Научную новизну представляют авторские определение финансового анализа деятельности коммерческой организации и его концепция, основанные на данной концепции методики оценки статического финансового состояния, управления денежными потоками и финансового риска коммерческой организации, а также соответствующая автоматизированная модель. Полученные в процессе диссертационного исследования основные положения, результаты и рекомендации могут быть использованы коммерческими организациями в качестве основы совершенствования финансового анализа их деятельности. / The master's thesis summarizes information about the existing methods of financial analysis and proposes the author's concept of financial analysis of a commercial organization. The paper examines the theoretical foundations of the essence and structure of the working capital and accounts receivable of the enterprise, analyzes the state of accounts receivable and the company's methods of managing accounts receivable, as well as examines the main problems of Russian enterprises in managing receivables, identifies problems for the construction industry, suggests measures for their decision and given their economic justification. / Актуальность данной работы обусловлена тем, что проблема поиска эффективных решений и методов по управлению дебиторской задолженностью не имеет однозначного решения и зависит, в том числе, и от специфики деятельности предприятия. Целью работы является изучение теоретических аспектов и анализ эффективности методов управления дебиторской задолженностью ООО «Брусника. Екатеринбург» с последующей разработкой рекомендаций по их совершенствованию. В работе исследуются теоретические основы сущности и структуры оборотного капитала и дебиторской задолженности предприятия, анализируется состояние дебиторской задолженности и применяемые в компании методы управления дебиторской задолженностью, а также рассмотрены основные проблемы российских предприятий по управлению дебиторской задолженностью, выделены проблемы для строительной отрасли, предложены мероприятия по их решению и дано их экономическое обоснование.

Актуальность данной работы обусловлена тем, что в современных условиях для успешной деятельности компании необходима объективная и полная оценка финансового состояния предприятия, а так же структуры его капитала. Основной целью исследования является оценка влияния структуры капитала на финансовое состояние предприятия АО «Транснефть-Сибирь», а так же разработка мероприятий по оптимизации структуры капитала и улучшению финансового состояния предприятия на основе их анализа.

В целях изучения метода проектирования фланцевых соединений в данной работе проведены анализ и сравнение гипотез проектирования в китайской, российской, европейской нормах. С помощью комплексных программ ANSYS 19.2 выполнен расчет по методу конечных элементов.
