links)
The objective of this thesis is to analyse theconnection between test results and field claims of ECUs (electronic controlunits) at Scania in order to improve the acceptance criteria and evaluatesoftware testing strategies. The connection is examined through computation ofdifferent measures of dependencies such as the Pearson’s correlation, Spearman’srank correlation and Kendall’s tau. The correlations are computed from testresults in different ECU projects and considered in a predictive model based onlogistic regression. Numerical results indicate a weak connection between testresults and field claims. This is partly due to insufficient number of ECUprojects and the lack of traceability of field claims and test results. Themain conclusion confirms the present software testing strategy. Continuoussoftware release and testing results in a lower field claim and thus a betterproduct.

Analýza rozvodovosti v zemích EU v sociodemografické perspektivě / Analysis of EU divorce rates in countries in socio-demographic perspective

Stýblová, Julie January 2021 (has links)
Analysis of EU divorce rates in socio-demographic perspective Abstract The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze the basic trends in the development of the divorce rate in selected countries of the European Union, in the period of 1995 through 2015 and to find similar or different trends among them. The work is focused not only on the development of individual indicators of the divorce intensity, but also on the possible causes of changes in family behavior, both from a demographic and sociological point of view. Therefore, the second part of the work focuses on attitude analysis of the evaluators by particular country of the European Union, namely the specific attitudes of choosing a family, marriage and an opinion on divorce. The intensity of divorce rates increases during the observed period in all monitored countries, therefore the share of divorced persons in the European population increasing, too. The reasons are mainly the social and economic changes in society, which go along with the changes in family behavior. Divorce is tolerated by society and as behavior is justifiable for most people. On the other hand, family and marriage are still very important values for the people of European countries. Keywords: divorce rate, family, Europe, attitudes, binary logistic regression, cluster analysis
