Šviesos diodų švyturio kūrimas ir tyrimas / LED beacon development and study

Baigiamajame magistriniame darbe sukurta nauja šviesos diodų švyturio koncepcija. Nauja šviesos diodų švyturio koncepcija sukuria šviesos spindulio sukimosi efektą. Tai pasiekiama naudojant mikrovaldiklį, kuris pakeičia elektros pavaras reikalingas sukti šviesą atspindinčius reflektorius. Baigiamajame darbe aprašytas sklandaus šviesos spindulio sukimosi efekto išgavimo būdas, taip pat pateikiamas šviesos diodų švyturio modelis. Eksperimento metu išgautas šviesos sukimosi efektas, padarytos išvados bei rekomendacijos. / For the master thesis a new light-emitting diodes beacon concept, was created. This LED beacon creates a beam rotation effect. This is achieved by using a microcontroller that replaces the electric drive required to rotate reflector. For final project was proposed new smooth beam rotation effect extraction method, as well as the light-emitting diodes beacon model. During the experiment, beam rotation effect was obtained, and conclusions and recommendations was made.

Darbo apimtis 47 puslapiai. Jame pateikta 30 iliustracijų ir 15 lentelių. Darbas susideda iš įvado, 4 skyrių, išvadų, literatūros sąrašo. Darbas susideda iš dviejų pagrindinių dalių: teorinės ir eksperimentinės. Teorinėje dalyje aprašomi šviesos diodai, jų savybės. Palyginimui aptariami įprastiniai šviesos šaltiniai. Kita dalis skirta aprašyti eksperimentą – kaip senėja apšvietimui skirti diodai, įvertinant voltamperines charakteristikas, šviesos spektrus ir šviesos srauto priklausomybę nuo srovės stiprio, prie skirtingų darbo režimų. / The project consists of 47 pages. In general it contains 30 illustrations and 15 tables. There are an introduction, 4 sections, conclusion, references. The project consists of two main parts: a theoretical and experimental. The theoretical part describe light emitting diodes and their major characteristics. For comparison the conventional light sources are discussed. Another part is devoted to describe the experiment – how LED’s for enlightenment are aging, by assessing measured up current-voltage characteristics, the spectra of light and flux dependence on the current at different operating modes.

There are overlook of semiconductors light sources and the range where they are using now. Experiments are made with our LED illuminator with minimal number of LED. There are noticed, that LED can take energy from light and that we use to make manage of others light sources. Illuminator are adapted to work in emergency lightening. The result can be use: The result can be use for development LED in Lithuania, to know people more about semiconductor light sources ant to use it ours home.
