汽車行業已經發展了一百多年。由於價值鏈較長,供應鏈範圍廣泛,直接和間接就業人數眾多,所以在世界和許多國家的經濟中經常發揮關鍵作用。同時,由於技術含量高,進入壁壘高和供應鏈深度整合,汽車產業保持了穩定的結構。 近年來,互聯網(IoT)在社會上引起了更多的關注。硬件,軟件,商業模式和服務等方面的創新正在改變我們每一天的生活。一些行業和客戶的要求受到互聯網的影響。一些行業受到嚴重衝擊,例如阿里巴巴(Alipay)之於互聯網進入或Airbnb之於酒店業務。 客戶滿意度的競爭是公司發展和戰略的關鍵要素之一。客戶需求直接影響客戶滿意度;快速變化的客戶期望迫使公司做出迅速反應。創新是創意的應用;這可能是滿足新出現的客戶期望的方式之一,並提高客戶滿意度。 本研究將重點關注汽車產業;豪華品牌汽車公司因其創新的品牌認知和策略而被選中。本研究是基於與供應商,汽車製造商,經銷商和客戶等價值鏈夥伴的訪談。通過半結構化訪談和次級文件收集的方法,調查了互聯網技術如何影響產品和售後服務的創新以及汽車行業的客戶滿意度。 從分析收集和回顧行業實踐的數據得出的結論可以作為汽車行業參考,用於製定創新戰略和經營策略,以適應加速變化的商業環境。 / The automotive industry has been developing for more than 100 years. Because of the long value chain, the wide range of supply chain and the high amount of direct and indirect employments involved, it always plays a key role in the economy of the world and many countries. Meanwhile, because of the high technology, the finance entry barrier and the deeply integrated supply chain, the structure of automotive industry remains stable and consolidated, so far. In the recent years, the Internet of Things (IoT) has attracted more attention in the society. The innovations on hardware, software, business models and services etc. are changing our life every day. Some industries and customer requirements have been impacted by the IoT, either visibly or unconsciously. Some industries have been heavily disrupted, e.g. the internet finance by Alibaba (Alipay) or the hotel business by Airbnb. The competition in Customer Satisfaction is one of the key elements of a company development and strategy. The customer requirement affects customer satisfaction directly; the fast changing customer’s expectations are forcing the companies to react dynamically. Innovation is the application of new ideas; this could be one of the ways to meet newly appeared customer’s expectations, and improve customer satisfaction. This study will focus on automotive industry; a luxury brand automotive company is selected due to its innovative brand equity and strategy. The study is based on interviews with the partners in value chain such as suppliers, automotive manufacturers, dealers and customers. With the help of semi-structured interviews and secondary documents collection, this study investigates how the IoT technology impacts the innovation on product and Aftersales, as well as the customer satisfaction in automotive industry. The conclusions drawn from analyzing the data collected and reviewing the industry practices can be used as a reference by the automotive industry for making innovation strategy and business strategy in order to adapt to the accelerated moving environment.

互聯網貨幣基金對商業銀行經營的影響 / The influence of online money market funds on commercial banks

隨著中國移動互聯網的迅猛發展以及金融市場的日漸開放,以餘額寶為代表的互聯網貨幣基金橫空出世。在2013年6月的“錢荒”背景下,這些互聯網貨幣基金的七日年化收益率一度超過了7%,雖然後來“錢荒”有所緩解,互聯網貨幣基金依然可以給用戶帶來可觀的收益率。互聯網貨幣基金的迅猛發展,使得貨幣基金的總規模從2013年6月的3038.69億元一路漲至2017年10月的66818.58億元,這4年的規模年化增長率超過了200%。金融科技的迅猛發展改變了使用者的習慣,也導致了傳統的銀行業務遭到了衝擊,更有可能對未來商業銀行的整體經營、發展方向產生長遠的影響。 中國的商業銀行業務主要是經營工商存放款,盈利模式主要分為利差盈利、產品細分盈利、用戶細分盈利。而互聯網貨幣基金以及互聯網金融服務利用自己擁有龐大的網路用戶群、海量的交易信息與信用的大數據、方便快捷的網路支付功能以及更方便易用的操作流程,衝擊了商業銀行的傳統業務。互聯網貨幣基金的代表餘額寶就是一個很好的例子,餘額寶是零錢錢包的意思,希望成為大眾零錢的理財工具,用戶在理財生息的同時,能夠實時的將餘額寶中的錢利用支付寶為支付手段支付出去。在傳統支付業務逐漸被行動支付取代的時空背景下,銀行流失用戶的風險加大,民眾的儲蓄存款觀念也發生改變,部分銀行存款會流動到互聯網貨幣基金中去。 而未來,當80後、90後成為社會有影響力的消費族群時,他們的消費習慣、儲蓄觀念可能會導致傳統銀行業務被進一步的侵蝕。本文的研究立足於2013年互聯網貨幣基金誕生的一年,採用Panel Data的Fixed Effects Model考察2013年-2016年間187間銀行的盈利狀況,實證結果顯示,互聯網貨幣基金的崛起對銀行的盈利狀況造成負向影響。最後本文根據實證結果,探討現象出現的原因,為未來商業銀行轉型的決策提供建議。

