我國股票上市公司現金增資資金運用之研究

隨著企業的成長，資金問題扮演的角色，特別是資金運用的得當與否，更成為企業成 敗的關鍵。我國股票上市公司的增資資金來自一般大眾，因此資金運用的影響更為深 遠。 首章分四節略述研究動機、範圍、限制、與假定並簡介本文。第二章分四節，就理論 上探討財務問題的影響，與理想的資金運用途徑。三、四兩章各為四節，以我國股票 上市公司為對象，分析其增資資金實際運用的情形，並與理論相驗證。第五章分兩節 ，為全文的結論及建議事項。
