政府預算限制式與融資效果

政府預算限制式是近十年來總體經濟學的主流。由於政府各項支出必須等於政府收 入，亦即政府移轉性支出、公債利息友付及消費性支出等項支出，必須仰仗稅收、 發行公債和發行貨幣等方法來挹注。本文即分別探討這些融資方法其經濟效果的差 異。 第一章為緒論，說明研究動機及方法。 平衡預算 數似為政府預算限制式濫觴，在第二章以簡單凱因斯模型討論平衡預算 乘數之後，即正式引入政府預算限制式。 IS-LM模型中的各種融資方法，孰優孰劣，莫衷一是，第三章中有詳細的探討。 在第四章修正模型討論後，第五章就台灣情況作實證模擬分析，並據此檢查動態穩 定的條件。最後，在第六章作簡短的結論。