拉克勞提出民粹主義是集體身份建構過程的理論:人們透過空洞能指扣連社會上的不同訴求,建立人民與權力的對立陣線,生成集體的身分認同。這與把社會上的群體(如階級)簡 單地視為分析單位的經典馬克思主義分析方法及理性選擇論等不同。本研究以香港政團「社民連」為個案,分析民粹主義的操作。前設是把人們於社會中的位置及利益與其身分認同脫鈎,視身分認同為話語操作的結果。 本研究將使用這一框架,分析於大眾媒體與網上這兩個不同的公共的討論中,社民連被如何表述,令人們可把不同的訴求扣連到「社民連」這概念之上。本研究將指出,社民連雖然號 稱基層黨,但「基層」一詞矛盾重重,社民連只有透過定位為與傳統政治秩序割裂而具多重 意義的「激進派」,吸納傳統「泛民」未能吸納的政治能量,進而產生一些與傳統香港政治 中泛民對建制的對立不同的新主體。於主流傳媒排斥這一新主體的背景下,人們不但透過互 聯網互通消息,甚至以「網民」作為身分認同,與主流傳媒及政治秩序對抗。

近些年,互聯網金融在中國迅速成長。互聯網金融企業在發展過程中掌握了大量的使用者資訊,並根據使用者的金融偏好,為其提供相應的金融服務。商業銀行作為國內金融系統的核心,究竟會受到怎樣的影響,逐漸成為學者關注的重點。在這樣的背景下,本文選取互聯網金融衝擊下的商業銀行為研究對象,試圖找到商業銀行應對互聯網金融衝擊的策略。 本文在前人文獻的基礎上總結了互聯網金融的概念,梳理了互聯網金融發展的幾種業務模式。在互聯網金融的發展過程中,由於其業務與商業銀行的業務有重疊之處,不可避免的衝擊了商業銀行的固有業務。特別是銀行存款、貸款被互聯網金融理財產品、P2P網路貸款所影響。數據顯示,2015年初,我國商業銀行的資產負債業務均有持續下降的趨勢。本文在實證對比以及理論分析的基礎上得出結論:互聯網金融理財產品可能會對銀行存款端業務有顯著影響,並呈負相關係。而P2P網路貸款對銀行貸款業務的影響並沒有存款端顯著,但依然是重要的原因之一。 最後,本文對商業銀行進行了SWOT分析,並依據商業銀行自身特點,為銀行未來的發展提出建議:通過業務、戰略、功能三方面的創新來應對嚴峻的競爭環境。并希望能為後來的讀者提供幫助。 / In recent years, there is a rapid growth on Internet Financial. The Internet companies have a great deal of user information so that they can provide financial services to the user base on their financial preferences. As the core of the domestic financial system, what kind of impacts the commercial banks will suffered gradually become the focus of academic attention. In this context, we select the commercial banks as our study to find strategies to deal with the impact of Internet Financial In this paper, we are combing several business models of Internet Financial based on the former research. Apparently, Internet Financial has inevitable impact on the business of commercial banks as their businesses have overlap. Particularly, the bank deposits and credit loans are eroded by the Internet Financial products and P2P network lending. The data show that the business assets and liabilities of commercial banks have continued to decline in the early 2015.This paper draw the conclusion by the empirical and theoretical analysis: Internet Financial products will affect the bank deposit significantly in and shows negative correlation. The impact of P2P networks loans on bank credit loan is not significant as bank deposit, but it’s still one of the important reasons. Finally, we use SWOT analysis to analyze commercial banks and make recommendations for the future development of the bank according to its own characteristics: through innovation of strategy, function and business to cope with the severe competitive environment. We are hoping to provide help to later readers.

