從企業流程再造觀點看企業ERP系統導入─ 以電子組裝業N公司為例 / A Study of Implementation of ERP System from BPR Viewpoint:Case of Electronic Assembly Company N

Unknown Date (has links)
本研究主要的研究議題如下: 一、從文獻及案例中,蒐集實證資料驗證ERP系統的導入過程有助進行企業流程再造 二、透過個案公司訪談,蒐集實證資料驗證ERP系統有助於企業成長 三、ERP系統商產品選擇及導入流程對於ERP實施成效的影響 / Enterprise Resource Planning system, ERP, has become the most popular system to integrate information between function units in large and medium-sizes enterprises recently. In order to help management, small and medium enterprises may implement ERP when its business is adequately financed. Though enterprises can gain benefits from implementation of ERP, it still comes along with organization change, employee resistance and conflicts of business processes. The implementation of ERP may be a big challenge to small and medium enterprises for those who lack of resources or IT expertise. The structure of small and medium enterprises is not as organized as large enterprises, and even do not have a clear standard operation procedure. Therefore, an inspection of current process is needed in the beginning of ERP implementation. This study focuses on the role that implementation of ERP take and the benefits that small and medium enterprises gain from it, hoping to give advises to those who want to implement or upgrade its ERP system and ERP consultants. It is a case study on Electronic Assembly Company in Taiwan, focusing on the reason of ERP implementation, processes, organization changes and challenges in the implementation of ERP. The main findings are below: 1. Collating data to prove that the implementation of ERP will help to conduct Business Process Reengineering 2. The implementation of ERP will help business growth 3. The process of ERP implementation will influence the effectiveness of ERP

UAB „GNT Lietuva" duomenų integravimo posistemio reinžinerija / Reengineering of data integration subsystem in JSC "GNT Lietuva"

Kungytė, Indrė 13 August 2010 (has links)
The research area of thesis covers various data extraction, transfer and integration methods and technologies; the main object of the research is the process of transferring data from remote subsidiaries and integrating it into one central database currently active in JSC “GNT Lietuva”. The goal of this research is to move data integration (DI) processes into a new technological environment and upgrade them without interrupting active daily DI process, ultimately creating a flexible data integration model (pattern), which could be reused in the future. Following tasks were carried out in order to achieve this goal: analysis of reengineering and data integration principles as well as new integration technologies; investigating their adaptability to the current DI processes and their improvement; implementing integration solutions and experimentation to verify the efficiency of new DI processes, and, finally, construction of a flexible integration solution. The final generated solution was formalized as a data integration pattern. Conclusions drawn from the experiment accomplished in JSC “GNT Lietuva” indicate that practical application of the pattern reduced overall duration of the DI process by 45,4%, whilst the additional application of the SSIS technology resulted in duration decrease of 81,99%. The data integration process became more flexible and new data sources can be easily incorporated from now on.

Management Aspects of Software Clone Detection and Analysis

2014 June 1900 (has links)
Copying a code fragment and reusing it by pasting with or without minor modifications is a common practice in software development for improved productivity. As a result, software systems often have similar segments of code, called software clones or code clones. Due to many reasons, unintentional clones may also appear in the source code without awareness of the developer. Studies report that significant fractions (5% to 50%) of the code in typical software systems are cloned. Although code cloning may increase initial productivity, it may cause fault propagation, inflate the code base and increase maintenance overhead. Thus, it is believed that code clones should be identified and carefully managed. This Ph.D. thesis contributes in clone management with techniques realized into tools and large-scale in-depth analyses of clones to inform clone management in devising effective techniques and strategies. To support proactive clone management, we have developed a clone detector as a plug-in to the Eclipse IDE. For clone detection, we used a hybrid approach that combines the strength of both parser-based and text-based techniques. To capture clones that are similar but not exact duplicates, we adopted a novel approach that applies a suffix-tree-based k-difference hybrid algorithm, borrowed from the area of computational biology. Instead of targeting all clones from the entire code base, our tool aids clone-aware development by allowing focused search for clones of any code fragment of the developer's interest. A good understanding on the code cloning phenomenon is a prerequisite to devise efficient clone management strategies. The second phase of the thesis includes large-scale empirical studies on the characteristics (e.g., proportion, types of similarity, change patterns) of code clones in evolving software systems. Applying statistical techniques, we also made fairly accurate forecast on the proportion of code clones in the future versions of software projects. The outcome of these studies expose useful insights into the characteristics of evolving clones and their management implications. Upon identification of the code clones, their management often necessitates careful refactoring, which is dealt with at the third phase of the thesis. Given a large number of clones, it is difficult to optimally decide what to refactor and what not, especially when there are dependencies among clones and the objective remains the minimization of refactoring efforts and risks while maximizing benefits. In this regard, we developed a novel clone refactoring scheduler that applies a constraint programming approach. We also introduced a novel effort model for the estimation of efforts needed to refactor clones in source code. We evaluated our clone detector, scheduler and effort model through comparative empirical studies and user studies. Finally, based on our experience and in-depth analysis of the present state of the art, we expose avenues for further research and development towards a versatile clone management system that we envision.

Li, Sheng-jie Unknown Date (has links)
