本文主旨在探討台灣貨幣市場對企業的財務結構與理財、股資方式的影響，以確定貨 幣市場作為企業融通短期資金的中介功能。研究對象主畏為已發行一次以上的商業本 票的企業。 第一章為導論，說明本論文研究動機與研究目的，研究架構與方法，以及本論文的研 究限制。 第二章簡述台灣貨幣市場成立的經過及目前概況，俾對貨幣市場有全盤性的了解。 第三章：分析貨幣市場對公民營企業財務結構的影響。 第四章：探討貨幣市場對公民營企業的理財與投資方式的影響，並提出一個理想的財 務決策模式供企業財務經理參考。 第五章：結論與建議。
