Отчётность организации – это один из основных помощников в повышении эффективности деятельности, так как с помощью неё можно провести все основные виды экономического анализа. В данном случае мы имеем дело с усовершенствованной методикой анализа, а именно применений комбинации двух видов экономического анализа и метода стратегического анализа, а именно финансового анализа, экспресс­анализа и SWOT­анализа. Актуальность темы заключается в том, что необходимо грамотно подходить ко всем основным процессам производства, бизнес­процессам, эффективно использовать имеющиеся ресурсы. Для обеспечения устойчивости на рынке, конкурентоспособности организации необходимо понимать с какими финансово­экономическими рисками придется столкнуться. Для обнаружения этих опасностей важно обратиться к бухгалтерской (финансовой) отчётности, которая будет способствовать обнаружению сильных и слабых сторон предприятия. / The reporting of the organization is one of the main assistants in increasing the efficiency of activities, since it can be used to carry out all the main types of economic analysis. In this case, we are dealing with an improved analysis methodology, namely the application of a combination of two types of economic analysis and the strategic analysis method, namely financial analysis, express analysis and SWOT analysis. The relevance of the topic lies in the fact that it is necessary to competently approach all the main production processes, business processes, and effectively use the available resources. To ensure stability in the market, the competitiveness of the organization, it is necessary to understand what financial and economic risks will have to face. To detect these dangers, it is important to refer to accounting (financial) reporting, which will help to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise.

Целью исследования является разработка методических подходов и рекомендаций для процессов разработки и строительства нефтеперерабатывающих предприятий. Предметом исследования является организация и управление проектами строительства нефтеперерабатывающих предприятий в Ираке. В работе использованы основные инструменты проектного управления (структурные декомпозиции, календарный план работ, план управления рисками), а также инструменты определения причинно-следственных связей. Дана оценка эффективности проекта для ключевых участников. / The aim of the study is to develop methodological approaches and recommendations for the development and construction of oil refineries. The subject of the research is the organization and management of projects for the construction of oil refineries in Iraq. The work used the main tools of project management (structural decomposition, work schedule, risk management plan), as well as tools for determining cause-and-effect relationships. An assessment of the effectiveness of the project for key participants is given.

The increase in demand for passenger transportation, the change in the qualitative characteristics of demand and consumer behavior patterns, as well as the involvement innovative, digital and knowledge-intensive technologies makes it necessary to radically transform the business of railway companies around the world. In the long term, based on the technologies already being deployed and the accumulated experience, it is necessary to realize driving trains in fully automatic mode without a driver on board. Engineers strive to recreate as many risky situations as possible in order to increase the safety of the new driving technology. Therefore, an integral part of the implementation of such changes in the current activities of the railway company is the identification of risks for the purpose of their subsequent effective management. The purpose of the work is to develop risk management measures for the project of organizing unmanned driving. The object of the study is an unmanned locomotive project implemented by JSC "Russian Railways". The practical significance lies in the fact that the results obtained during the identification of risks and the development of measures for their management can be used in the organization of the risk management system of JSC "Russian Railways" as part of the implementation of the “Digital Railway” project. The application of the developed risk management measures is also possible within the framework of the introduction of the unmanned locomotive "Lastochka" on the sections of the Moscow Central Ring. / Увеличение спроса на пассажирские перевозки, изменение качественных характеристик спроса и моделей поведения потребителей, а также вовлечение в оборот инновационных, цифровых и наукоемких технологий делает необходимой кардинальную трансформацию бизнеса железнодорожных компаний во всем мире. В долгосрочной перспективе на основе развертываемых уже сейчас технологий и накапливаемого опыта предстоит реализовать вождение поездов в полностью автоматическом режиме без машиниста на борту. Инженеры стремятся воссоздать как можно больше рисковых ситуаций, которые могут произойти в пути следования с целью увеличения безопасности новой технологии вождения. Поэтому неотъемлемой частью внедрения подобных изменений в текущую деятельность железнодорожной компании является идентификация рисков с целью последующего эффективного управления ими. Цель работы состоит в разработке мероприятий по управлению рисками проекта организации беспилотного вождения. Объектом исследования является проект беспилотного локомотива, реализуемый ОАО «РЖД». Практическая значимость состоит в том, что результаты, полученные в ходе идентификации рисков и разработке мероприятий по их управлению, могут быть использованы при организации системы риск-менеджмента ОАО «РЖД» в рамках реализации проекта «Цифровая железная дорога». Применение разработанных мероприятий по управлению рисков также возможно в рамках внедрения беспилотного локомотива ЭС2Г «Ласточка» на участках Московского центрального кольца.

