The goal of this master thesis is execution of a strategy analysis. The subject of this analysis is electro-mobility i.e. products and services related to electric vehicles in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of the paper is focused on approaches used for analyses of both external factors and forces affecting particular industry. The former is mainly focused on technology, regulations and incentives. The latter analysis is based on five forces supplemented by the role of complements. Actual status of the technology an analysed product is assessed by SWOT analyses. In the conclusion, final recommendations based on overall findings are stated.

The goal of the master thesis is to execute a strategic analysis of Výzva 21 dní, s.r.o., considering the need of restructuring steps and proposal of corporate strategy for the company. The task of the theoretical part is to explain the basic terms of the strategic management in small and medium-sized enterprises. The practical part is devoted to a strategic analysis of the company Výzva 21 dní, s.r.o. The key methodologies used are Porter's five competitive forces analysis and PESTE analysis to chart the external business environment and resource analysis together with 7S method to evaluate internal business environment. The summary of the SWOT analysis conduct to identification of the problematic areas in the company and it will be the foundation for the final part of the thesis, which will consist of the company's mission, specific corporate strategy and recommendations for implementation of the selected company Výzva 21 dní, s.r.o.

The aim of this thesis is to estimate the value of company Blažek Praha, a.s. at the day of 1st 2015 in order to provide information for owners, creditors and potential investors to make decisions. After a short theoretical introduction, the thesis will consist of all of the steps necessary to value the company. First, strategic analysis is elaborated. This will be followed by financial analysis, analysis of value drivers and the creation of a financial plan. Lastly, the valuation will be conducted by using three different methods, and the DCF Entity method will provide the final valuation.

For this purpose, the thesis uses analytical methods of strategic analysis, namely analysis of external, internal and competitive business environment. The thesis is indirectly divided into theoretical, methodological, and practical parts. The theoretical part describes basic concepts and theoretical basis of selected analyses that are applied in the practical part to the chosen enterprise. Methodically the thesis builds on qualitative and quantitative research.

Further, the strategic goals defined by the strategy are converted to a strategic map to clearly show causality relationships between the goals of the four perspectives of the Balanced Scoreboard method. The strategic goals are assigned measures and target values and initiatives to achieve the goals. The strategic analysis has been created using Porter's five forces analysis, PEST analysis, financial analysis, benchmarking, and SWOT analysis. The thesis summarize results of the proposed strategy and impact on the analysed company.

This Master´s thesis deals with the strategy formulation of the company Třinecké železárny aimed at the US market. Třinecké železárny is currently the biggest Czech manufacturer of steel and related products. Nearly 70 % of its production is exported and the USA is one of the export priorities. The theoretical part of this thesis explains what strategic management is and discusses the forms of market entry strategies. The practical part is mainly focused on internal and external analysis of the company, resulting in SWOT analysis. SWOT analysis plays a very important role in achieving the thesis goal which is to formulate strategic recommendations. These recommendations aim at improving the position of Třinecké železárny on the US steel market. The final part could benefit Czech industrial companies interested in entering the US market as there are some principal advices based on the experience of Třinecké železárny.
