The aim of this thesis is to determine the market value of the company Kiekert-CS, s.r.o. as of 1 April 2013. Strategic analysis is the first part of this thesis, which has a crucial role throughout the valuation, because there is identified the market development potential, business potential of Kiekert-CS, s.r.o. and the means, which the company owns. Several studies of leading consulting companies are used for determination of market potential. Subsequently, there is prepared financial analysis and value drivers forecast, which underlines the financial plan. DCF equity method serves as an essential method within the process of valuation, method of market multiples is used as a complementary one. The final market value of the company Kiekert-CS, s.r.o. is set in the range of 2,9 billion CZK and 3,4 billion CZK, with the most likely market value considered by the author 3,38 billion CZK.

The aim of the thesis is to define short term strategy for the company selling printing technology and complementary services. In the first part of the thesis theoretical background is described, including definition of the strategic planning and management, strategic analysis and different types of strategy. In the practical part strategic imperatives are defined, external and internal analysis performed, then SWOT analysis and strategic factors influencing the company are defined. In the next step strategic options are proposed as a reaction on identified strategic factors. Finally rewards and risks of each option are evaluated and action plans of realization are defined.

Aim of this thesis is to create a strategic analysis. Rudolf and Stefanie Hospital is a medical facility whose founder is Jihočeskýkraj (Southern Bohemia county). The hospital provides complex health care that includes patient department, ambulance and diagnosis department. It has a crucial status on the market of the regionally defined catchment area. From geographical point of view, its biggest competitors are Prague hospitals. Its strengths are its human resources and provided healthcare. As its weaknesses, I would mark its economical situation, motivational system and marketing activities and bad shape of some of its facilities. Results of this thesis are internal and external analysis proposing suggestions that should be taken into consideration by hospital's management.

The aim of the Master's Thesis is the application of strategic analysis tools on the Creative Incubator Project in Pilsen. To define creative incubators and understand the recent emergence of business incubators specializing in the area of cultural and creative industries, the evolution of the concept will be described. The second part of the thesis starts with the presentation of the methodology and proposes possible applications of strategic management for creative incubators. The Creative Incubator Project in Pilsen is then described in greater detail and examined by selected methods of strategic analysis. To gain better understanding of macro environmental factors, the PEST analysis is applied. To describe micro environment, a series of analyses is used: Porter five forces model, Blue Ocean Strategy and stakeholder analysis. The strategic analysis is concluded with the SWOT analysis that sums up the findings of preceding chapters and should provide the incubator management with a sound base for strategy formulation.

The aim of the thesis is to create a business plan for starting a restaurant. The business plan is to fill the gap in the market of the restaurants with healthy eating in the district town Pelhřimov. The theoretical part deals with processing a business plan and describes the strategic and economic analysis, on whose basis comes in a practical the evaluation of the business plan and the development of the business plan. There will be used PESTLE analysis, Porter's five forces model, risk analysis and SWOT analysis in the thesis. The main part is the compilation of the financial plan of the restaurant, which allows assessing the feasibility and viability of the business plan. The financial plan is complemented by the most important financial ratios, resulting from the financial analysis.

The main goal of this Master's Thesis is to determine the value of Poděbradka, a.s. as at 31 March 2015. Free cash flow to the firm model has been used for the valuation purposes. The work includes strategic and financial analyses which are used as a basis for financial plan. Consequently, discount rate is calculated and used further in the thesis. The main valuation method is supported by minor methods that are based on market comparison. Comparative analysis based on comparable traded companies and comparable transactions was performed. The thesis also include sensitivity analysis that explores influence of key factors on the enterprise value.
