Galerijní a muzejní edukace na prvním stupni ZŠ / Gallery and museum education in primary schoolLišmanová, Aneta January 2016 (has links)
In thesis I focus on the current position of art gallery and museum education, which is influenced by science disciplines pedagogy and museology. In the theoretical part, on the basis of specialized literature, I define terms related to the theme of the work (gallery/museum pedagogy and educator, gallery/museum educator position within the institution, General educational program etc.). I am seeking further possibilities of cooperation and limits of cooperation of an elementary school with galleries/museums as institutions that have educational potential. Didactic work is based on qualitative research, which mainly uses the methods of open coding of videos from executed programs. My intention is to compare the differences and similarities in the implementation of educational programs between the 1st and 5th grade. Based on defined objectives I evaluate their implementation in accordance with educational programs, which are crucial for cooperation of galleries and schools. The focus is mainly on the conception, implementation and reflection of a three-phase educational program. The didactic part also reveals a possible link to the interdisciplinary relations. In the creative part of the thesis, I compile a topic of an authoring book, on the theme of the exhibition of Květa Pacovská: Maximum Contrast.

Univerzita 17. listopadu a její místo v československém vzdělávacím systému a společnosti / The University of 17th November (1961-1974) and its position in Czechoslovakian educational system and societyHolečková, Marta Edith January 2018 (has links)
The orientation of Czechoslovakian foreign policy on Africa, Asia and Latin America took various forms after the World War II. Apart from economic and military cooperation, rising numbers of university scholarships offered to students from developing countries coming to Czechoslovakia are worth our attention. This resulted, together with increasing accent on support of emerging new states, in establishing of The University of 17th November in 1961 - a new university for foreign students. Due to the University, the Czechoslovakian society was for the first time confronted with growing numbers of ethnically and culturally different people. Along with the history of educational institution, this study focuses on the mutual coexistence of foreign students and broader society and on the general reception of the school. Founding of the University was also a Czechoslovak response to a trend developing at the time in some states of the Western European as well as in the Soviet Union where The Patrice Lumumba Friendship University was opened in 1960 in Moscow. The trend was based on a rather optimistic assumption that present-day students later become a part of newly arising elites and occupy important and powerful positions in the decolonized world. The Soviet Union and its satellites (not only...

Srovnání organizační kultury státních, komerčních a neziskových poskytovatelů sociálních služeb / Comparison of Organizational Culture in Public, Comercial and Nonprofit Service ProvidersBoháčková, Markéta January 2017 (has links)
This Diploma Thesis focuses on comparison of organisational culture in state-controlled, commercial and non-profit organisations in the area of pre-school education. It is based on the Competing Values Framework developed by Cameron and Quinn, according to whom there are four types of organisational culture. The goal of this Thesis is to identify and describe the culture types in organisations in the above-mentioned three sectors, and to subsequently compare these types so that their similarities and differences can be revealed. The chosen method of research is a case study; the data was collected by a questionnaire survey among employees and by analysis of documents used in the organisations. My research has indicated that the organisational culture in the three sectors is similar in certain elements, but different in others. An established similarity is the presence of the clan culture, which is a friendly and informal working environment. Regarding the differences, the culture is more bureaucratic and hierarchic in a state-controlled organisation, while more dynamic and focused on innovations in commercial and non-profit ones.

Research is aimed at one of the basic schools, which has been selected according to the previously set criteria. In the theoretical part the most important concepts linked to social education have been discussed with respect to research question. The vital factors I focus on are school culture, which may consists of the right environment, norms and values or forms of communication and cooperation with the partners of the school, who I consider to be mainly the parents. Further on, I focus on the practices which the school sets to establish relations with the NGOs which provide assistance in order to support social inclusion at schools. With respect to the objectives of this thesis qualitative strategy has been selected. The research pattern was formed from three types of actors who have been somehow connected to school. The data collection was carried out via in-depth interviews with the actors chosen based on the snowball method. Each group has been then analysed separately with the aim to create the most important categories. In the final part the most vital discoveries from analysis are compared in order to draw inferences with connection to the research questions. Key words: social inclusion in education,...
