大學生自我統整成訧動機、性別角色與事業發展之相關研究

本研究的主要目的為：（一）了解大學生的事業發展情形，以及性別差異對事業發展 構成的影響。（二）探討大學生的自我統整、成就動機、性別角色與事業發展的關係 ，及其在性別差異上扮演的角色。研究對象為１０２５名大學生，研究五具為事業發 展成熟態度量表、生涯成熟態度量表、自我統整量表、工作與家庭取向量表、性別角 色量表。 本研究的主要發現為：（一）大學生的事業發展隨年級、性別而有所差異。（二）高 自我統整程度、高成就動機、兩性化或男性化者，事業發展成熟度較高。根據研究結 果建議：應對大學生提供適當的引導，以促進其了解自我與工作世界，並對大學動態 環境加以分析，以助學生完成事業認同。 本研究約八萬字，集為一冊，分五章十八節。
