[pt] A realidade vivida pela população rural tem sempre surpresas a revelar e mais ainda quando se trata do meio rural não eletrificado. Este estudo examina uma parte da realidade do cotidiano vivido por propriedades rurais envolvidas no Programa de Eletrificação Rural Luz no Campo, mostrando o modo de vida das propriedades na fase anterior ao recebimento de energia elétrica. Através do data mining dos dados coletados na pesquisa de campo do estado do Mato Grosso do Sul e da aplicação de técnicas de análise multivariada, tais como: Análise de Fatores e Análise de Cluster, este estudo possibilitará a visualização do modo de vida de propriedades não eletrificadas permitindo posteriormente a comparação com a chegada da energia elétrica que propiciará a avaliação do Programa de Eletrificação Rural. O modelo foi aplicado em dados de duas concessionárias de energia elétrica do Brasil usando dados horários coletados durante dois anos. / [en] The reality lived by the rural population has always some surprises to reveal, even more when it's about the not electrified rural domain. This research examines a part of the reality lived by homestead involved in the Rural Electrification Program Luz no Campo, showing their way of life in the previous phase of the electricity receipt. Through the data mining of the collected data in the field research in Mato Grosso do Sul state and with the application a varied of statistical multivariate techniques such as: Factors Analysis and Cluster Analysis, this research will provide the visualization of the way of life of non electrified properties allowing a later comparison with the data collected in the same properties, after the arrival of the electricity. This way, it will be possible to establish a formal evaluation of the Rural Electrification Program.

[pt] Nos últimos anos, a excelência em serviços vem sendo tratada, tanto no meio acadêmico quanto no meio empresarial, como um assunto de extrema importância para os novos modelos empresariais. Entretanto, a qualidade em serviços no comércio eletrônico ainda é pouco discutida. Evidências indicam que o serviço oferecido aos clientes virtuais ainda é crítico principalmente quando se trata de troca e devolução. O objetivo principal deste trabalho é analisar a avaliação dos consumidores online sobre o processo de troca e devolução. Para isso, além da pesquisa bibliográfica, foi realizado um estudo de caso na Americanas.com, braço virtual da rede Lojas Americanas, considerada uma referência em comércio eletrônico B2C (business-to-consumer). Foi desenvolvido um instrumento de avaliação baseado na escala SERVQUAL - e aplicado aos clientes que já experimentaram o processo de troca ou devolução da Americanas.com - e um estudo com base no modelo de gaps, ambos propostos por Parasuraman et al. (1988 e 1985). No tratamento dos dados serão utilizados: análise multivariada , estatísticas descritivas e teste t- Student. Para a análise dos dados foi utilizado o software SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science). / [en] In the last years, the service excellence is being discussed at academic and business environment as an extremely important subject for new business models. However, in the e-commerce the service quality is not as much discussed. Evidences show that the service delivered for e-costumers is critical especially when concerned with reverse logistics. The main objective of this thesis is to analyze the customers online evaluation about the reverse logistics process. In order to fulfill the objectives, a review of the bibliography was made and also a case study at Americanas.com, an online shop of the Lojas Americanas S.A., generally recognized as a reference in the electronic commerce B2C (business-to-consumer) in Brazil. An evaluation instrument based on the SERVQUAL scale was developed - and applied to customers involved in the reverse logistics process at Americanas.com - and a study based on gaps model, both proposed by Parasuraman et al. (1988 and 1985). In the data treatment the following instruments have been used: multivariate analysis, descriptive statistics and t-Student test. The software SPSS was used to perform the analyses.

[pt] Esta pesquisa, de abordagem quanti-qualitativa, visa compreender efeitos da inserção de estudantes estrangeiros no sistema educacional brasileiro considerando resultados educacionais e interação escolar desses estudantes e suas famílias com agentes escolares, tendo os elementos território e fronteira como a base da discussão. No estudo quantitativo, foram descritos os efeitos nacionalidade e fronteira sobre os resultados da Prova Brasil de municípios e escolas brasileiras nas edições de 2011, 2013 e 2015. A partir das análises de correlações e regressões múltiplas realizadas, foi evidenciada a associação entre as taxas relativas de matrículas com nacionalidade estrangeira por município e escola brasileira e as suas respectivas proficiências e o efeito negativo que a variável geográfica cidades-gêmeas atribuiu às proficiências registradas. Esses achados nortearam o segundo estudo da pesquisa, com o intuito de verificar efeitos da inserção de estudantes estrangeiros em uma perspectiva qualitativa de pesquisa, diretamente na escola. Foram realizadas observações e entrevistas com agentes de duas escolas com altas taxas relativas de matrículas com nacionalidade estrangeira na cidade-gêmea de Corumbá-MS. Sob a perspectiva de estabelecidos e outsiders de Norbert Elias e John Scotson (2000), evidenciou-se que as territorialidades de fronteiriços brasileiros e estrangeiros em cidade-gêmea ditam as negociações sobre as nacionalidades documentais, identidades étnicas e direitos sobre o espaço fronteiriço e que acabam adentrando às escolas por meio das opiniões de brasileiros estabelecidos sobre estudantes estrangeiros e as suas famílias outsiders. / [en] This quantitative-qualitative research targets at understanding the insertion of foreign students in the Brazilian educational system and its effects, considering educational results and school interaction of these students and their families with school agents, the territory and borderland elements as the basis of the discussion. In the quantitative study, the nationality and borderland effects were described on the results of Prova Brasil regarding Brazilian schools and counties in its 2011, 2013 and 2015 editions. The analysis of multiple correlations and regressions evidenced the association between the relative rates of enrollments by foreign nationality students in the counties, the Brazilian school, their respective proficiencies and the negative effect that the geographical variable twin-cities attributed to the registered proficiencies. These findings directed the research s second study, in order to verify the effects of the foreign students insertion in a qualitative perspective of research, directly in the school. Observations and interviews were conducted with agents from two schools with high relative foreign nationality enrollment rates in the twin-city of Corumbá-MS. From the perspective established Brazilians and foreigner outsiders from Norbert Elias and John Scotson (2000), it became evident that the territorialities of frontier Brazilians and foreigners in the twin-city dictate negotiations about documental nationalities, ethnical identities and rights over the borderland space. This ends up entering the schools through the opinions of established Brazilians about foreign students and their outsider families.
