Tis work is devoted to the study of subjective factors affecting the dynamics of perceptual activities aimed at the perception of stimuli and their evaluation. As such a subjective factor of the installation concerned, studied in the framework of the installation developed by Uznadze. Our work is a continuation of a series of experimental and theoretical research on quantitative and qualitative analysis of the manifestations of the effect of the set. In tis study we looked at specific factors that may define a generic, holistic nature of the set, characterized by dynamic, the procedural side of the evaluation activities. To do this, we have tried to investigate the phenomenon and the features of display "procedure" effect in experiments on generalization set. / Данная работа посвящена изучению субъективных факторов, влияющих на динамику перцептивной деятельности, направленной на восприятие стимулов и их оценку. В качестве такого субъективного фактора рассматривается установка, изучаемая в рамках теории установки, разработанной Д. Н. Узнадзе. Наша работа является продолжением серии экспериментально-теоретических исследований по количественному и качественному анализу проявления эффекта установки. В работе рассматривались конкретные факторы, которые могут определять обобщенный, целостный характер установки, характеризующей динамическую, процессуальную сторону оценочной деятельности. Для этого мы попытались исследовать феномен и особенности проявления «процессуального» эффекта в эксперименте на генерализацию установки.

The object of the study was the socio-psychological attitudes of the spouses. The subject of the study was the socio-psychological attitudes of spouses with different degrees of satisfaction with marriage. The master's thesis consists of an introduction, two chapters, conclusion, list of references (62 sources) and an Appendix, including the forms of the applied techniques. The volume of the master's thesis is 88 pages, which contains 8 tables. The introduction reveals the relevance of the research problem, the development of the problem, the purpose and objectives of the research, the object and subject of the research, the main and additional hypotheses are formulated, the methods and the empirical base are specified. In conclusion, the results of the theoretical and empirical parts of the work, as well as conclusions on the hypotheses put forward, the practical significance of the study and the possible prospects for further development of this problem are described in a generalized form. / Объектом исследования явились социально-психологические установки у супругов. Предметом исследования стали социально-психологические установки супругов с разной степенью удовлетворенности браком. Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, двух глав, заключения, списка литературы (57 источников) и приложений, включающих в себя бланки применявшихся методик. Объем магистерской диссертации 91 страница, на которых размещены 8 таблиц. Во введении раскрывается актуальность проблемы исследования, разработанность проблематики, ставятся цель и задачи исследования, определяются объект и предмет исследования, формулируются основная и дополнительные гипотезы, указываются методы и эмпирическая база. В заключении в обобщенном виде изложены результаты теоретической и эмпирической частей работы, а также выводы по выдвинутым гипотезам, обоснована практическая значимость исследования и описаны возможные перспективы дальнейшей разработки данной проблематики.

П. и методика «Возрастающий ряд», также модифицированная Касатовым А. П. . Также в главе представлены сравнительный и корреляционный анализ результатов исследования. Выводы по главе 3 включают в себя основные результаты эмпирического исследования. В заключении в обобщенном виде изложены результаты теоретической и эмпирической частей работы, а также выводы по выдвинутым гипотезам, обоснована практическая значимость исследования и описаны возможные перспективы дальнейшей разработки данной проблематики. / The object of the study were installation effects. Master's thesis: "Determination of trace metals of heavy metals in medicinal plant materials and preparations based on it by the method of voltammetry." The objects of the study were the olive leaflet CO (BCR No. 62), medicinal plant raw materials of the roots of cinchata, flax seeds, rosehips, blueberry and horsetail shoots, tincture of the Bashkir balsam “Agidel”, oil extract “Vitaon”, dry extract “Plantaglyutsid” and collection “ Pancreatitis. Objective: To develop a method for sample preparation and determination of trace impurities of lead and cadmium in medicinal plant raw materials and preparations based on it using stripping voltammetry. Analysis of the literature data showed that the best method for the determination of heavy metals in medicinal plant materials and preparations based on it is the method of inversion voltammetry, which allows to detect trace contaminants in the studied solutions. The samples were prepared by the method of microwave decomposition on the installation "MARS" in a closed system and the method of acid decomposition on the installation of the company "Hach Company" in the open system. The optimal conditions for sample preparation at the MARS facility were selected for the analyzed objects: sample weight, oxidizer composition, number of decomposition stages, power, time and temperature of sample processing. Decomposition in an open system was carried out according to a standard procedure. Sample preparation at the installation of the Hach Company allows for the analysis of IR by the IV method to obtain baselines at the level of pure solutions and clear, well-measured signals of metals, and to find microprisms of heavy metals in larger quantities than when preparing samples by microwave decomposition under optimally selected conditions. / Магистерская диссертация: «Определение микропримесей тяжелых металлов в лекарственном растительном сырье и препаратах на его основе методом вольтамперометрии». Объектами исследования служили СО листьев оливы (BCR № 62), лекарственное растительное сырьё корневищ лапчатки, семян льна, плодов шиповника, побегов черники и хвоща, настойка башкирского бальзама «Агидель», масляный экстракт «Витаон», сухой экстракт «Плантаглюцид» и сбор «Панкреатит». Цель работы: Разработка методики пробоподготовки и определения микропримесей свинца и кадмия в лекарственном растительном сырье и препаратах на его основе методом инверсионной вольтамперометрии. Анализ литературных данных показал, что оптимальным методом определения тяжёлых металлов в лекарственном растительном сырье и препаратах на его основе является метод инверсионной вольтамперометрии, позволяющий обнаруживать микропримеси в исследуемых растворах. Пробы были подготовлены методом микроволнового разложения на установке «MARS» в закрытой системе и методом кислотного разложения на установке фирмы «Hach Company» в открытой системе. Для анализируемых объектов были подобраны оптимальные условия пробоподготовки на установке «MARS»: масса навески, состав окислителя, количество стадий разложения, мощность, время и температура обработки пробы. Разложение в открытой системе было проведено по стандартной методике. Пробоподготовка на установке фирмы «Hach Company» позволяет при анализе ИР методом ИВ получать базовые линии на уровне чистых растворов и чёткие, хорошо измеряемые сигналы металлов, и находить микропримиси тяжёлых металлов в большем количестве, чем при подготовке проб методом микроволнового разложения при оптимально подобранных условиях.