Магистерская диссертация посвящена анализу и совершенствованию технологий профилактики рисков вторичного сиротства, реализуемых органами опеки и попечительства территориальных управлений социальной политики муниципального образования «город Екатеринбург». В работе рассмотрены феномен вторичного сиротства, его причины и риски, нормативно-правовые основы управления рисками вторичного сиротства в Российской Федерации, а также социальные технологии профилактики рисков вторичного сиротства. В аналитической главе представлена характеристика деятельности органов социального обслуживания по профилактике рисков вторичного сиротства на территории муниципального образования «город Екатеринбург». В ней дана оценка практик выявления и профилактики рисков вторичного сиротства в Екатеринбурге. Практическая значимость магистерской диссертации заключается в разработке пилотного проекта по совершенствованию профилактики рисков вторичного сиротства на территории города Екатеринбурга. / The master's thesis is devoted to the analysis and improvement of technologies for the prophylactic of the risks of secondary orphanhood, implemented by the guardianship authorities of the territorial Departments of Social Policy in the Yekaterinburg. The master's thesis examines the phenomenon of secondary orphanhood, its causes and risks, the regulatory framework for managing the risks of secondary orphanhood in the Russian Federation, as well as social technologies for prophylactic the risks of secondary orphanhood. The analytical chapter presents the characteristics of the activities of social service agencies to prophylactic the risks of secondary orphanhood in the Yekaterinburg. It assesses the practice of identifying and preventing the risks of secondary orphanhood in Yekaterinburg. The practical significance of the master's thesis is the elaboration of a pilot project to improve the prophylactic of the risks of secondary orphanhood in the Yekaterinburg.

Цель исследования – развитие методического подхода к принятию решений при внедрении проектов в нефтегазовой отрасли в развивающихся странах на основе управления рисками. Предложен методический подход к управлению рисками в нефтегазовых проектах, который учитывает вероятность наступления неблагоприятных событий, специфических для мероприятий по добыче труднодоступных запасов нефти и газа в условиях арктического шельфа и месторождений Сибири. Выявленные риски включают оценку инновационных, технических и экологических факторов, связанных с реализацией проектов, предположено, что они могут быть оценены как произведение суммы максимальных потерь при реализации риска на вероятность его возникновения, оцененную на основе имеющейся статистики или экспертных мнений. Предложенный подход позволит дать разумную оценку рискам и скорректировать величину ожидаемого чистого дисконтированного дохода, который учитывает общие риски, характерные для всех проектов компании. / The purpose of the study is to develop a methodical approach to decision-making when implementing projects in the oil and gas industry in developing countries based on risk management. A methodical approach to risk management in oil and gas projects is proposed, which considers the probability of occurrence of adverse events specific to activities for the extraction of hard-to-reach oil and gas reserves in the conditions of the Arctic shelf and fields in Siberia. The identified risks include an assessment of innovative, technical and environmental factors associated with the implementation of projects, it is assumed that they can be assessed as the product of the sum of the maximum losses in the implementation of the risk and the probability of its occurrence, estimated on the basis of available statistics or expert opinions. The proposed approach will make it possible to give a reasonable assessment of risks and adjust the amount of expected net present value, which considers the general risks inherent in all projects of the company.

В работе представлена концепция проекта создания негосударственного образовательного учреждения. Для реализации проекта разработан план мероприятий по открытию частной школы в г.Екатеринбург. Идентифицированы риски данного проекта, разработаны мероприятия по их снижению и проведена оценка эффективности проекта для ключевых участников. / The paper presents the concept of the project of creating a non-state educational institution. To implement the project, an action plan was developed for opening a private school in Yekaterinburg. The risks of this project were identified, measures were developed to reduce them, and the project's effectiveness was assessed for key participants.