互聯網金融是一個比較新興的概念,也是一個充滿未知,充滿想像空間的概念,其興起有其獨特的背景。這些背景中,有些是全球性的,有些則為中國大陸所特有。 本文藉由相關的一些文獻回顧,並結合一些數據分析趨勢,以中國大陸的互聯網金融為主要研究對象,結合相關論文和期刊的觀點,同時也結合網路上以及電視節目裡一些專家學者的觀點,將這些加以整合,並結合我自己對互聯網金融的一些看法,讓大家對互聯網金融有個整體的瞭解,瞭解整體的框架。 本文探討了互聯網金融的基本概念,特點分別是成本和邊際成本低,效率高能夠充分而快速地抵達潛在客戶,但以小微客戶為主,覆蓋廣,發展迅速,但淘汰率快,監管弱,風險大,市場格局可能發展成寡頭市場。本文也探討了互聯網金融的幾個典型誤區,分別是互聯網金融就是電子化,將一些傳統的金融業務從線下搬到線上就是互聯網金融,不細分客戶,所有客戶都通過互聯網來服務。 本文將互聯網金融分8個模式進行探討,分別是第三方支付,P2P,眾籌融資,互聯網貨幣,大數據金融,互聯網金融門戶,互聯網理財產品,資訊化金融機構,並分別論述這8個模式對傳統金融的影響,並進行中美兩國互聯網金融的對比,預測互聯網金融未來的趨勢。 / Internet financial service is a relatively new concept, an unknown concept and a concept full of imagination. It has special backgrounds. Some are global, and some are unique in China. This paper mostly focuses on the Internet financial services in China. This article combines the view of some papers and magazines, and the paper also combines the view of some experts on TV and on the Internet. But some of this view is not so proper in my point. So I combine this view with my own opinion. I wish that the readers will have a simple understanding of the Internet banking from my paper. This paper discusses the basic concepts of Internet banking. The characteristics are low cost and low marginal cost, high efficiency. The main customers usually do not have too much asset. It has wide coverage, develops rapidly. Its attrition rate is fast. It has weak supervision , high risk and the market may develop into oligopolistic market structure. This article also discusses some typical errors of understanding of Internet banking. The first one is that Internet banking is just electronic. The second one is that moving the traditional financial business from offline to online is the Internet banking. The third one is to use the Internet to service all the customers with no customer segments. This article will discuss the 8 modes of Internet banking, which are third-party payment, P2P, crowd funding, Internet currency, big data finance, Internet banking portals, Internet financial products, information oriented financial institution. And this paper also discusses these eight models’ impact on traditional finance. This paper compares the differences between Chinese and American Internet financial services. At last, the paper predicts the future trends of Internet financial services。

本文旨在通過對北京龍泉寺的個案研究,結合其他佛教團體的情況,分析中國佛教在移動互聯網時代下的轉變和特點,討論此時國家政策、科學技術、社會環境、文化發展等多方面的互動,探究中國佛教的適應性及未來的發展趨勢。 本文希望:一、在時間縱向上,清楚地敘述北京龍泉寺在21世紀的發展歷程,將工程建設、僧團培養、居士發展、組織架構、學修內容、弘法模式、受眾群體等方面的變化分條縷析。二、綜合國家政策、科技發展、社會環境、經濟條件、人才資源、自身理念等方面,分析龍泉寺快速發展、技術跟進、受關注度不斷提升的原因,討論其獨特性和普遍性。三、從歷史學、社會學和宗教學理論出發,探究龍泉寺發展歷程對於佛教教理、教團建設、弘法活動等的影響,及對未來中國佛教和世界佛教可能帶來的改變。 / This research investigates how temples adapt to the modern society when the mobile Internet becomes prevalent in China. The case studies of Beijing Longquan Monastery, along with explorations of other modern Chinese Buddhist organizations will be carried out to answer this research question. The research will cover the changes of work-division structure, Buddhism teaching and spreading activity, Sangha and volunteer recruit and training, new tool and technique application, and other changes. Subsequently, the research will discuss the Chinese economic, political, social and cultural environments that surround the Buddhist temples and organizations, searching connections and reasons to these changes of Chinese temples when encounter the new era.