Спроектирована установка для нанесения органических покрытий. Установка термовакуумного нанесения и виртуальный прибор «ThermoVAC&Co» позволяют осуществлять синтез тонкопленочных покрытий, контролируя температуру нагрева испаряемого вещества до 500 °C. Выполнен синтез тонких пленок 5,11-диметил-5,11-дигидроиндоло [3.2-b]карбазола 5,11-дигексил-5,11-дигидроиндоло[3.2-b]карбазола, 5,11-бис(2-метоксиэтил)-5,11-дигидроиндоло[3,2-b]карбазола и 5,11-бис[2-(2-метоксиэтокси)этокси]-5,11-дигидроиндоло[3,2-b]карбазола для исследования оптических и электрических характеристик. С помощью конфокального микроскопа Axio CSM 700 была проведена аттестация поверхности синтезируемых покрытий. Спектры оптического поглощения были получены на спектрометре Shimadzu UV-2450. Расчетный потенциал ионизации для исследованных соединений ICZ составляет 6,82-7,1 эВ. Обсуждается влияние отдельных блоков соединений на спектр оптического поглощения. На базе микрозондовой станции Cascade Microtech MPS150 произведены измерения вольтамперных характеристик структуры ITO/-ICZ/Al. По данным ВАХ были рассчитаны подвижности зарядов по модели инжекционных токов. Подвижность носителей заряда, оцененная по вольтамперным характеристикам, находится в диапазоне 2,2 ∙ 10-9–1,43 ∙ 10-6 см2 / (В·сек) для исследованных соединений ICZ. Установлена связь между интенсивностью полос поглощения с максимумом около 430 нм и подвижностью носителей заряда. / The installation for applying organic coatings is designed. The thermal vacuum deposition unit and the «ThermoVAC & Co» virtual instrument allow the synthesis of thin-film coatings, controlling the temperature of heating the evaporated substance up to 500 ° C. The thin films of 5,11-dimethyl-5,11-dihydroindolo [3.2-b] carbazole 5,11-dihexyl-5,11-dihydroindolo [3.2-b] carbazole, 5,11-bis (2-methoxyethyl) - 5,11-dihydroindolo [3,2-b] carbazole and 5,11-bis [2- (2-methoxyethoxy) ethoxy] -5,11-dihydroindolo [3,2-b] carbazole were synthesized to study optical and electrical characteristics. The surface of the synthesized coatings was certified using the Axio CSM 700 confocal microscope. Optical absorption spectra were obtained with the Shimadzu UV-2450 spectrometer. The calculated ionization potential is 6.82–7.1 eV for the studied ICZ compounds. The effect of individual blocks of compounds on the optical absorption spectrum is discussed. The current-voltage characteristics of the ITO / -ICZ / Al structure were measured with the Cascade Microtech MPS150 microprobe station. According to the I-V characteristics data, the charge mobility was calculated using the injection current model. The mobility of charge carriers, estimated by the current-voltage characteristics, is in the range 2,2 ∙ 10-9–1,43 ∙ 10-6 cm2/ (V·sec) for the studied ICZ compounds. The relationship between the intensity of absorption bands with a maximum near 430 nm, and the mobility of charge carriers were found.
