El Perú cuenta con un sistema de atención sanitaria descentralizado, administrado por cinco entidades: el Ministerio de Salud (MINSA), que ofrece servicios de salud para el 60% de la población; EsSalud con 30% de la población; FFAA, PNP, el sector privado al 10% restante. Considerando la información se desarrolla una propuesta de solución web con soporte en microservicios para optimizar los tiempos de atención de salud del hospital. En el capítulo 1, describe el proyecto y objeto en estudio, el planteamiento del problema y objetivos, asimismo, los indicadores de éxito del proyecto. El capítulo 2, se incorporan los 7 student outcomes donde se evidencia la aplicación por parte de los integrantes. El capítulo 3, describe el marco teórico para el desarrollo, planeamiento estratégico, arquitectura empresarial, marco de trabajo de Zachman, TOGAF, arquitectura de software y la Guía de los Fundamentos para la Dirección de Proyectos (Guía PMBOK®) El capítulo 4, describe el análisis de negocio bajo el marco de trabajo de Zachman, además, de realizar la ingeniería de procesos tomando el 2do nivel de Zachman. El capítulo 5, resultado del proyecto de acuerdo con el análisis de requerimientos, el modelado y diseño de la arquitectura de software usando la técnica de notación C4 basado en descomposición estructural del sistema y del prototipo. El capítulo 6, enfocamos la gestión y el ciclo de vida del proyecto. Finalmente, el capítulo 7, se realiza las conclusiones para el desarrollo del proyecto. / Peru has a decentralized health care system administered by five entities: the Ministry of Health (MINSA), which offers health services for 60% of the population; ESSALUD with 30% of the population; Armed Forces, the Police Department, and the private sector representing the remaining 10%. Regarding this information, it is necessary to develop a proposal for a web solution with support in microservices in order to optimize assistance times in external consulting services in the organization. Chapter 1 describes the project and object under study, the problem statement and objectives as well as the project's success indicators. Chapter 2 incorporates the 7 student outcomes where the application done by the members is evidenced. Chapter 3 describes the theoretical framework for development, strategic planning, enterprise architecture, Zachman framework, TOGAF, software architecture and the Guide to the Fundamentals for Project Management (PMBOK® Guide) Chapter 4 describes the business analysis under the Zachman framework, in addition to performing the process engineering taking Zachman's 2nd level. Chapter 5, result of the project according to the requirements analysis, modeling and design of the software architecture using the C4 notation technique based on the structural decomposition of the system and the prototype. El presente trabajo tiene por objetivo proponer a una empresa distribuidora de insumos automotrices herramientas que permitan optimizar el proceso de distribución, para reducir sobrecostos y evitar las devoluciones, mediante una correcta planificación y seguimiento de entregas de los pedidos. En la actualidad, la empresa viene afrontando dos grandes problemas: sobrecostos en la distribución e insatisfacción de clientes por pedidos no entregados. Este último, incurre, además, en una reducción de la venta debido a las devoluciones. Para poder analizar y entender los procesos de la organización, se ha usado el marco de trabajo Zachman y la metodología TOGAF, los cuales permiten identificar los procesos a mejorar para atacar las causas de los problemas. Luego, se identificaron los factores de éxito del proyecto, los cuales ayudan a definir los indicadores de éxito para medir la eficacia de la solución planteada. Posteriormente, se enfocó en elaborar una arquitectura de software analizando los requisitos, restricciones y reglas de negocio, priorizando los más importantes y trascendentes, a los cuales se le denominó Drivers Arquitectónicos. Asimismo, se definieron atributos de calidad de la solución propuesta, los cuales contribuirán aplicando decisiones y estilos de diseño. Por otro lado, se aplicaron tácticas de diseño, conocidas por su eficiencia para cumplir con los atributos de calidad. Así también, se elaboró un diagrama C4, el cual permite representar los diferentes niveles de abstracción de la solución del software a un nivel técnico. Finalmente se elaboraron los prototipos de pantallas, con los que interactúan los usuarios de los procesos en la solución planteada. La propuesta plantea una reducción sustancial de los sobrecostos de distribución y las devoluciones de ventas, dicha reducción será analizada mediante tableros de control que medirán el éxito del proyecto. / The present work aims to propose to the automotive supplies distributor company, tools that allow optimizing the distribution process, to reduce cost overruns and avoid returns, through proper planning and follow-up of order deliveries. Currently, the company has been facing two major problems: cost overruns in distribution and customer dissatisfaction due to undelivered orders. The latter incurs a reduction in the sale due to returns. In order to analyze and understand the organization's processes, the Zachman framework and the TOGAF methodology have been used, which allow us to identify the processes to be improved, to attack the causes of problems. Then, the success factors of the project were identified, which help to define the success indicators to measure the effectiveness of the proposed solution. Subsequently, the focus was to develop a software architecture analyzing the requirements, restrictions and business rules, prioritizing the most important and transcendent, which were called Architectural Drivers. Likewise, quality attributes of the proposed solution were defined, which will contribute by applying design decisions and styles. On the other hand, design tactics were applied, known for their efficiency in meeting quality attributes. Likewise, a C4 diagram was elaborated, which allows to represent the different levels of abstraction of the software solution at a technical level. Finally, the prototypes of screens were developed, with which the users of the processes in the proposed solution interact. The proposal proposes a substantial reduction in distribution cost overruns and sales returns, such reduction will be analyzed through control panels that will measure the success of the project. / Tesis

Актуальность исследования обуславливается тем, что банковская сфера в наше время является высоко конкурентной средой и в свете протекающей глобализации и консолидации финансового сектора наблюдается снижение количества частных банков, что вызвано, в свою очередь, процессами слияния, поглощения и неспособностью противостоять крупным агентам рынка, поддерживая необходимые требования, которые выставляются регуляторами. Финансовые институты вынуждены наращивать свой арсенал конкурентных преимуществ, активно использовать нераспределенную прибыль на формирование отличительных конкурентных факторов и заниматься мониторингом существующих предложений на рынке. Как следствие, кредитным организациям необходимо критически подходить к успехам и неудачам иностранных коллег, повышая эффективность банковского бизнеса, формируя собственные уникальные конкурентные преимущества. Целью диссертационной работы является оценка факторов повышения конкурентоспособности международного банка в разрезе сложившегося отечественного финансового сектора. Объектом диссертационного исследования выступает отечественный филиал АО «Райффайзенбанк». Предметом исследования является процесс формирования конкурентных преимуществ АО «Райффайзенбанк», система экономических, организационных и финансовых механизмов повышения эффективности деятельности банка. Результатами выпускной квалификационной работы являются разработка многофакторной модели формирования чистой прибыли, рекомендации по оптимизации существующих процессов и экономическая оценка эффектов от внедрения предлагаемых инструментов. / The relevance of the study stems from the fact that banking is a highly competitive environment and in light of the proceeding of globalization and consolidation of the financial sector, a decrease in the number of private banks, which caused, in turn, processes of mergers, acquisitions, and the failure to counter major market agents, while maintaining the necessary requirements that are set by regulators. Financial institutions are forced to increase their arsenal of competitive advantages, actively use retained earnings to form distinctive competitive factors and monitor existing offers on the market. As a result, credit institutions need to take a critical approach to the successes and failures of foreign colleagues, increasing the efficiency of the banking business, forming their own unique competitive advantages.