В связи с постоянным ростом мошенничества в отношении клиентов банков – держателей карт, в диссертации были рассмотрены виды мошенничества и произведена их систематизация по каналу взаимодействия с клиентом. При этом, были рассмотрены инструменты, используемые коммерческими банками и Банком России для снижения риска несанкционированных (мошеннических) операций по банковским картам и системам дистанционного банковского обслуживания, выявлен наиболее эффективный инструмент – мониторинг операций. Также были разработаны рекомендации по управлению рисками при осуществлении операций по банковским картам и системам дистанционного банковского обслуживания. / Due to the constant growth of fraud in relation to customers of card – holding banks, the dissertation examined the types of fraud and systematized them according to the channel of interaction with the client. At the same time, the tools used by commercial banks and the Bank of Russia to reduce the risk of unauthorized (fraudulent) transactions on bank cards and remote banking systems were considered, and the most effective tool was identified – monitoring of transactions. Recommendations were also developed for risk management in the implementation of bank card transactions and remote banking systems.

В выпускной квалификационной работе рассматриваются основные стратегические подходы к развитию бизнеса, типы и виды стратегий диверсификации предприятия, тенденции рынка арматурного проката и проводится оценка рыночных позиций предприятия «УВМ-Сталь», по результатам которого разрабатывается методический подход для формирования стратегии диверсификации торгового предприятия в сфере металлопроката. В рамках исследования предлагается проект по созданию собственного промышленного предприятия по производству арматурного проката и обосновывается целесообразность перехода предприятия на стратегию диверсификации. / In the final qualifying work, the main strategic approaches to business development, types and types of strategies for the diversification of the enterprise, trends in the market of rebar products are considered and the market positions of the enterprise "UVM-Steel" are evaluated, according to the results of which a methodological approach is developed for the formation of a strategy for the diversification of a trading enterprise in the field of rolled metal. Within the framework of the study, a project is proposed to create its own industrial enterprise for the production of rebar products and the feasibility of switching the enterprise to a strategy of diversification is justified.

Исходя из актуальности, что управленческая деятельность всегда связана с риском, целью выпускной квалификационной работы была выбрана разработка информационной системы для управления рисками в организации Электро+. В соответствии с целью и темой работы, были поставлены следующие задачи: провести анализ тематической научно-методической литературы; описать деятельность организации Электро+; провести квалификацию возможных рисков; создать системы учета событий реализации рисков; спроектировать базу данных учета рисков; установить предложения по дальнейшему использованию базы данных для управления рисками. Как результат были выдвинуты предложения по дальнейшему использованию базы данных для противодействия рискам. А также представлены предложения по дальнейшей интеграции в информационную систему компании OZON. / Based on the relevance that managerial activity is always associated with risk, the purpose of the final qualification work was chosen to develop an information system for risk management in the Electro+ organization. In accordance with the purpose and topic of the work, the following tasks were set: to analyze the thematic scientific and methodological literature; to describe the activities of the Electro+ organization; to qualify possible risks; to create systems for recording events of risk realization; to design a database of risk accounting; establish proposals for further use of the database for risk management. As a result, proposals were put forward for the further use of the database to counteract risks. Proposals for further integration into the OZON information system are also presented.

В выпускной квалификационной работе рассматриваются особенности маркетинговой деятельности дистрибьютерских компаний, их специфика управления процессами распределения и создание ценности услуг, а также концепция «lean» при управлении процессами распределения. Проведена оценка маркетинговой и конкурентной среды дистрибьютерской компании «ЭТМ». В рамках исследования предлагается проект по совершенствованию процесса распределения товаров и услуг в компании и обосновывается целесообразность внедрения концепции бережливого распределения. / The final qualification work examines the features of the marketing activities of distribution companies, their specifics of managing distribution processes and creating the value of services, as well as the concept of "lean" in managing distribution processes. An assessment of the marketing and competitive environment of the distribution company "ETM" was carried out. The study proposes a project to improve the process of distribution of goods and services in the company and substantiates the feasibility of introducing the concept of lean distribution.
