Diploma thesis Multimedia Elements of Online News and Their Impact on Recipients is concerned with the transformation of today's information distribution thanks to the development of the Internet. Media institutions use this tool as means of disseminating their messages. For the same reason they also include multimedia elements to the content. Websites allow to quickly pass on information to a large number of users. Multimedia elements, such as photos, photo galleries, videos or infographics, allow to pass on additional information, but also to catch the attention of the recipients. The aim of this study is to find out how much the audience appreciates the contribution of multimedia elements and how much they can use them during processing of the information. The theoretical part therefore first defines the particular cognitive processes, such as attention, perception and memory of news articles readers. These are further reflected with the different characteristics and social background of the news content recipients. Equally important is the description of theories and researches that dealt with the influence of multimedia elements on recipients of various types of media. The theoretical knowledge is followed by quantitative research in the form of an experiment and a subsequent questionnaire....

This work focuses on research related to alcohol consumption of men and women students of University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice. The purpose of my work is to find out what opinions/ experiences do the students have with alcoholic beverages. The main attention is aimed at these chapters: ethanol its production, properties and use, alcoholic beverages, effects on human organism, effect of ethanol in the blood and its elimination, alcohol addiction alcoholism, the consequences of alcohol addiction, the treatment of intoxication and prophylaxis. The applicative part includes prepared questionnaire and quantitative research dedicated to the target group of students of USB. The obtained data are compiled in spreadsheets, graphs and subsequently evaluated. The information is further analyzed in the discussion. The contribution of my work is located at the end.

Milk Thistle (Silybum marianum) has been one of the best known medici herb for a very long time. Seeds contain biologicky aktive substances taxifoiln, silychristin, silydianin, silybin A, silybin B, isosilybin A and isosilybin B, commonly known as silymarin complex. The aim of this thesis was the influence of elicitors, fertilization and growing technology on this product and its utilizaion. In the first part I focused on history, botanic attributes, agrotechnology, chemical composition and substance efficiency method of determinativ and also on pharmacological onpacts of effective substances. In the practical part I conducted twho small parcel experiments to reveal the impal of elicitors on effective substances. I used two elicitors NanoFYTSi? in 1ml/l concentrantion and N-FENOLMIX? in 0.5ml/l concentration. In the second experiment from my supervisor elicitor NanoFYT Si? in 1ml/l concentraiton and N-FENOL MIX? in 0.5ml/l and elicitor ASA were used in three different concentration: low [10-5 mol/l], medium [ 10-4 mol/l] and high [10-3 mol/l]. In the conclusion I did statistical analysis of the above montioned experiments and compared them with other Publisher experiments. Then I propřed the growing technology and utilization of Milk Thistle.

This graduate thesis is concerned with a comparative analysis of attenuators and intensifiers in Czech and Spanish language. The research has been conducted on Czech and Spanish journalist texts from major newspaper and magazines. The theoretical analysis starts by classifying expressions that are used to intensify or attenuate. The author follows the traditional Spanish classification which has been extended with expressions that she finds important. All expressions are examined from both the grammatical and expressive perspective. The analysis then continues by introducing the types of journalists texts used in the research. The research is based on comparison of attenuators and intensifiers in both languages and their influence on the reader.

In the thesis I focus on evaluation of the effect of familiar occurrence of cancer on presence and number of micro-nuclei in blood preparations with particular groups of persons. One of the biodosimetry methods, test for presence, number and kind of micro-nuclei, was used. I was not investigating the dosages as such and connection of the number of micro-nuclei with the dose, however, I followed up the effect of potentially influencing side factor on presence and number of micro-nuclei, which is the familiar occurrence of tumour. As a lot of information about ionizing radiation, its sources, radioactivity, radio-biologically important quantities, mechanisms of effects, molecular and cellular changes and biodosimetric methods as such falls under the topic, the theoretical part of diploma project is dedicated to such information. In the practical part, evaluation of the number and kind of micro-nuclei with set groups of persons is carried out. These groups of persons are particularly exposed to ? radiation. They are employees of spa Lázně Jáchymov, former miners from already closed uranium mines in Příbram and current miners from uranium mines GEAM o. z. Dolní Rožínka. These selected persons are divided according to their workplaces into two groups, i.e. a group of persons without cancer occurrence in the family and a group of persons with occurrence of cancer in their families. The numbers of bi-nuclei cells without micro-nuclei and with micro-nuclei and the kinds of micro-nuclei were determined with all these persons using fluorescence microscope. Expression and comparison of percentages of bi-nuclei cells with micro-nuclei to total number of all bi-nuclei followed and then expression and comparison of proportion of micro-nuclei without centromeres to the number of micro-nuclei of both kinds (with centromeres and without centromeres) with all persons and groups were carried out. Based on the results gained from statistical assessment, it was found that differences between percentages of the two main compared groups of persons did not show higher genomic instability (statistically significant difference) in persons with familiar occurrence of cancer than in persons without cancer in the family. But by comparing the shares of micronuclei without centromeres was proved statistically significant difference between these main groups.

