The Master thesis describes comprehensively attributes and operating of arbitration in the Czech Republic which has acquired significance recently. The work is divided into eight chapters. After exordium I make readers acquainted with alternative dispute resolution, e.g. mediation. The third chapter characterizes arbitration and describes history, sources of law, types of arbitration and capability of arbitrator in the Czech Republic. The fourth part deals with the arbitration agreements and their requirements. The fifth chapter is dedicated to its particular stages and revision, recognition and enforcement of the arbitral awards in order to provide the reader an complex overview of the the arbitration proceedings. In the sixth section, the author tries to define advantages and disadvantages of this method of solving disputes and to answer question why we should choose it. The seventh chapter adds a special current issues devoting an arbitration clause on consumer contracts. In the last chapter author concludes the topic and suggests improvements.

Master‘s thesis is created in a form of a study and deals with the level crossing of the railway line in Chropyně. Thesis solves modification of existing crossover in two variants in the road design cathegory marked as S7,5. This master‘s thesis verify a direction of road by underpass beneath the railway line number 300. Although mainly this study solves the option of overcoming the railway overpass in the displaced position. At the same time it deals with various possibilities of connecting the displaced option to the existing road network.

The thesis deals with the stages of development of Vysoke Myto road network with an emphasis to design an optional diversion of the traffic from the town itself even before the planned R35 is finished. The designed solution, including road connections to the present and future network, is to be functional, utilizable and economically desireable in all the stages of development.

Main topic of this thesis are magnetic fluids. These are specific type of fluids which can simplistically be considered as Bingham fluids. Main issues regarding the magnetic fluids mentioned in this thesis are: rheological properties of the magnetic fluids, behaviour of the magnetic fluids and the use of the magnetic fluids in industrial applications. Main goal is to apply Binghams model on the the magnetic fluids assuming that this model can be applied with a good accuracy. Equations which describe behaviour of the Bingham fluids are constructed. Some assumptions which have to be respected to use this analytical equations for magnetic fluids are formulated. Flow of bingham fluid is analytically solved in some simplificated cases with consideration of laminar flow. Analytical results are confronted with numerical ones obtained from CFD software Fluent for the purpose of verification.

The master´s thesis focuses on design interchange on R46 highway. The purpose of this thesis is to design optimal solution of transport capacity and safety. The another part of the thesis is solution of connecting on roads II/433 and III/37766. This solution is part of bypass plan, by city plan of Prostějov.

The subject of the master´s thesis is designing a bypass of the village Ochoz u Brna. The bypass will by designed in four variations which will be compared to each other by several criterias. Then one variation will be chosen and designed in detail. The goal of the master´s thesis is reduction of the traffic intensity of the current road II/373 in Ochoz u Brna by redirecting transit traffic outside the village. This will lead to an increase of safety in the village.

The dissertation thesis deals with mathematical problem-solving at lower secon- dary level, as viewed from the perspective of heuristic strategies. The aim of the thesis is to comprehensibly summarize the results of research which began in 2012 and runs until now. The results concern both with theoretical and empirical parts of our research. This research study was conducted in fifteen lower secondary and upper secondary classes. Three dimensional classification of use of heuristic strategies and the structure of heuristic strategies' characteristics were developed by the author, and these constructs are presented in this work. The theory of mathematical problem and mathematical problem solving method is an integral part of this thesis too. Furthermore, the author presents a summary of all strategies used in the experiments; each strategy is fully described and illustrated by an appropriate example. The results of several short-term research studies (three months) and a longitudinal research study (sixteen months) are analysed in the empirical part of the thesis. This part also strives to find answers to several research questions, e.g.: " Could certain strategies be taught in a short-term period (three months)?", " Which strategies are suitable for an average pupil?" or " Are the pupils able to...

The aim of the submitted diploma is to refine tasks of manipulative environment Parquets for Preschool Children. These tasks then apply to preschool and school children. Not only observe how they cope with these activities, but also how they think, explain their actions, and how they communicate with each other. Observe myself, as a researcher, how do I work with children, how do I communicate with them and how do I submit them the tasks. The theoretical part defines the individual stages for the preschool and pupils in terms of the development of psychology, they are constructive concepts of teaching mathematics with reference to the RVP ZV and RVP PV. The tasks from the environment of Parquets for the first and second year of primary school were registered with reference to didactic potential. I searched the relevant didactic games and described their didactic goals. By the end of the thesis, the extent of the aims fulfilling is reflected. The diploma thesis deals with the transfer of cyclists through the dam of Nové Mlýny. The design runs alongside the dam, outside the existing I/52 road, as a preparation for the D52 motorway. The thesis solves the design of longitudinal alignment and vertical alignment of the cycle path along the I/52 road, connection of the cycle path to the adjacent network of cycling routes and variants of crossing cycle path 5174 with route I/52 due to an increase of safety.

The current state of earth building in Czeh Republic is described in this work. The results are based on a research made in several villages. Reconstruction of traditional countryside building made from unburned earth should be made very sensitive with respect to architectural and technical solution and in accordance with environmental requirements and wishes of investor.
