No. of bitstreams: 1 CaioDC.pdf: 2782026 bytes, checksum: ffc0e89b5e796daecc6152d3075b6918 (MD5) Previous issue date: 2008-01-24 / The so-called Dual Mode Adaptive Robust Control (DMARC) is proposed. The DMARC is a control strategy which interpolates the Model Reference Adaptive Control (MRAC) and the Variable Structure Model Reference Adaptive Control (VS-MRAC). The main idea is to incorporate the transient performance advantages of the VS-MRAC controller with the smoothness control signal in steady-state of the MRAC controller. Two basic algorithms are developed for the DMARC controller. In the first algorithm the controller's adjustment is made, in real time, through the variation of a parameter in the adaptation law. In the second algorithm the control law is generated, using fuzzy logic with Takagi-Sugeno s model, to obtain a combination of the MRAC and VS-MRAC control laws. In both cases, the combined control structure is shown to be robust to the parametric uncertainties and external disturbances, with a fast transient performance, practically without oscillations, and a smoothness steady-state control signal / Neste trabalho ? apresentada uma proposta de um controlador, denominado Controlador em Modo Dual Adaptativo Robusto (DMARC), que estabelece uma liga??o entre um controlador adaptativo por modelo de refer?ncia (MRAC) e um controlador adaptativo por modelo de refer?ncia e estrutura vari?vel (VS-MRAC).

Gustavo Vaz Nascimento 20 September 2007 (has links)
Avaliação de processo de software / The vast demand for software with quality is causing a great pressure on the companies which work with software development. Commande adaptative pour avion de transport tolérante aux erreurs de modèle et aux pannes / Adaptive control for a transport aircraft providing robustness to model uncertainties and system failures

Oudin, Simon 07 November 2013 (has links)
This thesis deals with adapting flight control laws of a civil transport aircraft to various incertainties which can affect its behaviour. The adaptive flight control system is supposed to run in real time onboard the airplane so that its closed-loop performance is optimized with respect to the current conditions. These incertainties may be linked to unknown flight conditions (e.g. unknown airspeed and altitude), or unknown aerodynamics non-linearities or even unknown behaviour of the pilot in command. The adaptive schemes that are derived to answer these problems must be valid on the whole flight envelope with realistic disturbances but other additional contraints may exist depending on the context (e.g. loads limits, aeroelastic stability, etc.). To accommodate for large uncertainties on the system, adaptive methods are investigated. They usually combine an online estimator (also called an update law) with a structured flight control law. The synthesis of both elements may be simultaneous on 'direct' adaptive methods, e.g. on Model Reference Adaptive Control, using Lyapunov's stability theory. But it can also be decoupled on 'indirect' adaptive methods, giving a full spectrum of techniques for both elements (such as Least-Squares for estimating unknown physical parameters and the LFR framework for designing controllers). The choice of a specific method really depends on the application context and the related constraints.Three applications are the core of this report. They deal with adjusting guidance law to the pilot's unknown behaviour, controlling a longitudinal non-linearity, and providing manual longitudinal and lateral flight control laws which adapt to unknown flight conditions. Advanced linear and non-linear analysis techniques (based on µ-analysis or on optimization algorithms) are also applied to validated these sophisticated real-time adaptive systems. Results showed that indirect adaptive schemes were generally the most satisfactory. Their performance is similar to the one of direct schemes but as indirect methods provide physical parameter estimates, real-time monitoring and offline validation seem quite easier.

Komprese DNA sekvencí / DNA Sequence Compression

Friedrich, Tomáš January 2010 (has links)
The increasing volume of biological data requires finding new ways to save these data in genetic banks. The target of this work is design and implementation of a novel algorithm for compression of DNA sequences. The algorithm is based on aligning DNA sequences agains a reference sequence and storing only diferencies between sequence and reference model. The work contains basic prerequisities from molecular biology which are needed for understanding of algorithm details. Next aligment algorithms and common compress schemes suitable for storing of diferencies agains reference sequence are described. The work continues with a description of implementation, which is follewed by derivation of time and space complexity and comparison with common compression algorithms. Further continuation of this thesis is discussed in conclusion.

Lehrmann, Sina 16 July 2014 (has links)

Modelo de Referencia para la Gestión de la Seguridad de Datos de Salud Soportado en una Plataforma Blockchain / Reference Model for Health Data Security Management Supported in a Blockchain Platform

Espíritu Aranda, Walter Augusto, Machuca Nieva, Christian Fernando 17 March 2021 (has links)
Currently, health centers such as hospitals and needs need specific guidelines that help in creating controls to manage and safeguard the confidentiality, availability, and integrity of the information in their systems. Consequently, ISO / IEC 27002 is used as a guide, which is used for the management of information that has general controls that can be taken as an example. However, given the need to apply specific controls in the health sector, ISO / IEC 27799 was created, which aims to provide security controls to protect personal information (patients) regarding health issues. This project consists of implementing a reference model for entities in the health sector that allows managing the security of sensitive and confidential data supported on a Blockchain platform integrating the ISO / IEC 27799 standard. In addition, the three principles must be met for the health sector basic information security, if one of them is breached, it could have negative repercussions for the patient. The results obtained indicate that by using Blockchain technology, patients' health data is better protected against any incident such as a cyber-attack or malicious manipulation of data. Our reference model is expected to assist in the management of health data security in hospitals and clinics, in order to reduce the impact of risks found during the validation process. / Tesis
