Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения, списка литературы и приложений. В работе рассмотрен финансово-экономический проект по созданию гостиничного комплекса, включающего отель для проживания с рестораном и конференц-здание. На территории располагаются объекты для людей разных целевых аудиторий: отель для туристов, беседки для местных жителей, конференц-залы для студентов, людей, приехавших в командировку или на обучение, и в целом представителей творческой индустрии. Изучен опыт развития креативных кластеров и реализации успешных примеров редевелопмента; проведен социально-экономический анализ выбранной для реализации проекта территории; продуман брендинг исследуемой территории и созданы логотип и слоган; сформирована концепция девелоперского проекта по созданию гостиницы на территории креативного кластера в г. Сысерть с учетом реализованных на территории креативного кластера проектов, потребностей и предпочтений целевой аудитории, характеристик земельного участка и технико-экономических параметров проекта; проведены финансово-экономическое обоснование и оценка эффективности девелоперского проекта по созданию гостиницы на территории креативного кластера в г. Сысерть; проведен имитационно-математическое моделирование интегральный показателей эффективности собственного капитала. / The master's thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, a list of references and applications. The work examines a financial and economic project for the creation of a hotel complex, including a hotel for accommodation with a restaurant and a conference building. On the territory there are facilities for people of different target audiences: a hotel for tourists, gazebos for local residents, conference rooms for students, people who come on a business trip or for training, and representatives of the creative industry in general. The experience of developing creative clusters and implementing successful examples of redevelopment was studied; a socio-economic analysis of the territory chosen for the project was carried out; the branding of the study area was thought out and a logo and slogan were created; the concept of a development project to create a hotel on the territory of the creative cluster in the city of Sysert was formed, taking into account the projects implemented on the territory of the creative cluster, the needs and preferences of the target audience, characteristics of the land plot and technical and economic parameters of the project; a financial and economic feasibility study and assessment of the effectiveness of a development project to create a hotel on the territory of a creative cluster in the city of Sysert were carried out; Simulation and mathematical modeling of integral indicators of the efficiency of equity capital was carried out.

Актуальность темы исследования. Экономика и экология неразрывно связаны друг с другом, и в современном мире становится все более очевидным, что от традиционной модели «коричневой» экономики, основанной на истощении природных ресурсов и загрязнении окружающей среды, необходимо переходить к устойчивой «зелёной» экономике. Это означает построение экономических отношений, учитывающих влияние человеческой деятельности на природу и активно участвующих в защите окружающей среды. Цель диссертационного исследования – проанализировать текущее состояние «зелёной» экономики в рамках Евразийского экономического союза и разработать методические рекомендации, направленные на повышение её инвестиционной привлекательности. Основными задачами являются: рассмотреть подходы к определению понятия «зелёной» экономики; рассмотреть историю возникновения концепции «зелёной» экономики; выявить и рассмотреть основные принципы и цели «зелёной» экономики; рассмотреть основные сегменты «зелёной» экономики; выявить и проанализировать проблемы, связанные с привлечением инвестиций в «зелёную» экономику; проанализировать механизмы привлечения инвестиций в «зелёную» экономику; проанализировать риски в сфере «зелёной» экономики; оценить текущее состояние «зелёной» экономики в странах – участницах Евразийского экономического союза; определить перспективы развития «зелёной» экономики в Евразийском экономическом союзе; разработать методические рекомендации, направленные на повышение инвестиционной привлекательности «зелёной» экономики в Евразийском экономическом союзе. / Relevance of the research topic. Economics and ecology are inextricably linked with each other, and in the modern world it is becoming increasingly obvious that it is necessary to move from the traditional model of the "brown" economy based on the depletion of natural resources and environmental pollution to a sustainable "green" economy. This means building economic relations that take into account the impact of human activity on nature and actively participate in environmental protection. The purpose of the dissertation research is to analyze the current state of the "green" economy within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union and develop methodological recommendations aimed at increasing its investment attractiveness. The main tasks are: to consider approaches to defining the concept of a "green" economy; to consider the history of the emergence of the concept of a "green" economy; to identify and consider the basic principles and goals of a "green" economy; to consider the main segments of the "green" economy; to identify and analyze problems related to attracting investments in the "green" economy; to analyze the mechanisms to attract investments into the "green" economy; to analyze the risks in the field of the "green" economy; to assess the current state of the "green" economy in the member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union; to determine the prospects for the development of the "green" economy in the Eurasian Economic Union; to develop methodological recommendations aimed at increasing the investment attractiveness of the "green" economy in the Eurasian Economic Union.

Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения и библиографического списка. В работе проведено исследование методологических основ социально-экономического прогнозирования и его роли в управлении инвестиционными проектами. Разработан и апробирован прототип цифровой платформы для социально-экономического прогнозирования. Продемонстрировано, что социально-экономическое прогнозирование является действенным инструментом для принятия решений в области реализации инфраструктурных проектов. В заключении сформулированы основные выводы и обобщены результаты исследования. / The master's thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, and a bibliography. The study examines the methodological foundations of socioeconomic forecasting and its role in the management of investment projects and project prioritization. A prototype of a digital platform for socioeconomic forecasting was successfully developed and tested. The research demonstrates that socioeconomic forecasting is a valuable tool to support decision-making in the implementation of infrastructure projects. The conclusion summarizes the key findings and provides a synthesis of the study's outcomes.

The dissertation deals with modern approaches to the study of the student’s teams movement, proposes a model of competitive graduate, presents the results of studies to determine the level of formation of competences among representatives of the student’ self-management. The author shows that the level of competitiveness of fighters of the students’ teams movement is higher than that of other students’ organizations. He identified current problems of the students’ teams movement, proposed a new structure of UrFU Staff students’ teams, presented the results of an experiment on creation profiled students’ teams and made a map of formation of general cultural competence in activities of the students’ teams movement. / В диссертации рассмотрены современные подходы к изучению движения студенческих отрядов, предложена модель конкурентоспособного выпускника, представлены результаты исследований по определению уровня сформированности компетенций у представителей органов студенческого самоуправления. Автором показано, что уровень конкурентоспособности бойцов движения студенческих отрядов выше, чем у представителей других студенческих организаций. Выявлены актуальные проблемы движения студенческих отрядов, предложена новая структура Штаба студенческих отрядов УрФУ, представлены результаты эксперимента по созданию профильных студенческих отрядов, разработана карта формирования общекультурных компетенций в деятельности движения студенческих отрядов.
