Объект исследования: рынок smm услуг Российской Федерации. Предмет исследования: деятельность по управления маркетингом в сетевых сообществах на базе облачных технологий. Научная новизна диссертационного исследования и результатов, выносимых на защиту и полученных лично автором, состоит в следующем: - Определена взаимосвязь основных этапов становления и развития маркетинга и интернет-технологий, которой присуще синкретический характер развития системы формирования рынка и сетевых коммуникаций в интернет среде; - Разработана классификация инструментов для продвижения различных площадок в социальных сетях. Цель и задачи магистерской диссертации. Целью исследования является исследование коммуникаций в проектных группах и выявление параметров для управления проектной учебной деятельности, автоматизируемой сервисом «Облако проектов». Поставленные задачи: изучить основы применения проектного подхода в обучении; построить карту процессов; провести анализ структурных и временных характеристик проектов. В ходе написания магистерской диссертации была подобрана и изучена литература по заданной тематике. Для целей исследования были собраны и обработаны данные, произведен анализ работы студентов внутри системы «Облако проектов». Анализ учебной проектной деятельности студентов может быть полезен преподавателям для оценки качества работы и эффективности студентов. Полученные результаты позволяют определить направления дальнейшей разработки и усовершенствования системы. По результатам проведенной оценки экономической эффективности проекта выгода от внедрения информационной системы «Облако проектов» составит 98 357 рубля за семестр. Проект окупается в срок 6 месяцев.

Целью исследования является разработка методических подходов и рекомендаций для процессов разработки и строительства нефтеперерабатывающих предприятий. Предметом исследования является организация и управление проектами строительства нефтеперерабатывающих предприятий в Ираке. В работе использованы основные инструменты проектного управления (структурные декомпозиции, календарный план работ, план управления рисками), а также инструменты определения причинно-следственных связей. С 2020 года сдача изделия по ГОЗ должно происходить в соответствии с Приказом от 26.08.2019 г.N 1138/19 [1]. В котором по форме N 4 – статья сырьё и материалы должны расшифровываться попозиционно в полном объёме, и норматив материала должен полностью соответствовать материалу списания, а отклонение от норматива должно обосновываться легитимными документами. Предметом исследования в данной выпускной квалификационной работе является процесс списание материалов в производство и отнесение затрат на заказы. / The relevance of the topic of graduation work in modern conditions for any enterprise and for this enterprise, in particular. В выпускной квалификационной работе рассматриваются особенности маркетинговой деятельности дистрибьютерских компаний, их специфика управления процессами распределения и создание ценности услуг, а также концепция «lean» при управлении процессами распределения. Проведена оценка маркетинговой и конкурентной среды дистрибьютерской компании «ЭТМ». В рамках исследования предлагается проект по совершенствованию процесса распределения товаров и услуг в компании и обосновывается целесообразность внедрения концепции бережливого распределения. / The final qualification work examines the features of the marketing activities of distribution companies, their specifics of managing distribution processes and creating the value of services, as well as the concept of "lean" in managing distribution processes.
