Выпускная квалификационная работа (магистерская диссертация) посвящена исследованию дистанционного банковского обслуживания в России. Предметом исследования магистерской диссертации выступают экономические отношения, связанные с системой организации и функционирования дистанционного банковского обслуживания. Целью исследования является теоретический и практический анализ дистанционного банковского обслуживания (ДБО), а также выявление проблем и перспектив развития дистанционного банковского обслуживания в РФ и разработка мероприятий по его совершенствованию. / Final qualifying work (master's thesis) is devoted to the study of remote banking in Russia. The subject of the study of the master's thesis are the economic relations associated with the system of organization and functioning of remote banking. The aim of the study is the theoretical and practical analysis of remote banking services (DBO), as well as the identification of problems and prospects of development of remote banking services in the Russian Federation and the development of measures to improve it.

Структура магистерской диссертации включает в себя введение, три главы, заключение, список использованных источников и приложения. В первой главе рассмотрены особенности проведения финансового и управленческого анализа кредитных организаций. Во второй главе проведен анализ финансового состояния коммерческого банка на конкретном примере. В третьей главе выявлены проблемы и предложены пути совершенствования финансовой деятельности коммерческого банка на конкретном примере. В заключении сформированы основные выводы. / The structure of the master's thesis includes an introduction, three chapters, conclusion, list of references and appendices. The first chapter examines the features of the financial and management analysis of credit institutions. The second chapter analyzes the financial condition of a commercial bank using a specific example. The third chapter identifies problems and suggests ways to improve the financial activities of a commercial bank using a specific example. In conclusion, the main conclusions are formed.

Исследованию понятия, содержания, принципов и организационно-правовых основ функционирования азиатского банковского дело посвящено очень мало научных публикаций. В основном, все работы, посвященные азиатскому банкингу, имеют эмпирический характер. Поэтому основной целью данной работы является выявление основных особенностей азиатского банкинга и определение перспектив его развития. Объектом исследования является организация современного азиатского банковского дела или «азиатский банкинг». Предмет исследования – особенности и перспективы развития азиатского банкинга. / Very few scientific publications are devoted to the study of the concept, content, principles and organizational and legal foundations of the functioning of Asian banking. Basically, all works on Asian banking are empirical. Therefore, the main goal of this work is to identify the main features of Asian banking and determine the prospects for its development. Объект исследования – национальные кредитные системы РФ и Республики Афганистан. The master's thesis is devoted to the development of methodological aspects of assessing the degree of customer satisfaction with remote banking services. The purpose of the research is to develop a methodology for analyzing customer's opinion about the quality of online banking services and a statistical evaluation of results. The paper concludes that increasing the availability and reliability of Internet banking increases the level of user satisfaction and contributes to improving the competitiveness of Iraqi banks in the context of digital transformation of society. / Магистерская диссертация посвящена развитию методических аспектов оценки степени удовлетворенности клиентов дистанционными банковскими сервисами. Целью исследования является разработка методики анализа клиентского мнения о качестве банковских интернет-сервисов и статистическая оценка полученных результатов. В работе сделан вывод о том, что повышение доступности и надежности интернет-банкинга повышает уровень удовлетворенности пользователей и способствует повышению конкурентоспособности иракских банков в условиях цифровой трансформации общества.
