Целью квалификационной работы является повышение эффективности тренировочного процесса спортсменов в специализированных организациях путем создания индивидуального рациона питания и тренировочного плана для качественного и эффективного обслуживания, увеличения числа клиентов, тем самым способной защитить спортивные организации от финансовых и репутационных рисков, потенциальных резонансов. Задачи ВКР: проанализировать рынок спортивных организаций и существующие программные обеспечения для анализа питательных веществ; разработать пакет моделей системы подсчета калорий и создания индивидуальных планов питания и тренировок; разработать план управления проектом; показать экономическую эффективность проекта. Результаты работы – практическим результатом работы стала разработка концепции информационной поддержки спортивного питания, позволяющая специалистам сделать уникальное предложение клиентам, увеличить их количество, собственные продажи и организации в целом. / The purpose of the qualification work is to increase the effectiveness of the training process of athletes in specialized organizations by creating an individual diet and training plan for high-quality and effective service, increasing the number of clients, thereby able to protect sports organizations from financial and reputational risks, potential resonances. Tasks of the WRC: to analyze the market of sports organizations and existing software for nutrient analysis; to develop a package of models of the calorie counting system and the creation of individual nutrition and training plans; to develop a project management plan; to show the economic efficiency of the project. Results of the work – the practical result of the work was the development of the concept of information support for sports nutrition, which allows specialists to make a unique offer to customers, increase their number, own sales, and organizations.

Отечественные промышленные предприятия столкнулись с серьезными ограничениями в своей деятельности, связанными с введением санкций зарубежными экономиками. С одной стороны, это безусловно ведет к снижению текущих финансово-экономических показателей компаний. Однако, с другой стороны, подобные внешние вызовы представляют собой стимул не только для освоения новых рынков, но и эффективной интеграции современных цифровых инструментов в бизнес-процессы промышленных предприятий. Достигнутый мировой опыт развития сегмента e-commerce показывает, что подобные цифровые инструменты положительно влияют на результативность деятельности промышленных предприятий, способствуя упрощению производственных процессов, сокращению операционных затрат, а также росту объемов продаж. Цель - разработка проекта маркетплейса, позволяющего повысить эффективность деятельности промышленного предприятия. Объект - АО «Сталепромышленная компания», занимающаяся торговлей черного металлопроката. Научная новизна: разработка теоретических основ проекта внедрения маркетплейса для промышленного предприятия, учитывающего отраслевые особенности металлоторгующей отрасли, потребности контрагентов и клиентов компаний сектора, что позволяет повысить экономическую эффективность деятельности компании. Практическая значимость: возможность применения разработанного проекта маркетплейса в практике других промышленных предприятий для расширения рынка сбыта товаров и повышения рентабельности бизнеса. / Domestic industrial enterprises have faced serious restrictions in their activities related to the imposition of sanctions by foreign economies. On the one hand, this certainly leads to a decrease in the current financial and economic indicators of companies. However, on the other hand, such external challenges are an incentive not only for the development of new markets, but also for the effective integration of modern digital tools into the business processes of industrial enterprises. The achieved global experience in the development of the e-commerce segment shows that such digital tools have a positive impact on the performance of industrial enterprises, contributing to the simplification of production processes, reduction of operating costs, as well as sales growth. The aim is to develop a marketplace project that will improve the efficiency of an industrial enterprise. The object is JSC “Stalepromyshlennaya kompaniya” engaged in the trade of ferrous metal products. Scientific novelty: development of the theoretical foundations of the project for the introduction of a marketplace for an industrial enterprise, taking into account the industry features of the metal trading industry, the needs of contractors and customers of companies in the sector, which allows to increase the economic efficiency of the company. Practical significance: the possibility of using the developed marketplace project in the practice of other industrial enterprises to expand the market for goods and increase business profitability.

Работа посвящена разработке ИТ-проекта, направленного на реализацию внедрения рекламы в игровой процесс. Для реализации функционала демонстрации рекламы, а также анализа ее эффективности, в работе исследуются методы анализа эффективности цифровой рекламы с применением технологии окулографии, методы отображения рекламы поверх игрового окна, а также методы регистрации движения глаз. Для подтверждения целесообразности внедрения описанного проекта в работе приведены полная модель предприятия, на которое планируется внедрять систему, и на основе этих данных приведен анализ экономической эффективности системы. / The work is devoted to the development of an IT project, aimed at the implementation of the introduction of advertising in the game process. To implement the functionality of advertising demonstration, as well as to analyze its effectiveness, the work investigates the methods of digital advertising effectiveness analysis using oculography technology, methods of advertising display over the game window, as well as methods of eye movement registration. To confirm the feasibility of the described project, the paper presents a complete model of the enterprise, which is planned to implement the system, and based on these data is an analysis of the cost-effectiveness of the system.

