Garcia Lorca: "Mariana Pinedová" - komplexní kostýmní řešení / Garcia Lorca: "Mariana Pineda" - costume comprehensive solution

Kristiánová, Lenka January 2016 (has links)
The topic of my thesis is a play Mariana Pined, written by F.G. Lorca, the most signif-icant Spanish dramatist and poet of the 20th century. My thesis is divided into two main parts. The first theoretically historic part briefly introduces author's live and surroundings that strongly influenced his work and his motivation for writing dramas. This part also shortly summarises the historical and political background in context with its direct influence on his work. In addition, I would like to outline the situation, which became the foundation for story development of the main character, historical figure Mariana Pined and her faith, not dissimilar to the faith of the author. The second part of my thesis focuses on the revelation and description of the psy-chological profile of the individual characters with regards to their meaning in the plot, their motivation and analysis of names and presented symbols. I briefly sketch the plot of the drama and breakdown some situations and their consequences. Subsequently I come to my own concept of colours, shapes, costume designs and the atmosphere. Eventually I attach varieties of visual propositions of the costume solution, its development with respect to the storyline, its transformation and I would like to bring attention to the importance and necessity of costumes in the overall viewer's experience.

Porovnání pevnosti konstrukce jídelních stolů bez lubů a průhybu horních desek

Pipíška, Tomáš January 2016 (has links)
This study aims to verify the stiffness of the structure and table top deflection. According to the research five types of tables with different structural design were designed. The drawings for these tables were drafted and tables were tested in the Furniture testing laboratory. According to current standards, a horizontal durability test was conducted and subsequent detection of stiffness, test of vertical impact, table top deflection and table legs variation by Eckelman. In conclusion a draft to improve the stiffness of the structure of tables and minimize table top deflection was developed together with drawing documentation of the proposed solutions. Management of the company in which they were produced tables contemplates the application of the various design principles in the production of tables without frame.

Jean Baptiste P. Moliére: Misantrop - kostýmní výprava / Jean Baptiste P. Moliére: The Misanthrope - costume design

Kopecká, Tereza January 2013 (has links)
The thesis deals with the complex solution of costumes of the theatre play The Misanthrope written by Moliére. The work is divided in two main parts: a theoretical study and a practical propose. The theoretical part examines the biography of Moliere, with my own insight into the cultural and historical background of the period. I tried to capture the essence of the playwright's inspiration and justify the form of his plays. This part is served mainly for my own understanding of Molière's life and work. Studing historical circumstances of the period helped me to better understand the play The Misanthrope. An important element during the research process was a field-trip to Paris. Working on Vladimir Mikes´s translation of the Misantrope, I paid attention to the detailed description the text. The second half of my work is devoted to the analysis of previous realizations of the play The Misanthrope in Czech Republic and abroad, thanks to which I explained my own concept of the play. These analyses are supported by illustrative photographs. In the practical part I justified my own choices of inspiration and the costumes, that were based on analysis of the dramatic characters. The second part also includes examples of costume´s drawings.

Edward Bond: Moře - komplexní kostýmní projekt / Edward Bond: The Sea

Błaszczyk, Dominika January 2013 (has links)
In the first chapter of my master's thesis, I consider the life and works of Edward Bond. However, rather than approach this topic from a purely chronological perspective, I consider Bond's unique artistic activity and place it in its critical and historical context. My research emphasizes the significance of Bond's artistic activity in the successful fight against censorship in British theatre. My second chapter explores the idea of 'cool drama.' In this section I utilize commentary from preeminent dramatists in the 1990s who spoke about Bond's pervading cultural influence. I also outline my own views on 'brutal drama' and consider its influence. The third chapter of my work focuses on Bond's 1973 drama 'The Sea,' including the origins of the text, its historical context, and the main dramatic problems of the work. Here I also delve into a summary and analysis of the text, not only from a historical perspective, but also according to my own interpretive analysis. This chapter further contains a cataloging of international productions of 'The Sea', as well as original theoretical analysis of two performances produced in the Czech Republic. I examine and contrast these two productions from the perspective of direction, space, and costume design. In chapter four, I present the practical part of my work while laying out and defending the intellectual and creative concepts behind it. This chapter is divided into several sections. In section A, I present my key interpretive themes, meticulously analyzing the issues and illuminating the way in which they are reflected in my work. I also present the historical background and analysis of my main ideas. I continue in chapter four with a presentation of the sources that were essential influences for the visual elements of my work. I follow with a detailed description of how these sources served as particular artistic solutions in my creative process. I closely analyze their particular dramatic characters, their development and their interactions. I describe the costumes and carefully outline their concrete qualities, such as their materials, colors, silhouettes, movement, and historical elements, all of which are supported with visual attachments. Following this, I consider the search for space of dramatic quality, as well as the overall perception and treatment of particular scenes. I explain each dramatic situation and support it with photographs. The introduction and conclusion contain the opening and final thesis, and I provide an overarching reflection of the work's quality and importance. I conclude the work with a message of gratitude to those who supported me during this project, as well as a list of my research sources.

Problematika začlenění tenisu do vyučovacího procesu tělesné výchovy na základních školách\\ / Problems of tennis integration in physical education at elementary schools

VOŇAVKA, Petr January 2008 (has links)
My thesis is focused on the observation of possible reasons why tennis has not been included in education at elementary schools so far. The research work was performed using questionnaires at elementary schools in regions Vysocina and South Bohemia (December 2007 {--} February 2008). Theoretical {--} didactic part of thesis is focused on tennis history, physical and psychological severity of this sport, but mostly on availability of tennis in wide surroundings (in the view of number of tennis courts and costs for tennis equipment). There are compared particular regions in the research part of the thesis and their results are demonstrated in charts. The conclusions are summarised in discussion and in final part of thesis.