Der Hauptzweck dieser Diplomarbeit ist diejenigen Teilthemen zu behandeln, die im Zusammenhang mit der Rekodifikation des Privatrechts aktuell geworden sind oder zu denen tschechische Lehre Meinungen vertritt, die aus der komparatistischen Ansicht diskutabel sein können. Die Arbeit besteht aus fünf Teilen. Im Einleitungsteil wird der Charakter des Eigentumsvorbehalts beschrieben, insbesondere die Tatsache, dass sich dieses Institut nicht unter die Sicherungsinstrumente rechnen lässt, wie in der tschechischen Lehre häufig gemacht wird. Das zweite Kapitel befasst sich mit den Wirkungen des Eigentumsvorbehalts gegenüber Drittpersonen und Gläubigern des Käufers. Bezüglich der Häufigkeit der Vereinbarung des Eigentumsvorbehalts im Geschäftsverkehr sind besondere Anforderungen an die Gutgläubigkeit der Erwerber der Gegenstände zu stellen, die oft den Gegenstand des Eigentumsvorbehalts bilden. In der Arbeit wird begründet, warum die Unternehmen anzunehmen haben, dass der verlängerte Eigentumsvorbehalt zu vielen Gegenständen vereinbart wird. Was die Wirkungen gegenüber den Gläubigern des Käufers betrifft, komme ich im Einklang mit der italienischen Regelung zum Schluss, dass sich der Verkäufer auf den Eigentumsvorbehalt auch dann berufen kann, wenn die im §2134 des Zivilgesetzbuches vorgeschriebene Form nicht...

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of force effects in the three-point hitch links in the multi-body environment depending on the forces ejected to the plow during the plowing. Through simulations, force responses under the tractor wheels are also identified for various conditions. The work is also analyzed for the impact of the upper link attachment relative to the tractor output parameters.

This master thesis is oriented on study antimicrobial effects extracts and macerates from cure Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni. Teoretical part describes basic information about plant Stevia, summary of health significant matters contained in Stevia and posobilities preparing extracts from Stevia. Antimicrobial effects extracts and macerates from cure Stevia were testing on food-borne bacteria (Bacillus cereus and Micrococcus luteus) and yeasts (Geotrichum candidum and Hansenula anomala). Microorganism, extracts and macerates were chosen on basis previous study (Study of antimicrobial effects Stevia Rebaudiana extracts, Eva Rakovská). For screening antimicrobial activity were determined the growth curves by using turbidimetrie for bacteria and direct treetment metod of cells number for yeasts. Antimicrobial effects were confirmed aplication with diffusion pit method on the agar ranges. From the results flow the testing extracts and macerates from stevia analysed antimicrobial effects. The best effect was demostrated on macerates and the most sensitive was bacteria Micrococcus luteus with the best inhibitoring effects.

The aim of this thesis was to design a recipe for the dietary supplements with adaptogenic effects, production, and subsequent analysis (proteins, lipids, carbohydrates), which led to the determination of the energetic value of preparation. Adaptogenic effects are the domain of plants and fungi, known as adaptogens. Adaptogens act non-specifically to the human body - improve the overall condition of the body, accelerate healing and regenerative processes, slow degenerative processes in the body and thus the aging process. As biogenic active stimulators, they affect not only in the physical but also in mental area. Dietary supplements have been designed in three different forms - capsules, syrup, drops. The analysis was also performed in tablets of Vietnamese origin supplied by supervizor, of which entry to our market is being considered. Protein content was determined by Kjeldahl method, lipids by Soxhlet extraction, saccharides by gravimetric method. Dietary supplements were analyzed for heavy metals (Pb, Cd, Hg), and in herbal drops ethanol content was determined.

This diploma thesis deals with computing of edit influences on assigned stiff body from the flow of inviscid liquid. There are derived equations for computation of the influences during translational or torsional wobble and follow-up calculation of the units of their tensors.