Yra išanalizuotos konstrukcinės, termoizoliacinės ir apdailos medžiagos. Sudaryta septynių efektyvumo kriterijų sistema. Analizuojamas racionalių alternatyvų parinkimas taikant kompiuterinę programą. Tam naudojamas sprendimo metodas, vadinamas atstumo iki idealaus taško metodu. Pateikiamos baigiamojo darbo išvados ir siūlymai. Darbą sudaro 6 dalys: įvadas, atitvarų statybinės medžiagos, efektyvumo rodikliai, sienos efektyvios konstrukcijos nustatymas, išvados ir siūlymai, literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis – 56 p. teksto be priedų, 11 iliustr., 30 lent., 34 bibliografiniai šaltiniai. / In final work of the master the most popular materials in Lithuania, used in designs of external walls of apartment houses are analyzed. Are analysed constructive, warming and finishing materials. The system of seven criteria of parameters of efficiency is made. The choice of rational alternatives is analyzed, using the computer program. For this purpose the method of the decision named by the Method of distance up to an ideal point is used. Conclusions and offers of final work are given. Structure: introduction, building materials of external walls, parameters of efficiency, installation of an effective design of a wall, conclusions and suggestions, references. The subject of the research is economic relations on the use of financial resources that ensure the efficiency of operations and the financial stability of PJSC Sberbank of Russia. The purpose of the work is to study the factors affecting the financial stability of PJSC “Sberbank of Russia”, as well as to develop ways to improve it based on the results obtained during the analysis. As a result of writing the dissertation, recommendations were made to strengthen the financial sustainability of Sberbank of Russia, and an event was developed and calculated that will have a positive impact on the financial sustainability of the bank. / Выпускная квалификационная работа (магистерская диссертация) посвящена исследованию деятельности коммерческих банков с позиции сохранения их финансовой устойчивости в условиях современной экономической ситуации. Предметом исследования выступают экономические отношения по использованию финансовых ресурсов, обеспечивающих эффективность деятельности и финансовую устойчивость ПАО «Сбербанк России». Цель работы заключается в исследовании факторов, влияющих на финансовую устойчивость ПАО «Сбербанк России», а также разработке путей ее повышения на основе результатов, полученных при проведении анализа. В результате написания диссертационной работы даны рекомендации по укреплению финансовой устойчивости ПАО «Сбербанк России», разработано и рассчитано мероприятие, которое окажет положительное влияние на финансовую устойчивость банка.

In the modern world, with its unstable external environment, turbulent changes, there are more and more factors and risks that the organization must take into account. These changes make improvement of the organizational and economic enterprise management mechanism crucial. The purpose of the master's thesis is to develop and test methodology of to assessing the organizational and economic mechanism for managing an industrial enterprise, as a method capable to increase efficiency and strengthening competitiveness, determining the direction of enterprise development and testing the methodology in the enterprise. As sources of information, there were used normative legal acts, papers in the Russian Science Citation Index, presented on the Elibrary resource, statistical data on the subject of research, data management reports and internal documents of the enterprise. During the work there were developed and tested the research methodology of organizational and economic enterprise management mechanism in order to improve it. The use of the developed tools is aimed at revealing the shortcomings of the organizational and economic mechanism of the enterprise and identification of ways to improve it. As a result of testing the developed methodology, practical recommendations for the enterprise were proposed. / В современном мире, при его нестабильной внешней среде, турбулентных изменениях, появляется все больше факторов и рисков, которые организация должна учитывать. Эти изменения побуждают перенести внимание на совершенствование организационно-экономического механизма предприятия. Цель магистерской диссертации заключалась в разработке методического подхода по оценке организационно-экономического механизма управления промышленным предприятием, как метода способного обеспечить повышение эффективности и укрепления конкурентоспособности, определить направление развития предприятия и апробация методики исследования на предприятии. В качестве источников информации использовались нормативно-правовые акты, база публикаций Российского индекса научного цитирования, представленная на ресурсе Elibrary, данные статистики по тематике исследования, данные управленческой отчетности и внутренние документы исследуемого предприятия. В ходе написания магистерской диссертации была разработана и апробирована методика оценки эффективности организационно-экономического механизма управления предприятием в целях его совершенствования. Использование разработанного инструментария нацелено на выявление недостатков организационно-экономического механизма предприятия и определение путей его совершенствования. В результате апробации разработанной методики были предложены практические рекомендации для предприятия.
